Alzheimer's disease （AD）， a degenerative disease of the central nervous system， is characterized by progressive degradation of learning， memory， and cognitive functions. Currently， few drugs are available for treating AD， and their effects are limited. Berberine （BBR） is a natural isoquinoline （quaternary ammonium-like） with a wide range of pharmacological effects. Studies have proven that BBR has good potential in the treatment of AD. Specifically， BBR can inhibit the generation， aggregation， and neurotoxicity of amyloid-β and the hyperphosphorylation of Tau protein， promote the clearance of phosphorylated Tau protein， reduce the cholinesterase activity， neuroinflammation， and oxidative stress， regulate neuronal apoptosis， improve the mitochondrial function and glucose and lipid metabolism， suppress the monoamine oxidase activity， and modulate gut microbiota. In addition， researchers have ameliorated the low bioavailability of BBR. Probing into the potential targets is hoped to provide a reference for further research on the prevention and treatment of AD by BBR.

Morita therapy has been bom for more than 100 years.Inpatient Morita therapy is highly oper-able and easy to master.It can improve many refractory neuroses through four-stage treatment.But more neuroses are treated in outpatient clinics,and Morita therapy cannot be used in hospitalized patients.Therefore,the formula-tion of expert opinions on outpatient operations is particularly important.This paper is based on domestic and for-eign references,and after many discussions by domestic Morita therapy experts,and then drew up the first version of the expert opinions on operation of outpatient Morita therapy.Meanwhile the operation rule of Morita therapy in three stages of outpatient treatment was formulated:in the etiological analysis stage,under the theoretical guidance of Morita therapy,analyze the pathogenic factors,to improve treatment compliance and reduce resistance;during the operating stage,guide patients to engage in constructive and meaningful actions,realizing the achievement of letting nature take its course principle;in the cultivating character and enriching life stage,pay attention to positive infor-mation,expanding the scope and content of actions,improving the ability to adapt to complex life,and preventing recurrence caused by insufficient abilities.It will lay a foundation for the promotion of Morita therapy in domestic outpatient clinics,so that more patients with neurosis and other psychological diseases could receive characteristic Morita therapy treatment in outpatient clinics.

ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of rehabilitation therapists' work, and analyze the factors related to their career development and transformation. MethodsFrom September, 2022 to January, 2023, 153 rehabilitation therapists in Weifang were investigated with a cross-sectional questionnaire, using general questionnaire, Job Satisfaction Scale for Grassroots Health Technicians, Social Responsibility Scale, Job Role and Identity Inventory, and Employee Turnover Scale. ResultsThe majority of rehabilitation therapists interviewed were male (52.28%), under 35 years old (88.24%), with a bachelor's degree (77.78%), income less than 5 000 yuan a month (46.40%), and less than five years of service (48.36%). The work time was (7.78±0.84) hours a day, (5.39±0.51) days a week. The favorable rate of the physical environment of work was 67.32%, and the favorable rate of the interpersonal relationship environment of work was 80.39%. The score of professional identity was (3.61±0.84), the score of job satisfaction was (3.62±0.97), the score of social responsibility was (3.53±0.79), and the score of turnover was (2.39±1.10). Education level, job satisfaction, and social responsibility were the main factors related to the employee turnover (P < 0.05). ConclusionThe overall educational level of rehabilitation therapists is relatively low, and the human resource structure needs to be optimized. There is a significant difference between academic education and continuing education, and career development needs to be improved. The main factors related to career development and transformation are education level, job satisfaction, and social responsibility.

Objective:To research the metabolomic alterations of human lung bronchial epithelial cells infected with human rhinovirus 1B (HRV1B).Methods:Untargeted metabolomics was used to determine the metabolomic alterations in human lung bronchial epithelial cells (BEAS-2B) 6 h, 12 h and during the dynamic process (6 h∶12 h) after HRV1B infection.Results:A total of 93 differentially significant metabolites (DSMs) (47 DSMs were up-regulated and 46 DSMs were down-regulated) and 88 DSMs (37 DSMs were up-regulated and 51 DSMs were down-regulated) at post infection of HRV1B in BEAS-2B at 6 h or 12 h, respectively. A total of 30 DSMs (12 DSMs were up-regulated and 18 DSMs were down-regulated) in a dynamic process (6 h∶12 h) after HRV1B infection. Unknown metabolites took up most proportions. The trends of fatty acid, lipid, amino acid, nucleotide and carbohydrate were increased along with the prolonging of HRV1B infection. DSMs such as Diisononyl phthalate was co-detected DSMs among three groups.Conclusions:Metabolites such as fatty acid, lipid, amino acid, nucleotide and carbohydrate of BEAS-2B cells are changed induced by HRV1B infection.

