In the context of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， the inheritance of the experiences of famous doctors faces significant challenges due to its complex nonlinear characteristics and dynamic evolution. There are still issues in the current inheritance system， such as the homogenization of talent cultivation models， lack of standardized mentoring practices， and monotonous evaluation method， which hinder the systematic inheritance and innovative development of famous doctors' experiences. Based on a systematic review of the current state of artificial intelligence （AI）-assisted inheritance of famous doctors' experiences， this study explores innovative pathways for deep integration of modern information technologies with famous doctors' experiences from key dimensions， including data authenticity assurance， interdisciplinary collaboration mechanisms， and the establishment of dynamic inheritance standards. It proposes a paradigm shift in the inheritance of TCM famous doctors' experiences in the AI era， aiming to build a new TCM inheritance system of "digital intelligence empowerment and cross-disciplinary innovation"， providing theoretical support and practical pathways for the inheritance of famous doctors' experiences in TCM.

BACKGROUND: Disease-modifying therapies have been approved for the treatment of relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS). The present study aims to examine the safety of teriflunomide in Chinese patients with RMS. METHODS: This non-randomized, multi-center, 24-week, prospective study enrolled RMS patients with variant (c.421C>A) or wild type ABCG2 who received once-daily oral teriflunomide 14 mg. The primary endpoint was the relationship between ABCG2 polymorphisms and teriflunomide exposure over 24 weeks. Safety was assessed over the 24-week treatment with teriflunomide. RESULTS: Eighty-two patients were assigned to variant ( n  = 42) and wild type groups ( n  = 40), respectively. Geometric mean and geometric standard deviation (SD) of pre-dose concentration (variant, 54.9 [38.0] μg/mL; wild type, 49.1 [32.0] μg/mL) and area under plasma concentration-time curve over a dosing interval (AUC tau ) (variant, 1731.3 [769.0] μg∙h/mL; wild type, 1564.5 [1053.0] μg∙h/mL) values at steady state were approximately similar between the two groups. Safety profile was similar and well tolerated across variant and wild type groups in terms of rates of treatment emergent adverse events (TEAE), treatment-related TEAE, grade ≥3 TEAE, and serious adverse events (AEs). No new specific safety concerns or deaths were reported in the study. CONCLUSION: ABCG2 polymorphisms did not affect the steady-state exposure of teriflunomide, suggesting a similar efficacy and safety profile between variant and wild type RMS patients. OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship of long non-coding RNA （LncRNA） metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 （MALAT1） and doxorubicin （DOX） resistance in osteosarcoma （OS） cells. METHODS MG-63 and MG-63/DOX cells were treated with different concentrations of DOX （0， 0.01， 0.05， 0.1， 1 μmol/L）， and survival rates and half maximal inhibitory concentration were determined using CCK-8 assay. The expressions of LncRNA MALAT1 in MG-63 and MG-63/ DOX cells were detected by real-time quantitative fluorescence PCR. MG-63/DOX cells were divided into Control group， knocking down LncRNA MALAT1 negative control （sh-NC） group， sh-MALAT1 group， sh-MALAT1+anti-NC group， and sh-MALAT1+ anti-miR-154-5p group. The expressions of LncRNA MALAT1， miR-154-5p and cyclin D1 （CCND1） mRNA in MG-63/DOX cells of each group were detected. The effects of knocking down LncRNA MALAT1 on the proliferation， migration， invasion， and apoptosis of MG-63/DOX cells were detected by CCK-8 assay， scratch test， Transwell experiment and flow cytometry， respectively. The expression of proliferating cell nuclear protein （PCNA） and CCND1 protein in MG-63/DOX cells was detected by Western blot assay. Interactions between LncRNA MALAT1 and miR-154-5p， miR-154-5p and CCND1 were detected by dual luciferase reporter gene experiment. RESULTS Compared with 0 μmol/L DOX， 0.01， 0.05， 0.1 and 1 μmol/L DOX could reduce the survival rates of MG-63 and MG-63/DOX cells （except for 0.01 μmol/L DOX） （P＜0.05）， IC50 were 0.07 and 0.13 μmol/L， respectively. The survival rate， cell migration number and invasion number of MG-63/DOX cells， scratch closure rate， mRNA expressions of LncRNA MALAT1， mRNA and protein expressions of CCND1， and PCNA protein expression in sh-MALAT1 group were significantly lower than sh-NC group and Control group； the apoptosis rate and miR-154-5p expression were significantly higher than sh-NC group and Control group （P＜0.05）. sh-MALAT1+anti-miR-154-5p group was able to reverse the aforementioned biological effects in sh-MALAT1 group （P＜0.05）. In MG-63/DOX cells transfected with both MALAT1-wild type （WT） and CCND1-WT， the luciferase activity in the miR-154-5p mimic group was significantly lower than mimic negative control group （P＜ 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Knocking down LncRNA MALAT1 can inhibit the DOX resistance of OS cells， and its mechanism may be targeting the miR-154-5p/CCND1 axis.

