OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the performance of a multi-constraint representation learning classification model for identifying ovarian cancer with missing laboratory indicators. METHODS: Tabular data with missing laboratory indicators were collected from 393 patients with ovarian cancer and 1951 control patients. The missing ovarian cancer laboratory indicator features were projected to the latent space to obtain a classification model using the representational learning classification model based on discriminative learning and mutual information coupled with feature projection significance score consistency and missing location estimation. The proposed constraint term was ablated experimentally to assess the feasibility and validity of the constraint term by accuracy, area under the ROC curve (AUC), sensitivity, and specificity. Cross-validation methods and accuracy, AUC, sensitivity and specificity were also used to evaluate the discriminative performance of this classification model in comparison with other interpolation methods for processing of the missing data. RESULTS: The results of the ablation experiments showed good compatibility among the constraints, and each constraint had good robustness. The cross-validation experiment showed that for identification of ovarian cancer with missing laboratory indicators, the AUC, accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of the proposed multi-constraints representation-based learning classification model was 0.915, 0.888, 0.774, and 0.910, respectively, and its AUC and sensitivity were superior to those of other interpolation methods. CONCLUSIONS The proposed model has excellent discriminatory ability with better performance than other missing data interpolation methods for identification of ovarian cancer with missing laboratory indicators.

A 72-year-old male patient with right lung squamous cell carcinoma treated with 1 cycle of pembrolizumab combination chemotherapy and pembrolizumab 200 mg monotherapy.After 20 days of treatment,a small amount of erythema appeared around the mouth,head,neck,chest and back,accompanied by itching.Then the lesions aggravated progressively,spreading to the head,limbs,buttocks and perianal area,with blisters and epidermal detachment and necrosis,and the lesions involved＞70％of the body surface area,and the pain was obvious.After multidisciplinary consultation,toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN)was considered.The patient's lesions gradually improved and regressed after treatment with hormones,adjunctive therapy with intravenous immunoglobulin,wound care,infection prevention and nutritional support.TEN adverse reactions were highly likely to be associated with pembrolizumab.This paper reviewed the literature on the cases of TEN induced by pembrolizumab.It analyzed the clinical characteristics and drug treatment strategies of TEN induced by pembrolizumab,to improve clinical staff's ability to recognize and manage immunosuppressant-related skin toxicity and improve the prognosis of tumor patients.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Huashi Runzao prescription （HRP） on the histopathological injury and function of submandibular gland in naive non-obese diabetic （NOD/Ltj） mouse model of Sjögren's syndrome （SS） and its regulatory effect on aquaporin 5 （AQP5） expression in submandibular gland cells. MethodThe SS model was induced in NOD/Ltj mice. The NOD/Ltj female mice aged nine weeks were selected and randomly assigned into model group，HRP group （7.15 g·kg^-1·d^-1），and hydroxychloroquine （HCQ） group （1.30 g·kg^-1·d^-1）， and female BALB/c mice in the same age were selected and assigned into the normal group， with six mice in each group. Drug intervention lasted eight weeks. The water consumption and salivary flow rate （SFR） of each group were recorded. The pathological staining results of the submandibular gland of mice in each group were observed and scored. AQP5 expression was determined by immunohistochemistry （IHC） and Western blot. ResultCompared with the normal group， the model group showed increased water consumption （P<0.05） and reduced SFR （P<0.05）. Compared with the model group， the HRP group showed decreased water consumption （P<0.05） and increased SFR （P<0.05）， and the HCQ group showed increased SFR （P<0.05）. In terms of histopathological results of the submandibular gland，compared with the normal group，the model group showed increased pathological score， number of lymphocyte infiltration foci，and percentage of lymphatic infiltration area （P<0.05）. Compared with the model group， the HRP group showed reduced pathological scores and number of lymphocyte infiltration foci （P<0.05）， and the HRP group and the HCQ group showed reduced percentage of lymphatic infiltration area（P<0.05）. The results of IHC and Western blot showed that compared with the normal group，the model group showed down-regulated expression level of AQP5 protein （P<0.05）， and compared with the model group and the HCQ group，the HRP group showed up-regulated expression level of AQP5 protein （P<0.05）. ConclusionHRP can improve the secretion function of submandibular gland acinous cells and glandular structure injury in SS model mice， and its mechanism may be related to the up-regulation of AQP5 protein expression level in submandibular gland cells.

