Objective To analyze the auxiliary diagnostic effect of oral cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)in root canal treatment of flight personnel.Methods Eighty flight personnel who underwent root canal treatment in Qingdao Special Service Rehabilitation Center of the Navy from February 2020 to February 2022 were enrolled in this study.All the patients received X-ray examination and oral CBCT.The number of detected root canals,root canal localization,and root canal treatment were analyzed.Results There were 235 root canals in the 80 patients.The detection rate of oral CBCT was significantly higher than that of X-ray examination(94.47%vs 87.66%,P<0.05).A total of 206 root canals were detected by both detection methods,and the Kappa value for consistency in the number of root canals detected was 0.643(P<0.05).The successful rate of root canal negotiation assisted by oral CBCT was significantly higher than that of X-ray examination(90.64%vs 82.98%,P<0.05).Conclusion Oral CBCT can effectively assist in the detection of complex root canals,increase the number of detected root canals and assist in the location of the root canals,check the calcification of root canals,and guide root canal negotiation,which provide a guarantee for complex root canal treatment of flight personnel.

ObjectiveTo identify the chemical components of Houpo Wenzhongtang in vivo and in vitro and to analyze the pharmacokinetic properties of the index components in rats with deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach. MethodThe chemical components of Houpo Wenzhongtang was analyzed and identified by ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry（UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS）. Six rats were randomly selected from 18 SD rats as the blank group， and the remaining rats were given lard and cold vinegar for a long time to construct a rat model with deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach. After successful modeling， the rats were randomly divided into the model group and Houpu Wenzhongtang group（13.5 g·kg^-1， calculated as crude drug）. The administration group was given the corresponding dose of Houpu Wenzhongtang by gavage， and the blank group and the model group were given the same amount of distilled water by gavage. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） were used to measure gastrin（GAS） and motilin（MTL） levels in each group. At the same time， plasma samples were collected at different time points after administration， and blood-entry prototype components and metabolites of Houpo Wenzhongtang were analyzed by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS. On this basis， plasma concentrations of magnolol， honokiol， alpinetin and hesperidin in Houpo Wenzhongtang were determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole/linear ion trap mass spectrometry（UPLC-QTRAP-MS/MS）， and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated using DAS 2.0 software. ResultA total of 79 chemical components， including 44 flavonoids and 11 lignans， were identified in Houpo Wenzhongtang. Meanwhile， 18 blood-entry prototype components and 27 metabolites were identified， the main metabolic pathways of metabolites were glucuronidation， sulfation， oxidation and hydrolysis， and phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ were the two primary forms of metabolism. Pharmacokinetic results showed that among the four index components， the time to peak（t_max） values of magnolol and honokiol were consistent and exhibited similar drug metabolism characteristics， the t_max of alpinetin was the shortest， and the absorption rate was the fastest， which had the earliest peak plasma concentration levels， and hesperidin had the shortest mean residence time（MRT_0-t） and the highest metabolic rate in rats. ConclusionThis study clarifies the blood-entry prototype components and their metabolites of Houpo Wenzhongtang in the rat model of deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach， and reveals the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the main active ingredients， which can provide a scientific basis for the study of pharmacodynamic material basis of this formula and its clinical application in treating the syndrome of deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach.

OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （TACE） combined with anti-angiogenic drugs for the treatment of unresectable primary liver cancer （PLC）. METHODS Retrieved from Chinese and English databases such as CNKI， the Cochrane Library， Google， and Baidu Academic， randomized controlled trial （RCT） about TACE combined with anti-angiogenic drugs for the treatment of unresectable PLC were collected from the inception to May 27， 2024. After screening the literature， extracting data， and evaluating the quality of the literature， network meta-analysis was performed using R 4.2.2 and Stata 17.0. RESULTS A total of 44 RCT were included， involving 5 607 patients and 8 interventions. The network meta-analysis results showed that for prolonging median overall survival （mOS） and median progression- free survival （mPFS）， TACE+apatinib had the best efficacy， with TACE+apatinib and TACE+sorafenib ranking as the top two. For improving objective response rate （ORR） and disease control rate （DCR）， TACE+donafenib had the best efficacy， with TACE+ donafenib and TACE+ lenvatinib ranking as the top two. In terms of safety， TACE+donafenib was the best， with TACE+donafenib and TACE+apatinib ranking as the top two. CONCLUSIONS TACE+apatinib and TACE+donafenib have good efficacy for patients with unresectable PLC， and TACE+donafenib has the best safety profile.

