Objective To evaluate the quality of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid after mutual substitution of honeysuckle and wild honeysuckle using total quantum statistical moment(TQSM)and molecular connectivity index(MCI).Methods UPLC fingerprint of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(honeysuckle)and Shuanghuanglian oral liquid(wild honeysuckle)were established,the TQSM parameters and similarity of the fingerprint were calculated;by reviewing relevant literature,as well as the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP),chemical composition databases for Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(honeysuckle)and Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(wild honeysuckle)was established,all components were divided into different component groups,and MCI and its similarity were calculated.Results The number of chromatographic peaks and total zero order moment(AUCT)of 15 batches of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(honeysuckle)were higher than those of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(wild honeysuckle),but there was no significant difference in total first order moment(MRTT)and total second order moment(VRTT);the total quantum statistical moment similarity(TQSMS)between 15 batches of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(honeysuckle)was 1.000 0-0.824 6,the TQSMS between 15 batches of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(wild honeysuckle)was 1.000 0-0.659 0,and the TQSMS between 15 batches of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(honeysuckle)and Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(wild honeysuckle)was 1.000 0-0.619 8.The MCI similarity of various components between Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(honeysuckle)and Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(wild honeysuckle)was 1.000 0-0.984 9,with an overall MCI similarity of 0.995 8.Conclusion There is no significant difference in the various components and overall"imprinting template"between Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(honeysuckle)and Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(wild honeysuckle).It is speculated that the substitution of honeysuckle and wild honeysuckle will not affect the pharmacological properties of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid,but there may be differences in the intensity of pharmacological effects,with Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid(honeysuckle)being the most effective.

ObjectiveTransforming growth factor-β₁ （TGF-β₁） was used to stimulate human fetal lung fibroblast 1 （HFL1） for simulating the pathological process of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （IPF） and thereby the effects and mechanism of medicated serum of Bupleuri Radix against IPF were investigated. MethodTGF-β₁ （10 μg·L^-1） was employed to stimulate HFL1， and cells were treated with medicated serum of Bupleuri Radix （5%， 10%， 15%， 20%） for 24 h. Then cell proliferation rate was determined with cell counting kit-8 （CCK-8）. Subsequently， cells were classified into the control group （20% blank serum）， TGF-β₁ group （20% blank serum and 10 μg·L^-1 TGF-β₁）， TGF-β₁ + medicated serum of Bupleuri Radix group （5% blank serum， 15% medicated serum， and 10 μg·L^-1 TGF-β₁）， and TGF-β₁ + SIS3 group （3 μmol·L^-1 SIS3， 20% blank serum， 10 μg·L^-1 TGF-β₁）. Based on in situ end labeling （TUNEL） staining， the apoptosis rate was examined， and mRNA expression of apoptosis-related proteins B-cell lymphoma 2 （Bcl-2）， Bcl-2 associated X protein （Bax） and myofibroblast marker α-smooth muscle actin （α-SMA） was detected by Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction （Real-time PCR）. The protein expression of α-SMA， Ras homolog enriched in brain （Rheb）， and phosphorylated （p）-Smad3 was determined by immunofluorescence. Expression of Rheb， p-Smad3， and Smad3 was examined by Western blot. ResultThe cell proliferation rate of TGF-β₁ group increased compared with that of the control group （P<0.05）. The cell proliferation rate of TGF+15% medicated serum of Bupleuri Radix group and TGF+20% medicated serum of Bupleuri Radix group decreased compared with that of the TGF-β₁ group （P<0.01）. Compared with the control group， TGF-β₁ group showed decrease in apoptosis rate， increase in mRNA expression of Bcl-2 and α-SMA， reduction in Bax mRNA expression， and rise of α-SMA and Rheb protein expression and p-Smad3 level （P<0.05）. Compared with TGF-β₁ group， TGF-β₁ + medicated serum of Bupleuri Radix group and TGF-β₁ + SIS3 group demonstrated high apoptosis rate， low Bcl-2 and α-SMA mRNA expression， high Bax mRNA expression， and low α-SMA and Rheb protein expression and p-Smad3 level （P<0.05）. ConclusionMedicated serum of Bupleuri Radix can inhibit TGF-β₁-induced HFL1 proliferation and fibroblast-myofibroblast transition and promote fibroblast apoptosis by regulating the Smad3/Rheb axis.