Objective:To investigate the clinical outcome of arthroscopic suture-button Bristow procedure using suture-button fixation for treatment of recurrent anterior shoulder instability.Methods:A retrospective case series study was conducted to analyze 28 patients with recurrent anterior shoulder instability admitted to Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital from March 2015 to September 2018，including 26 males and 2 females，aged 18-36 years ［（24.1 ± 3.2）years］. Preoperative MRI showed Bankart injury and three-dimensional CT showed glenoid bone defect > 15%. The Hill-Sachs injury was found in 27 patients. Arthroscopic Bristow procedure was used to fix coracoid process graft with the suture-button plate and glenoid labial complex was repaired with the suture anchor to treat anterior instability of the shoulder joint. The visual analogue scale （VAS），American shoulder and elbow surgeon （ASES） scale，Constant score and Rowe score were used to evaluate the shoulder joint function preoperatively，at postoperative 3，6，12 months and at the last follow-up. The postoperative infection，neurovascular injury，redislocation and other complications were recorded，and the incidence rate was calculated. The bone resorption and bone healing of coracoid process graft were analyzed by CT.Results:All patients were followed up for 22 - 36 months ［（24.5 ± 6.3） months］. Three months after operation，the VAS，ASES scale and Constant score were not significantly different from those before operation （ P > 0.05）. In comparison，the Rowe score was significantly higher than that before operation （ P < 0.05）. Six and twelve months after operation，the VAS，ASES scale，Constant score and Rowe score were significantly improved from those before operation （ P < 0.05）. At the last follow-up，the VAS decreased from （2.7 ± 1.5）points preoperatively to （0.8 ± 0.3）points，the ASES scale increased from （78.6 ± 12.7）points preoperatively to （92.4 ± 8.4）points，the Constant score increased from （43.4 ± 5.2） points preoperatively to （81.6 ± 6.7） points，the Rowe score increased from （52.3 ± 7.1）preoperatively to （92.7 ± 5.4） points （ P < 0.05）. During the follow-up，there was no infection，neurovascular injury，re-dislocation and other complications. In addition，24 （86%） out of the 28 patient showed healing of coracoid process grafts，and the overall bone resorption rate was （18.4 ± 6.1）%. No patients had glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis. Conclusion:Arthroscopic Bristow procedure using suture-button fixation for treatment of recurrent anterior shoulder instability has advantages of a low rate of postoperative complications and a high union rate，indicating an effective and safe surgical procedure.

Objective: To study the molecular prevalence and clinical characteristics of human metapneumovirus and human bocavirus in hospitalized children with community-acquired pneumonia. Methods: Total 333 throat swabs and clinical information of patients were collected between 2017 and 2018 at Department of Pediatrics of No.2 Clinical Teaching Hospital, Chengde Medical University. The IgM of adenovirus (AdV), respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), influenza virus-A/B (Influ-A/B), parainuenza viruses (PIVs)were tested by detection kit, and the positive samples of human metapneumovirus (hMPV), human bocavirus (HBoV), AdV, RSV and human coronavirus (HCoV) were detected by RT-PCR or PCR. Results: 43 cases, 19 cases, 3 cases and 2 cases were positive for Influ-B, PIV, RSV and AdV IgM, respectively. Total 80 cases were infected with hMPV (71 cases were single infection, 8 cases were double infection, and 1 case was triple infection), 22 cases were infected with HBoV (14 cases were single infection, 7 cases were double infection, and 1 case was triple infection), 6 cases were infected with AdV (4 cases were single infection, 1 case was double infection, and 1 case was triple infection), only 1 case was single infected with RSV or HCoV, respectively. 39 cases (11.7%) and 41 cases (12.3%) were distributed at <5 years group and ≥5 years group, respectively. 45.0%(18/40)in severe cases and 27.99%(82/293)in mild cases were positive for hMPV, HBoV, AdV, RSV and HCoV, the ratio of viral positive case was significant higher in severe cases than mild cases (P=0.042). The age (P=0.000), peak of fever (P=0.035), duration of hospitalization (P=0.000), neutrophils (P=0.000) and lymphocytes (P=0.000) were significant difference in severe cases compared with mild cases. Conclusions Multiple respiratory viruses can cause community-acquired pneumonia and more attention should be pay to the surveillance of hMPV and HBoV.

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of preoperative 3D-CTA in assisting the preparation of free thinned anterolateral thigh lobulated perforator flap with nerve in repairing soft tissue defect of limb. Methods: Between February, 2010 and May, 2018, free super-thin anterolateral thigh lobulated perforator flap with nerve was transferred to repair soft tissue defect of limbs in 11 cases. There were 8 males and 3 females with an average age of 35 (range, 22-56) years. The defect area was 8.0 cm×11.0 cm-9.0 cm×23.0 cm. Preoperation CT scan of the free flap donor site was performed to obtain 3D images of the region with arterial blood supply by digital 3D reconstruction CT, and to determine the origin, direction, classification, length, diameter and the position of pedicle perforator. Postoperative regular followed-up was carried according to the Upper Limb Function Evaluation Trial Standards of Chinese Medical Association of Hand Surgery and Enneking Evaluation System. Results: All 11 flaps survived. No vascular crisis happened. All 11 cases were followed-up for 3 to 12 (average, 5) months. The flaps were supple and elastic with near normal color. There was no bulkiness. Sensory function was recovered well and two point discrimination was 3.0-6.0 mm. According to the Upper Limb Function Evaluation of Upper Limb of Chinese Medical Association of Hand Surgery, the results were excellent in 1 case, good in 3 cases and fair in 1 case. The Enneking system was used to assesse the lower limbs recovery. The average score was 21, an average of 70% of limb function restored. Conclusion The free super-thin anterolateral thigh lobulated perforator flap with nerve offers advantages to the traditional anterolateral thigh flap. The survived flaps are ideal in terms of covering limb defects and restoring functions. Preoperative 3D-CTA in the anterolateral thigh perforator flap transplantation is an accurate and useful method. It helps a safer and successful operation with optimal outcome.