Electronic skin has shown great application potential in many fields such as healthcare monitoring and human-machine interaction due to their excellent sensing performance, mechanical properties and biocompatibility. This paper starts from the materials selection and structures design of electronic skin, and summarizes their different applications in the field of healthcare equipment, especially current development status of wearable sensors with different functions, as well as the application of electronic skin in virtual reality. The challenges of electronic skin in the field of wearable devices and healthcare, as well as our corresponding strategies, are discussed to provide a reference for further advancing the research of electronic skin.

Objective : Based on the expression of NFATc1 and prognosis in colorectal cancer，we interfered NFATc1 via shRNA transfection，analyzed the effect of NFATc1 on colorectal cancer cell proliferation，and further explored potential mechanisms． Methods : We explored the correlation between NFATc1 expression and the progno- sis of colorectal cancer using the TCGA database．Thereafter，we compared the expression of NFATc1 in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues by immunohistochemical staining of postoperative samples from clinical colorectal cancer patients．We analyzed the effect of NFATc1 on colorectal cancer cell proliferation by measuring CCK-8 after NFATc1 interfered using shRNA transfection ; Tumorigenic potential of colorectal cancer cells was meas- ured with clone formation assay ; Cell cycle distribution was measured by flow cytometry after propidium iodide staining．The effect of NFATc1 on the transcriptional activity of cell-cycle-related factors was measured by qPCR. Results : Based on the TCGA data，we found that high NFATc1 expression in colorectal cancer patients was associated with poor prognosis．The expression of NFATc1 in clinical colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues．Additionally，interference with NFATc1 inhibited the proliferation rate of colorectal canc- er cells in vitro，and the clonogenic capacity of cells was impaired．As expected，the cell cycle was arrested at the G0 / G1 phase．The qPCR results indicated that the knockdown of NFATc1 increased the transcriptional activity of multiple key cell cycle inhibitors． Conclusion NFATc1 promotes cell cycle progression by inhibiting the transcrip- tional activity of cell cycle regulatory factors，thereby promoting the proliferation and tumorigenic ability of colorectal cancer cells.

Objective To investigate the recent effect and safety of magnetic resonance guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) for treating uterine fibroids with a Meta analysis. Methods Such databases as Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase, CBM,CNKI,CQVIP and Wanfang were searched from their establishment. After thestudy selected, assessment and data extraction conducted by two reviewers independently, Meta-analysis were performed by using the Comprehensive Meta-analysis V2 software. The volume of non-perfusion ratio (NPVR), fibroid shrinkage, clinical symptom severity (SSS score) and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results Nighteen retrieved articles were included, with a total of 1 549 patients. The results of Meta-analysis showed that:(1)nonperfused volume ratio (NPVR),Mean=57.1%(95%CI 45.0% —69.2%).(2)Percentage of FBs shrinkage:mean=31.4% (95% CI 29.2% —33.6%).(3)Symptom severity score (SSS):baseline mean=51.00(95%CI 41.61—60.40),3 months mean=32.50 (95%CI 25.90—39.10),6 months mean=28.62(95%CI(23.57—33.66),12 months mean=24.46(95%CI 15.44—33.49), the average of the severity score of the patient symptoms had a tendency to reduce.(4)The degree of adverse reactions were mild and could relieve itself, there was fewer serious adverse reactions. Conclusions The current evidence indicates that MRgFUS in treatment of uterine fibroidsis reliable and safe. MRgFUS can significantly reduce the volume and the symptom severity score ofthe patients.

Clinical data and manifestations on muhi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) of 11 patients with disseminated peritoneal adenomucinosis (DPAM) were retrospectively reviewed.The CT manifestations were also compared with surgical and histopathological findings.MSCT findings showed a large amount of gel-like ascites in 9 cases and local cystic masses in 2 cases.Among 9 cases with a large amount ascites,abdominal multiple cystic masses were shown in 5 case,and infiltration of the greater omentum and mesentery in 5 cases.Hepatic scalloping was found in 6 cases ; parenchymal invasion of the liver or spleen were showed in 5 cases; calcification of the cystic masses in 5 cases.Ovary mueinous cystadenoma was presented in 3 female patients.Enlarged lymph nodes and omental cake were not found in all cases.The results indicate that the characteristic MSCT manifestations of DPAM include diffuse gel-like ascites,multiple cystic masses with or without calcification,hepatic scalloping and parenchyma invasion.

