Objective:To systematically search and summarize high-quality evidence-based evidence on the prevention and management of refeeding syndrome in patients with anorexia nervosa, and to provide a basis for preventive management of patients at high risk. Methods:A computerized search was conducted for evidence on the prevention and management of refeeding syndrome in patients with anorexia nervosa in relevant domestic and international databases and professional team websites, including clinical decision-making, guidelines, expert consensus, evidence summaries and systematic evaluations, and randomized controls. The search timeframe was from database construction to August 2024. Two researchers trained in systematic evidence-based knowledge independently performed literature screening, quality assessment, and extraction and summarization of evidence according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results:A total of 15 publications were included, which contained 4 guidelines, 3 expert consensus, 3 clinical decision-making, 3 systematic evaluations, and 2 randomized control trials. Thirty-one pieces of evidence for the prevention and management of refeeding syndrome were summarized in seven areas: treatment team, risk factors, risk assessment, preventive measures, clinical diagnosis, management measures, and patient safety. Conclusions:The best evidence summarized in this study for the prevention and management of refeeding syndrome in anorexia nervosa provides an evidence-based basis for practitioners to implement refeeding syndrome prevention and management measures.

Objective:To explore the nurses' willingness to stay at work in ClassⅢ hospitals of Chinese medicine, and provide a reference for developing retention strategies. Methods:From May to September 2017, a total of 1 080 nurses from 3 ClassⅢ hospitals of Chinese medicine in Western, Central and Eastern China were selected by cluster sampling and investigated with the demographic data questionnaire, Nurses' Willingness to Stay at Work Questionnaire, Job Satisfaction Scale, Job Control Scale and Transformational Leadership Questionnaire. Multiple hierarchical regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of nurses' willingness to stay at work. A total of 1 080 questionnaires were distributed, and 918 valid questionnaires were collected, accounting for an effective recovery rate of 85.00%.Results:The average score of the Nurses' Willingness to Stay at Work Questionnaire in the 918 Chinese medicine nurses was (3.45±0.63) . There were statistically significant differences in the scores of the Nurses' Willingness to Stay at Work Questionnaire between nurses with different positions, job titles, forms of employment, number of night shifts per month, and monthly income ( P< 0.05) . The results of multiple hierarchical regression analysis revealed that job titles, number of night shifts per month, job satisfaction, work efficiency control, and vision incentives were the main factors affecting nurses' willingness to stay at work ( P < 0.05) , accounting for 28.0% of the total variation. Conclusions:The nurses' willingness to stay at work in hospitals of Chinese medicine is at a medium level, and hospital managers should appropriately adjust night shifts, give nurses appropriate incentives, and strengthen their job autonomy, so as to improve their job satisfaction and stabilize their willingness to stay at work.

Objective: In order to improve the technology of Chinese medicine extraction, experiments were made with large pore size ultrafiltration (LPS UF) membranes in the process of Chinese medicine production, and the feasibility of replacing traditional alcohol sedimentation with LPS UF method in the production of compound Chinese medicine was also explored. Methods: The water extraction liquid of Shenbao Mixture with alcohol percolation extract was ultrafiltered. Icariin as index component was determined. Results: Component of Icariin was reserved as 90%, this technology was similar to alcohol extraction. Conclusion: The experiments on the extraction of “Shengbao” mixture show that the LPS UF membranes with MWCO above 100,000 were more effective in retaining the effective ingredients and removing the precipitates.