OBJECTIVE： To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Miao medicine Oxalis corniculata by promoting the quality standard of it. METHODS： Total of 12 batches of O. corniculata were collected from Guizhou， Anhui and Henan， etc. Microscopic characteristics of 12 batches of O. corniculata powder were observed. According to the corresponding methods in 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia （part Ⅳ）， TLC was used for qualitative identification [developing solvent was trichloromethane-methanol-formic acid （8 ∶ 1 ∶ 0.1， V/V/V）]， and the contents of moisture， total ash， acid insoluble ash and alcohol soluble extractive from 12 batches of O. corniculata were determined. The content of isovitexin was determined by HPLC. The determination was performed on Venusil XBP C18 （L） with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1％ phosphoric acid solution  （15 ∶ 85， V/V） at the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The column temperature was 35 ℃， and the detection wavelength was set at 338 nm. The sample size was 10 μL. RESULTS： Microscopic observation showed that the powder was grayish brown to yellowish brown， with many non-glandular hairs and obvious fibrous pore. Results of TLC identification showed that the spots of the same color appeared in the corresponding positions of the test and the control chromatogram. The contents of moisture， total ash， acid insoluble ash and alcohol soluble extract from samples were 6.66％-12.13％， 9.16％-13.79％， 1.58％-4.63％ and 5.22％-15.79％， respectively. Results of HPLC method showed that the concentration of isovitexin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 5.20-78.3 μg/mL （r＝0.999 0）； RSDs of reproducibility （n＝9）， intermediate precision （n＝6） and stability （24 h， n＝6） tests were all lower than 2.0％； and the recovery rates were 97.54％-99.52％ （RSD＝0.74％， n＝6）； the contents of isovitexin in 12 batches of O. corniculata were 0.036％-0.144％ （n＝3）. CONCLUSIONS： Qualitative and quantitative identification methods of O. corniculate were established， which can be used as a reference for improving the quality standard of O. corniculata.

Objective To investigate the susceptibility related sites to schizophrenia through whole genome analysis combined with bioinformatics analysis method.Methods The research was carried out by two stages.In the first stage,300 cases of schizophrenia and 300 healthy controls were enrolled,and 5ml pe-ripheral venous blood was drawn to extract genome DNA.After quality control and concentration adjustment by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,equal mass of DNA was mixed into DNA pooling for case group and control group respectively.Genome-Wide Human SNP Array 6.0 chips were used to detect the polymorphism of the SNP.Plink software was used to locate the differential SNP to genes.GSEA was used to analyze the gene to pathway.Ten loci with the smallest P value of screened pathway were chosen as investigated subjects.In the second stage,240 schizophrenias and 200 healthy controls were collected to gain the genome DNA to verity the genotype of the 10 loci.Results Many single nucleotide polymorphism loci which P<9.2×10-8were found in GWAS.The GSEA pathway analysis showed that the axon guidance pathway was significantly related to the incidence of schizophrenia.The distribution of rs4632195 genotypes involved the distribution of among 10 loci(χ2=11.484,P=0.003)and alleles(χ2=8.824,P=0.009)were statistically significant,and T al-lele was susceptibility genes of schizophrenia(OR=1.537,95%CI:1.157-2.203).Conclusion rs4632195 of DCC gene in the axon guidance pathway is associated with schizophrenia,and the T allele is associated with susceptibility to schizophrenia.

Objective To investigate the association between the patients with schizophrenia and polymorphism in rs2030324 and rs11030101 of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF).Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia and 100 normal controls were enrolled.The BDNF polymorphism (rs2030324 and rs11030101) and allele frequency were genotyped by sequencing the products of PCR.Genotype and allele frequencies were compared between patients and controls.Symptoms were assessed using the PANSS,and the relationship between the score of PANSS and the polymorphism of rs2030324 and rs11030101 was analyzed.Results There was statistically significance between schizophrenic patients and controls in the distribution of allele frequency in rs2030324(x2 =3.888,P=0.049) and rs11030101 (x2 =5.571,P=0.016).There was statistically significance between schizophrenic patients and controls in the distribution of implicit model in rs11030101 (x2=5.230,P=0.022).The score of PANSS negative symptoms of patients with SNPs rs11030101 different genotypes showed that A/T genotype was the highest(34.60±5.63) and T/T genotype was minimum (28.38±9.96),and the difference had statistical significance (F=4.868,P=0.010).Conclusion The polymorphism in rs2030324 and rs11030101 of BDNF is relate to the patients with schizophrenia among Han Chinese and their allele A increases the risk of illness.The SNP of rs11030101 may be associated with the clinical features of schizophrenia.