Objective:To improve the teaching quality of Medical Microbiology by optimizing the teaching method,adjusting the teaching content and reforming the assessment model.Methods:The students of grade 2020 and 2021 of the same major were divided into the control group and the reform group.The control group received the traditional teaching method.The reform group received the"online + offline"blended teaching method,which integrates online learning resources and ideological and political education into the theoretical content of the curriculum.And the whole process assessment system was applied to the teaching method.The teaching quality was evaluated by the whole process examination results and questionnaire survey.Results:Compared with the control group,the score in the reform group was significantly improved(P＜0.01).Results of the questionnaire survey showed that students'satisfaction with the mixed teaching method reached 97.5% .The integration of hot issues of microbiology and curriculum ideological and political education significantly improved students'learning interest,and more students wanted to engage in the work of microbiology related fields in the future.Conclusion:The practice results show that optimizing the teaching method,adjusting the teaching content and reforming the assessment mode can stimulate the students'learning interest,improve the students'independent learning ability and improve the teaching quality.

Inflammation reaction is a host defense mechanism that protects the host from harmful external antigens and microorganisms, and the intensification of inflammation reaction can lead to tissue damage and development of systemic inflammatory diseases. As a representative derivative of ω-3 fatty acids, Maresin-1 has been widely explored for its role in regulating innate immune cells (neutrophils and mononuclear/macrophages) and promoting the resolution of infectious inflammation in acute inflammatory diseases. There is now increasing evidence that Maresin-1 also has a direct effect on the adaptive immune system and prevents the transition from acute inflammation to chronic inflammation. By analyzing the literature related to the effect of Maresin-1 on the regulation of inflammation, this paper summarized the role of various immune cells in inflammatory response and the regulatory mechanism of Maresin-1 on various immune cells, so as to deeply understand the research progress of the role of Maresin-1 in regulating immune cells in inflammatory diseases. This study provides a theoretical basis for the basic research and clinical application of Maresin-1 in inflammatory diseases.

In order to achieve the goal of integration, homogeneity, a net and a center of medical groups in Hainan province, Hainan province built an integrated management information platform of urban medical alliances and county medical communities based on projects such as the provincial three medical linkage information platform in February 2022. The overall architecture of the medical alliance and medical community platform was divided into system integration layer, data center layer, service layer and application layer. The service layer included four major systems: unified operation management platform, business center, performance evaluation management platform and comprehensive supervision subsystem, which was the core hub connecting the data center layer and application layer, and also was the unified operation and closed-loop management platform of the medical alliance and medical community. As of November 2022, the platform had covered 31 medical alliances or medical communities in 19 cities and counties of Hainan province, achieving information exchange, personnel interaction, resource sharing, business collaboration, and data integration among member units, narrowing the gap between urban and rural medical and health services, which had preliminarily achieved homogeneous management of the medical alliances and medical communities throughout the province, for a reference for the integrated management of medical alliances and medical communities within the regional scope of China.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of the functional dressing of Polygonum capitatum nanofibers （P-PVP-PCL）. METHODS P-PVP-PCL were prepared by electrospinning technology， and the microstructure of P-PVP-PCL was observed. The antibacterial activity and antioxidant activity of P-PVP-PCL and its effects on the survival rate， adhesion and migration rate of mouse fibroblast L929 cells were investigated. The effects of medical gauze dressing， blank nanofiber dressing （PVP-PCL） and P- PVP-PCL on the healing rate of the wound were investigated by establishing the back skin wound model of rats. The pathological changes of the wound tissue and collagen fiber deposition were observed， as well as the number of platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 （CD31） positive blood vessels and the expression of transforming growth factor-β （TGF-β） protein in wound tissue. RESULTS P-PVP-PCL had a smooth surface and a double-layer structure at the cross-section. The inhibition rates of P-PVP-PCL against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were （98.88±0.66）% and （94.75±1.41）% ， respectively. The antioxidant activity of P-PVP-PCL was （83.69±1.56）%， and the cell activity of the P-PVP-PCL group was significantly higher than those of the control group and PVP-PCL group （P＜0.05）. Compared with medical gauze dressings， P-PVP-PCL was more conducive to L929 cell adhesion； at 48 hours， the cell scratches in this group had basically healed. Compared with the medical gauze dressing group， the wound healing rates of the PVP-PCL group and the P-PVP-PCL group were significantly increased （P＜0.05）. On the 14th day of intervention， the wounds in the P-PVP-PCL group had basically healed， there was no dermal necrosis in the wound tissue， and the collagen fibers were arranged relatively neatly and the density was relatively uniform. The number of CD31 positive blood vessels and the expression of TGF-β protein showed a downward trend compared with the 7th day of intervention， and the number of CD31 positive blood vessels was significantly lower than those of the medical gauze dressing group and PVP-PCL group （P＜0.05）， but the protein expression of TGF- β was significantly higher than those of the medical gauze dressing group and the PVP-PCL group （P＜0.05）. CONCLUSIONS P-PVP-PCL has good antibacterial and antioxidant activity in E-mail：444096585@qq.com vitro， and can promote the proliferation， adhesion and migration of L929 cells. It can promote wound healing of rats in vivo.

