Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), as a treasure of the Chinese nation, plays a significant role in maintaining public health. In 2019, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council proposed for the first time the establishment of a TCM registration and evaluation evidence system that integrates TCM theory, "personal experience" and clinical trials (referred to as the "Three-in-One" System) to promote the inheritance and innovation of TCM. Subsequently, the National Medical Products Administration issued several guiding principles to advance the improvement and implementation of this system. Owing to the complexity of its implementation, there are still differing understandings within the TCM industry regarding the positioning of the "Three-in-One" Registration and Evaluation Evidence System, as well as the connotation and value orientation of the "personal experience." To address this, Academician WANG Qi, President of the TCM Association, China International Exchange and Promotion Association for Medical and Healthcare and TCM master, led a group of academicians, TCM masters, TCM pharmacology experts and clinical TCM experts to convene a "Seminar on Promoting the Implementation of the ′Three-in-One′ Registration and Evaluation Evidence System for Chinese Medicinals." Through extensive discussions, an expert consensus was formed, clarifying the different roles of the TCM theory, "personal experience" and clinical trials within the system. It was further emphasized that the "personal experience" is the core of this system, and its data should be derived from clinical practice scenarios. In the future, the improvement of this system will require collaborative efforts across multiple fields to promote the high-quality development of the Chinese medicinal industry.

Objective:To observe the effectiveness of bone cement-enhanced proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) in the treatment of severe osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture. Methods:Between January 2016 and June 2017, 23 patients with severe osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture were treated with bone cement-enhanced PFNA at Department of Orthopaedics, The Second Affiliated Hospital to Luohe Medical College. They were 9 men and 14 women with an average age of 85.3 years (range, from 80 to 91 years). According to AO/OTA-2018 classification, there were 2 cases of type 31-A1.3, 5 cases of type 31-A2.2, 13 cases of type 31-A2.3 and 3 cases of type 31-A3.3. According to Singh standard grading, 4 cases were rated as level 1, 16 cases as level 2 and 3 cases as level 3. The PFNA fixation was enhanced by bone cement in all. The operation time, amount of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative complications, fracture healing time and hip Harris scores at the last follow-up were recorded. Results:The operation time averaged 56.3 minutes (range, from 47 to 91 minutes) and the amount of intraoperative bleeding 197 mL (range, from 110 to 450 mL). All patients were followed up for 5 to 27 months (mean, 14.7 months). One patient who had been rated as good by the Harris hip score died 5 months after surgery because of acute suppurative obstructive cholangitis. All the 23 fractures achieved bony union. The healing time averaged 11.3 weeks (range, from 8 to 18 weeks). By the Harris scores at the last follow-up, 11 cases were excellent, 10 cases good and 2 cases fair, giving an excellent and good rate of 91.3%.Conclusion:Bone cement-enhanced PFNA can bring about good short-term outcomes for severe osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures because it can improve the screw control and reduce the risk of internal fixation failure.

Radiotherapy is the most common treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the radiotherapy technique is essential for the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Due to the complexity of the structure of the intensity-modulated device and the accuracy of the clinical requirements of radiotherapy, it is inevitable that higher requirements will be imposed on the process of intensity-modulated radiotherapy. Currently, gaps exist in the radiotherapy equipment and personnel qualification among radiotherapy units, and thus the homogenization in the radiotherapy remains to be strengthened in China. With the application of radiotherapy information management system, digital medicine and artificial intelligence technologies in the field of radiotherapy, the original process fails to meet the application needs of the new precise radiotherapy technology. Therefore, this process is designed based on the existing radiotherapy procedures for nasopharyngeal carcinoma in combination with the latest developments in the field of radiotherapy, aiming to establish a novel standard process recommendation, ensuring the standardization and homogenization of radiotherapy and achieve the individualized intensity-modulated radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.

Objective To improve detectable rate of gastric schwannoma by endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS). Method Clinical data and endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) imaging features of 4 cases were retrospectively ana-lyzed which diagnosed as gastric schwannoma pathologically and immunohistochemically while diagnosed as gastric stromal tumor by EUS from May 2008 to June 2015 and reviewed the literature. Results 4 cases of gastric schwan-nomas are female and benign, all 4 lesions are solitary, 3 in gastric body, and 1 in fundus by endoscopic. By EUS, all lesions are originated from muscularis propria, hypoechoic change, even echoes and clear board without calcifica-tion or cystic changes. 2 cases have halo artifacts around the lesion. Literature review found that gastric schwannoma tended to occur in female, halo artifacts could be the feature of gastric schwannoma, calcification or cystic changes were rare in gastric schwannoma which were common in gastric stromal tumors. Conclusion It was difficult to distin-guish gastric schwannoma and gastric stromal tumors that originated from muscularis propria by EUS. For female patients with lesions originated from muscularis propria, originated from muscularis propria and occurred in gastric body, it was necessary to observe lesions whether there was being calcification or cystic and halo artifacts. Integrated all these performance, we should be in consideration of gastric stromal tumors, meanwhile, excluding the possibility of gastric schwannoma.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI)combined with three dimensional pseudo continuous arterial spin labeling (3D-PCASL)on the prognosis analysis of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Thirty cases with acute cerebral infarction (< 72 h)underwent conventional MRI,MRA,3D-PCASL and SWI.NIHSS scores were performed at the time of examination and 3 months later. The correlation between the collateral blood vessels, regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF)detected by combination of SWI and 3D-PCASL with clinical prognosis were analyzed. Results Twenty-three cases showed collateral blood vessels in the lesions with 1 grade in 14,and 2 grade in 9.The average rCBFs in grade 0,1,2 infarction areas were (22.69±11.94)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 ,(25.10±16.55)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 and (33.04±24.24)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 ,respectively.Collateral blood vessels,rCBF were positive correlated with the NIHSS scores (r=0.989,P< 0.01).18 cases showed multiple vessels around the lesions. The average rCBFs in the infarction area with or not with periphery collateral blood vessles were (28.33±24.24)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 and (22.69±11.94)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 ,respectively. There was a positive correlation between rCBF and NIHSS scores (r=0.897,P<0.01). Of 30 cases of acute cerebral infarction, the average CBFs in the infarct areas and the contralateral mirror areas were (26.92±18.22)mL·100 g-1 · min-1 and (34.22±12.37)mL·100 g-1 ·min-1 .There was significant difference (t=8.093,P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of SWI and 3D-PCASL can display the collateral blood vessels in the lesions and soft meninges, and provide the quantitative analysis of rCBF,which has important clinical significance for prediction of the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.

Objective To research the changes of regional gray matter volumes in first-episode, medication naive females with major depressive disorder. Methods Magnetic resonance imaging and voxel-based mor-phometry were used to compare regional gray matter volumes between 14 medication-naive female participants with a first episode of major depressive disorder ( MDD) ( age( 29. 5 ±6.8) years, number of education years(11.4 ± 2. 7) years, duration of iIIness(5.4 ±5. 2 ) months, H AMD score(27.6 ±5.5)) and 14 female healthy comparison participants (HC) (age(29.5 ±6.9)years,number of education years( 12. 2 ±3. 3)years,HAMD score(2. 1 ± 1.9)). Results Volumes of bilateral anterior cingulate cortex ( ACC) and right amygdala were significantly smaller in the MDD group than those in the HC group. Conclusion These results suggest that volume reductions in ACC and amygdala in females with MDD are present at illness onset.
