Objective To delineate the current research landscape, emerging hotspots, and frontiers re-garding the relationship between the oral microbiome and digestive system diseases. Methods We retrieved publications from the Web of Science Core Collection database using topic-specific queries on"oral microbi-ome"and"digestive diseases."Bibliometric analysis was performed using VOSviewer,CiteSpace, and the"bibliometrix"package in R for data mining and visualization. Results A total of 1228 eligible articles were included.Analysis revealed that research on the correlation between oral microbiota and digestive system diseases will remain a global hotspot.Academic institutions dominated the publications, with centralized institutional distribution and team-based collaboration, though overall collaboration networks remained fragmented.Geo-graphically,the United States emerged as the leading contributor, followed by China and the United Kingdom. While China-U.S.collaborations were prominent,China's engagement with other regions remained limited.Current research hotspots focus on the interplay between oral microbiota and gut microbiota,inflam-matory bowel disease(IBD),and digestive system tumors. Conclusions Research in this field demonstrates high activity and diversity.Studies on the associations of oral microbiota with gut microbiota,IBD,and diges-tive system tumors(particularly esophageal, gastric, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers)remain prominent.Future studies should prioritize elucidating underlying mechanisms and innovating in biomarker discovery and application. However, insufficient collaboration and resource-sharing among institutions currently hinder pro-gress in this field.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of plasma exchange(PE) in the treatment of autoimmune hemolytic anemia in children. Methods:The data from 8 hospitals in China during November 2014 to April 2017 were collected, and the clinical characteristics of PE in children with AHA were analyzed retrospectively. Results:A total of 21 children with AHA were included in the study, including 17 cases from PICU and 4 cases from pediatric kidney ward, with 11 boys and 10 girls, and the median age was 3.64(0.25, 11.10)years old, and median hospital stay was 12(4, 45)days.There were 15 cases(71.4%) with infection, 2 cases(9.5%)with autoimmune diseases, 4 cases(19.0%) with unknown.Consciousness disturbance occurred in 4 patients before replacement and recovered to normal after PE.The volume of blood decreased in two cases(9.5%) and completely relieved. There were 20 cases of anemia (95.2%), 15 cases were normal after PE, and 5 cases were improved.Jaundice occurred in 18 cases (85.7%), 12 cases were normal after PE, 6 cases were improved.Hepatosplenomegaly was found in 11 cases, 10 cases were normal after PE, 1 case was improved. After PE, the hemoglobin and red blood cell count increased, while the total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, urea nitrogen and lactate dehydrogenase decreased, there were significant differences between pre-and post-replacement ( P<0.05). Only 1 case had allergic reaction, which was improved after symptomatic treatment, and PE was continued. After PE, 2 cases (9.5%) had complete remission, 16 cases (76.2%) had partial remission and 3 cases (14.3%) had been discharged. Conclusion:PE therapy can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of children with AHA who have failed to respond to conservative treatment. It can be used as a treatment measure for children with severe AHA and has a good safety.

Objective:To customize the individualized 3D printed head film for patients with head tumors undergoing radiotherapy, and to evaluate the physical properties of the material and the precision of this technology compared with the thermoplastic head film. Methods:The 3D printed head film and thermoplastic head film were placed on the solid water surface, and the depth and surface dose were measured at 5 cm by ionization chamber and film, respectively. Thirty patients with head tumors receiving radiotherapy were randomly divided into the control and experimental groups. The patients were fixed with thermoplastic head film and 3D printed head film. The translational and rotational errors in the x, y and z direction were obtained by CBCT.Results:The radiation attenuation rate of two materials at the depth of 5 cm was less than 1%. The dose of thermoplastic head film in the surface position was increased by 27%, and increased by 18% in the 3D printed head film. In two groups, 116 sets of setup errors were collected. The average translational setup errors in the control and experimental groups were 1.29 mm and 1.16 mm, 1.42 mm and 1.24 mm, 1.38 mm and 1.16 mm, respectively, and the average rotational setup errors were 1.29°and 1.08°, 1.02°and 0.96°, 1.01°and 1.00°, respectively. The translational setup errors in the y and z direction and rotational setup errors in the x direction significantly differed between the control and experimental groups (all P<0.05), but no statistical significance was found in the other direction (all P>0.05). Conclusion:The 3D printed head film fixation meets the precise setup requirements of modern radiotherapy, which deserves further application in clinical trials.

Objective To compare the difference of dose distribution between inverse planning simulated annealing (IPSA) and hybrid inverse treatment planning and optimization (HIPO) in 3D brachytherapy plan of cervical cancer, and to provide evidence for selection of reverse planning optimization method for cervical cancer brachytherapy. Methods From Dec 2016 to May 2017,totally 43 cases of patients with cervical cancer radical surgery were selected.Original IPSA brachytherapy treatment plan optimization was applied to all cases.Based on the information of original image,IPSA and HIPO plans were established according to the same initial conditions.Parameters of Dg0,D100,V100%,Homogeneity Index (HI),and conformal index (CI) of the bladder, rectum and sigmoid D2 cm3 data for High-Risk Clinical Target Volume (HR-CTV) were assessed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in D90,D100 and CI for HR-CTV between the two groups. But the V100% of HR-CTV in HIPO group was significantly higher than that in IPSA group [(87.72 ±0.49)% vs.(85.01 ± 0.55)%,t =2.54,P <0.05].Furthermore,HI in HIPO group was (0.51 ±0.08),which was higher than that in IPSA group (0.42 ± 0.06),and the difference was statistically significant (t =3.02,P < 0.05).Compared with IPSA,bladder D2 cm3 and rectum D2 cm3 [(3.04 ± 0.37) Gy] for HIPO plan were lower [(3.42 ± 0.17) Gy vs.(3.57 ± 0.28) Gy,(3.04 ± 0.37) Gy vs.(3.57 ± 0.28) Gy],which had reached statistical significance (t =0.27,0.19,P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the D2 cm3 dose of sigmoid. Conclusions In the treatment of cervical cancer, better target area HI and less irradiated dose of bladder and rectum can be obtained by HIPO optimization than IPSA optimization.

Objective:To prepare functional monoclonal antibodies against human 4-1BBL molecule and analysis of their biological characteristics. Methods:Female BALB/c mice of 6-8 weeks old were immunized with 4-1BBL transfectant (L929/4-1BBL) as immunogen. The spleen B cells of the mice were fused with sp2/0 and hybridoma cells were screened with 4-1BBL transfectant (L929/4-1BBL) by FCM.The biological characteristics of antibody were investigated by rapid isotyping analysis, karyotype analysis, competitive inhibition test etc.Furthermore, the growth of monocytes in vitro was determined by cell number counting and the cytokine concentration in the supernatants was assayed by ELISA.Results:One hybridoma cell line named 3E7 was obtained, which had the property of secreting anti-human 4-1BBL monoclonal antibody continuously and steadily. This mAb specifically recognized human 4-1BBL molecules. The experimental results manifested that mAb 3E7 could effectively enhance the growth of monocytes and the high level IL-6 and TNF-? secretion. Conclusion:One hybridoma cell line which can secret a functional mouse anti-human 4-1BBL mAb has been developed successfully. This mAb can specifically recognize human 4-1BBL and regulate growth and functions of monocytes in vitro.