ObjectiveTo explore the material basis for the difference in the efficacy of different parts of mulberry based on molecular connectivity index （MCI）. MethodBy referring to the relevant literature at home and abroad and traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform （TCMSP） database， the chemical composition database of mulberry-source medicinal materials was established. Venn analysis was carried out on the components among mulberry-source medicinal materials. The components in the database were divided into 10 categories， and the composition information was analyzed. According to MCI value， all components of mulberry-source medicinal materials were divided into different groups. The angle cosine method was used to calculate the MCI similarity. The average MCI values of the common component group from 0-8 orders and CI of mulberry-source medicinal materials were calculated. ResultThe components with high similarity such as （+）-cycloolivil， 1′-methoxy-2′-hydroxydihydromollugin， kuwanon， morusin and 1-deoxynojirimycin were selected as potential pharmacodynamic components. Mulberry-source medicinal materials could be divided into five component groups. The similarity between component groups and total components was 0.760-0.999， and the similarity between component groups was 0.248-0.999. In Mori Ramulus， Mori Folium， Mori Cortex and Mori Fructus， the average MCI values of their flavonoids from 0-8 orders were 4.57， 4.59， 6.41， 4.24， respectively. The average MCI values of alkaloids from 0-8 orders were 2.65， 4.55， 2.58， 2.78， respectively. The average CI values from 0-8 orders were 5.51， 5.49， 5.44 and 2.88， respectively. ConclusionIt is preliminarily concluded that there are differences in the flavonoids and pathways of hypoglycemic effects between Mori Cortex and the other three mulberry-source medicinal materials. The MCI values of alkaloids from 0-8 orders in Mori Folium and Mori Fructus were higher， but their inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase were lower than those of Mori Ramulus and Mori Cortex. The structural characteristics of the total components of Mori Fructus represented by CI were quite different from the other three mulberry-source medicinal materials.

Objective:The aMAP score is a hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) risk prediction model based on an international cooperative cohort, which can be applied to various liver diseases. The aim of this study is to use the aMAP score to stratify the risk of HCC in patients with chronic liver disease (combined or non-combined metabolic diseases) admitted to People's Hospital of Yudu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, in order to guide personalized HCC screening.Methods:The demographic information, laboratory test results (platelets, albumin, and total bilirubin) and combined disease information of patients with chronic liver disease who were admitted to People's Hospital of Yudu from January 2016 to December 2020 were collected, and the aMAP score was calculated to stratify HCC risk in this population.Results:A total of 3629 cases with chronic liver disease were included in the analysis, including 3 452 (95.1%) cases with hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, 177 (4.9%) cases with fatty liver, and 22 (0.6%) cases with HBV infection and fatty liver. There were 2 679 (73.8%) male and the median age was 44 (35, 54). In the overall population, low, medium and high risk of HCC accounted for 52.6%, 29.0%, and 18.4% respectively. In the HBV-infected population, the proportion of high risk of HCC was significantly higher than that of fatty liver (18.9% vs. 9.6%, P = 0.001). The proportion of chronic liver disease patients with combined hypertension or diabetes was significantly higher than that of those with non-combined metabolic diseases (combined hypertension: 32.3% vs. 17.9%, P < 0.001; combined diabetes: 36.5% vs. 18.1%, P < 0.001). Moreover, the proportion of high-risk population with two metabolic diseases was significantly higher than that with one and no metabolic diseases (40.9% vs. 31.8% vs. 17.7%, P < 0.001). Conclusion:The aMAP score can be used as a simple tool for HCC screening and management of chronic liver disease in primary hospitals, and it is helpful to improve the personalized follow-up management system of chronic liver disease population. Chronic liver disease patients with metabolic diseases have a higher risk of HCC, and people with high risk of HCC should be given special priority in follow-up visits, so as to improve the rate of HCC early diagnosis and reduce the mortality rate.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingjinchangfei drink for treating AECOPD.Methods We Used random number table to separate 84 patients in to two groups:treatment group and control group.The treatment group used western medicine conventional treatment and Chinese medicine decoction Qingjinchangfei drink.The control group used western medicine conventional treatment.Both two groups were 14 days treatment.We recorded the improvement of symptoms and signs everyday.We compared the lung function,inflammatory cytokines,such as IL-8、IL-2 before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The total efficient in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group.The indicators such as clinical symptoms,signs,pulmonary function indicators were obviously better than that in control group.Compared with before treatment,IL-8,ET,MDA and TNF-? in sputum and blood were obviously lower but IL-2 was obviously higher.Conclusion Qingjinchangfei drink plus western medicine conventional treatment for treating AECOPD was obviously better than western medicine conventional treatment.

Objective To discuss the effect of Yifei Mixture (YFM) on quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at stable phase. Methods Sixty patients with COPD were randomly divided into the control group with small dose Aminophylline Sustained-release Tablets and inhaling Salbutamol or becotide (30 cases), and the observation group with YFM 100 mL, po, Bid (30 cases). Results There was significant statistical differences between the two groups, which shows that the observation group was superior to the control group in amelioration of syndrome, pulmonary function, the times of hospitalization yearlong days, single hospitalization and the integration of SGRQ. Conclusion YFM can slow down the progression of COPD, reduce the time of hospitalization and improve quality of life.
