Objective:To study the effects of manual inspection and special equipment inspection for light guiding components of hard endoscope after cleaning and disinfection,so as to provide scientific data and evidence for the application of special inspection equipment of hard endoscope in Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD).Methods:A total of 100 hard endoscopes after cleaning and disinfection, which were in CSSD of the Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital during July and August 2024,were selected. Each light guiding components of hard endoscope was respectively inspected by manual method and special functional detector for endoscope(inspection method with equipment). The positive rates of fog, stains and glass shards, and overall failure rate of light guiding components of hard endoscope,as well as the difference with the effect of clinical use, between two kinds of inspection methods were compared. Results:In 100 hard endoscopes, the inspection method with equipment found 2 cases were overall failure, which fog, strains and glass shards were respectively 2,0 and 0.The overall failure rate, and the positive rates of fog, stains and glass shards of the inspection method with equipment were respectively 2%,2%,0 and 0,which all lower than overall failure rate(23%),and the positive rates of fog(17%),stains(2%)and glass shards(4%)of manual inspection. There was significant difference in overall failure rate and positive rat of fog between the two kinds of inspection methods(x2=18.286,11.399,P<0.05).The overall failure rate that was reflected by clinical users was 3%,which was significant lower than 23%of manual inspection, and the difference of that between two methods was significant(x2=15.959,P<0.05).Conclusion:The inspection for light guiding components of hard endoscopes after cleaning and disinfection can be carried out by manual inspection and special inspection equipment, and results of special inspection equipment is getting closer the usage effect of clinical users. It has a series of advantages include being intuitive, easy use, high accuracy, convenient observation, and archivable.

Objective To construct evaluation indicators for the construction of key specialties in traditional Chinese medicine nursing at the provincial and municipal levels and conduct preliminary verification, providing references for evaluating the level of construction of key specialties in traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Methods From December 2022 to March 2023,based on the Wuli-Shili-Renli system methodology, the content and weight of the evaluation indicators for the construction of key specialties in traditional Chinese medicine nursing at the provincial and municipal levels were determined through literature review,semi-structured interviews,Delphi method, and analytic hierarchy process.Opinion consultation and satisfaction survey were conducted on 46 nursing managers of secondary and above traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Chongqing in April 2023 to preliminarily verify the application effect of the indicators. Results After 2 rounds of consultation with 16 experts, the questionnaire response rates were 100%and 100%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.963 and 0.950,respectively,and the coordination coefficients were 0.216~0.307,0.134~0.144,respectively(P<0.05).Ultimately,an evaluation index for the construction of key specialties in traditional Chinese medicine nursing at the provincial and municipal levels was formed, which includes 3 primary indicators,17 secondary indicators, and 76 tertiary indicators.97.83%nursing managers of hospitals are satisfied with the constructed indicators, believing that the indicator content is clear, comprehensive, professional, and has good practicality. Conclusion The evaluation indicators for the construction of key specialties in traditional Chinese medicine nursing at the provincial and municipal levels are scientific, reliable, which can provide references for the construction of key specialties in traditional Chinese medicine nursing and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.

Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2022;57(1):165-168
Objective :
To investigate the association between c. 1311C > T and c. 1004C > A of glucose⁃6 ⁃phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) gene single nucleotide polymorphism ( SNP) with the risk of G6PD deficiency in
Guangxi population.
Methods :
417 patients with G6PD deficiency were randomly selected as case group , and 295 healthy patients were selected as control group. The c. 1311C > T and c. 1004C > A were genotyped using the SNPscanTM multiple SNP method , and the haplotype frequency of two sites were analyzed by SHEsis.
Results :
In the case and control group , there were statistically significant differences in the distribution frequency of genotype TT , CC + CT and allele T at c. 1311C > T locus [TT vs CC :(P = 0. 001 , OR = 0. 373 , 95% CI = 0. 204 - 0. 683) ; TT vs CC + CT :(P = 0. 001 , OR = 0. 371 , 95% CI = 0. 203 - 0. 678) ; T vs C :(P = 0. 002 , OR = 0. 601 , 95% CI = 0. 435 - 0. 829)] ;however, there was no significant difference in genotype and allele distribution frequency at c. 1004C > A locus (P > 0. 05) . The results of the rate method showed that compared with genotype CC , the genotype CT at c. 1311C > T increased the expression level of G6PD enzyme , while the genotype TT decreased the expression level of G6PD enzyme(P < 0. 05) , the haplotype analysis showed that C ⁃C and T ⁃C were associated with G6PD risk (P < 0. 05) .
Conclusion
In Guangxi population , c. 1311C > T locus genotypes TT , CC + CT and allele T were related to the decreased risk of G6PD deficiency.