Objective To retrospectively investigate the characteristics of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)in last 10 years in Kunming city. Methods Four hundred and thirty consecutive patients with IBD, who had hospitalized in 7 hospitals between January 1998 to March 2007, were investigated. Among them, 379 patinets had ulcerative colitis (UC) and 51 had Crohn's disease (CD). The patients who received coloscopy, histopathological and bariam enema examination accunted for 98.2%, 56.2% and 2.6% in UC group,respectively, and 72.5%,78.4% and 31.4% in CD group,respectively. The gender, age, occupation and the clinical manifestation of the patients, and the results of the colonoscopy and pathological examination were analyzed. Results Most of the UC patients were aged 30 to 39 years and 50 to 59 years with average age of (46.9±15.8) years, whereas CD patients were aged 20 to 29 years with average age of (41.6±17.2)years. The male and urban patients were predominat in both UC and CD groups. Mental workers were common in UC group. The symptoms of diarrhea (302,79.7%), abdominal pain (285,75.2%) and bloody stools (290,76.5%) were major events in UC patients, and those of abdominal pain (44,86.3%), diarrhea (28,54.9%) and weight loss (28,54.9%) were major events in CD patients. The coincidence ratio among colonoseopy, histopathology and bariam enema examinations was 88.4 % ( 329/372 ), 24.4 % ( 52/213 ) and 4/10 in UC patients, respectively, and 86.5%(32/37), 27.5%(11/40) and 75%(12/16) in CD patients, respectively. All of the UC patients were in active stage of disease,including 38.3 % in mild,42.2% in moderate and 19.5% in severe. In CD group, 7.8% was in relief stage and 92.2% in active stage,including 15.7% in mild,43.1% in morderate and 41.2% in severe.Conclusion The understanding of prevalence and clinical characteristics of IBD in last 10 years in Kunming city will be helpful in diagnosis and treatment of the disease.

OBJECTIVE To compare the effect and safety of coblation plasma surgery and beclomethasone dipropionate nasal spray in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis. METHODS A stratified,randomized,controlled trial of surgery and medicament was performed in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis. A total number of 102 patients were involved in the trial,including 56 cases with swelling of inferior turbinate,28 cases in surgery group,28 cases in medicament group; and 46 cases without swelling of inferior turbinate,23 cases in surgery group,23 cases in medicament group. Coblation plasma surgery was performed in all surgery groups. Each patient was given 50?4?2 ?g/d of beclomethasone dipropionate nasal spray in all medicament groups,Treatment time was 3 months. The symptom scores (SS)and visual analogue scale(VAS)were recorded. RESULTS Effect assessment showed that both methods had significant repressive effect on allergic symptoms,the effect of surgery group was better than that of medicament group at the 14th day,28th day and 3th month in cases with swelling of inferior turbinate. Difference between the surgery group and medicament group in cases without swelling of inferior turbinate had no statistic significance. CONCLUSION Both coblation plasma surgery and beclomethasone dipropionate nasal spray are effective to treat perennial allergic rhinitis. But coblation plasma surgery is better than medicament in cases with swelling of inferior turbinate.

Objective:To conduct a clinical tretrospective study on the effect of Silymarin Meglumine Tab on acute and chronic hepatitis B and to explore the related clinical significance. Methods: 41 cases and 205 cases of hospitalized patients pathologically diagnosed as acute and chronic hepatitis B respectively by liver tissuse puncture were divided into three group: ① Silymarin Meglumine Tab group; ② Ganyanling group; ③ complex group consisting of Silymarin Meglumine Tab and Gangyanling and diammonium glycyrrhizinate. To detect the index of routine liver function test before and after the treatment and analyze the hospitalization treatment course. Results: Compared with before treatment, liver functions of acute and chronic hapatitis B were improved to certain extent within each group after treatment (P0.05). The hospitalization treatment time of acute hepatitis B of the three group were almost the same, but the hospitalization treatmeng time of chronic hepatitis B of the Silymarin Meglumine Tab group was 2-4days less than that of the Ganyanling group and the complex group. Conclusion: As far as Silybini Meglumine Tab was concerned, it was better for chronic hepatitis B than acute hepatitis B because it was less complicated to administer the medicine, relieving the liver's burden of metabolism, and hospitalization treatment time was shorter, relieving patients' financial burden,which suggested that it was important to administer proper amount of medicine while taking into consideration protecting the liver's compensation function. If consideration was given to stimulating liver microcirculation with small dosage of TCM, so as to promote the exchange of the liver metabolite in blood, or detoxication and expulsion of toxin, it was likely to be more advantageous to the restoration of liver function and the liver tissue structure.