OBJECTIVE To compare the safety of polysaccharide iron complex and ferrous sulfate in the treatment of anemia during pregnancy. METHODS Retrieved from Cochrane Library， PubMed， Embase， SinoMed， CNKI， VIP and Wanfang database， randomized controlled trials （RCTs） about polysaccharide iron complex （trial group） versus ferrous sulfate （control group） in the treatment of anemia during pregnancy were collected from the inception to May 20th， 2022. After literature screening， data extraction and quality evaluation， meta-analysis， sensitivity analysis and publication bias analysis were conducted with RevMan 5.3 software. RESULTS A total of 13 RCTs were included， with a total of 1 318 patients. Results of meta-analysis showed that the total incidence of adverse drug reactions （ADR） [RR＝0.11， 95%CI （0.06， 0.18）， P＜0 000 01]， gastrointestinal adverse reactions [RR＝0.08， 95%CI （0.05， 0.12）， P＜0.000 01]， anorexia and nausea [RR＝0.21， 95%CI （0.09， 0.54）， P＝ 0.001]， abdominal pain [RR＝0.18， 95%CI （0.04， 0.78）， P＝0.02]， diarrhea [RR＝0.18， 95%CI （0.04， 0.79）， P＝0.02]， vomiting [RR＝0.24， 95%CI （0.06， 0.89）， P＝0.03] and gingival melanosis [RR＝0.09， 95%CI （0.03， 0.28）， P＜0.000 1] in the trial group were all significantly lower than the control group. The results of sensitivity analysis showed that the conclusions obtained in this study were relatively robust. The results of publication bias analysis indicated that there was a high possibility of publication bias in this study. CONCLUSIONS The polysaccharide iron complex is safer than ferrous sulfate for treatment of anemia during pregnancy.

Objective:To investigate the safety and dose of 4D template (real-time adjustable angle template) in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors with 125I seeds. Methods:98 patients with advanced malignant tumors admitted to Department of Thoracic Surgery of Shaanxi Provincial Tumor Hospital were treated with 4D template-navigated radioactive 125I seed implantation from June 2018 to December 2019. Preoperative TPS plan, intraoperative optimization, postoperative verification of immediate dose and postoperative evaluation of implantation dose were performed. The treatment results were observed. Results:All 98 patients completed the seed implantation. The implantation dose of GTV of implantation site receiving external irradiation was (12 489±414) cGy and the dose of no external irradiation was (15 036±514) cGy. V 100% was 84.7%-94.1%, and 88.2%-93.7%. The implantation dose of CTV was (7 450±621) cGy, and (9 080±761) cGy. The quality of dose implantation was evaluated as: excellent in 89 cases (91%, 89/98), good in 7 cases (7%, 7/98), fair in 2 cases (2%, 2/98), and poor in 0 case, respectively. The symptom relief rate of patients with pain was 92%(36/39). The 1-and 2-year local control rates were 61%, 36% and 82%, 54% in patients treated with and without external irradiation, respectively. The difference was statistically significant ( P=0.02). The incidence rates of pneumothorax and hemoptysis were 19%(9/48) and 10%(5/48). No corresponding complications were observed in other parts of the patients. Conclusion:4D template-assisted 125I seed therapy is safe and effective for malignant tumors, and intraoperative adjustment of needle angle and dose optimization can realize the precise control of implantation dose.

Objective:To analyze the target design and dosimetric parameters of patients with recurrent adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) in the parotid gland who were treated with 125I interstitial brachytherapy alone. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted for 25 patients with recurrent adenoid cystic carcinoma in parotid gland who were histopathologically diagnosed between January 2015 and October 2019. These patients were treated with 125I interstitial brachytherapy alone, with prescribed doses of 100-120 Gy. The target volume was designed according to the pathological characteristics of ACC and recurrence sites. The pre- and post-operation dosimetric parameters (i.e., local control rates) were calculated using the treatment planning system. Results:In this study, the local recurrence sites included the superficial lobe (10/25) and deep lobe (7/25) of the parotid gland primarily and the skull base region (four patients) and mastoid posterior region (four patients) secondarily. The number of 125I seeds ranged from 16 to 111, with a median number of 59. The activity of radioactive particles was 18.5-25.9 MBq. The 3- and 5-year local control rates were 81.5% and 61.5%, respectively. No significant differences were found between pre- and post-operative dosimetric parameters such as D90, V100, and V150. There was no significant difference in local control rates among the four different recurrence sites. Conclusions:125I interstitial brachytherapy is proven to be an effective approach in the treatment of recurrent adenoid cystic carcinoma in the parotid gland. Satisfying local control rates can be achieved through target delineation performed according to recurrence sites and perineural invasion characteristics of ACC.