Objective To establish a high-precision and highly interpretable predictive model to address the challenges faced by constructing predictive models for high-dimensional omics data,such as many potential predictive factors,limited sample size,and high correlation between predictive factors.Methods Unify spike and slab priors and elastic network penalties into the Cox model and propose the spike and slab priors elastic network Cox model.This model can shrink the coefficients to varying degrees based on the importance of different variables.Use the expectation-maximization algorithm coordinate descent algorithm to fit the model,which estimates parameters by maximizing a posterior probability within a Bayesian framework.Results In different simulation experimental scenarios,the spike and slab prior elastic network Cox model exhibited higher sensitivity,balance accuracy,and concordance index than traditional models.In the validation analysis of real datasets,the concordance index of this model is also higher than that of traditional models.Conclusion The spike and slab prior elastic network Cox model is a new variable screening and survival prediction method that can handle high-dimensional omics data in cancer research.

Objective To explore the possible mechanisms of myocardial injury induced by simulated weightlessness in space flight and the recovery of myocardium in rats by aerobic exercise intervention.Methods The body weight of rats was weighed using an electronic balance;the cardiac function indexes of rats in each group were detected using echocardiography and isolated cardiac perfusion;and the expression of proteins related to the AMPK/ULK1/Beclin1 pathway in the myocardial tissues of rats in each group was detected using Western Blot.Results(1)When compared with the C1 group,the T1 group not statistically significant in body weight(P?>?0.05),and the wet weight of the flounder muscle,the wet weight-to-weight ratio of the flounder muscle,and the heart weight were all significantly decreased(P??0.05).After 4 weeks of aerobic exercise,when compared to group C2,group R showed a significant rise in the expression of AMPK and ULK1(P??0.05),and a rise in the expression of Beclin1,but not statistically significant(P?>?0.05);and group A showed a slight increase in the expression of AMPK,ULK1 and Beclin1 expression decreased slightly but not statistically significant(P?>?0.05),p-AMPK expression decreased significantly(P??0.05),and a significant decrease in the expression of ULK1(P??0.05);the expression of p-ULK1 decreased significantly(P?

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effects of Qishao Huoxue prescription on patients with lumbar disc herniation due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis and the effects of this prescription on hemorheological parameters and serum levels of inflammatory mediators. MethodA total of 86 patients with lumbar disc herniation due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis treated in the Wangjing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected and assigned according to the random number table into observation and control groups （n=43）. Patients in both groups received lumbar traction treatment. In addition， the observation group was orally treated with Qishao Huoxue prescription and the control group with celebrex for 3 weeks. The visual analogue scale （VAS） score， Oswestry disabilitiy index （ODI） score， 12-item Short-Form Survey （SF-12） score， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） symptom score， hemorheological parameters ［whole blood high shear viscosity， middle shear viscosity， low shear viscosity， plasma viscosity （PV）， and fibrinogen （FIB）］， and the serum levels of inflammatory mediators ［tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， interleukin-6 （IL-6）， interleukin-1β （IL-1β）， and transforming growth factor-β₁ （TGF-β₁）］ were determined before and after treatment. In addition， the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. ResultAfter treatment， both groups showed declined VAS， ODI， and TCM symptom scores （P<0.05）， increased SF-12 physical component summary （PCS） and mental component summary （MCS） scores （P<0.05）. After treatment， the whole blood high shear viscosity， middle shear viscosity， low shear viscosity， PV， and FIB decreased in the observation group （P<0.05）， while they did not show significant variations in the control group. After treatment， both groups of patients showed reductions in TNF-α， IL-6， and IL-1β levels and an elevation in the TGF-β₁ level （P<0.05）. Compared with the control group after treatment， the observation group showed decreases in VAS， ODI， TCM symptom scores and main symptom scores （P<0.05）， no significant differences in the secondary symptom scores， increased PCS and MCS scores （P<0.05）. The observation group outperformed the control group in terms of recovering whole blood high shear viscosity， middle shear viscosity， low shear viscosity， PV， FIB， TNF-α， IL-6， IL-1β， and TGF-β₁ （P<0.05）. The total response rate in the observation group was 97.5% （40/41）， which was higher than that （88.1%， 37/42） in the control group （P<0.05）. No serious adverse reaction was observed in the two groups during the observation period. One case in the observation group showed subcutaneous bruising on the lower limbs， which gradually disappeared after withdrawal. ConclusionQishao Huoxue prescription demonstrated definite effect in treating lumbar disc herniation due to qi stagnation and blood stasis by recovering hemorheological parameters and inhibiting the expression of inflammatory mediators in the serum without inducing adverse reactions. It is worth applying in clinical practice.

Ying and wei qi is derived from the essence of water and grain， and is the basic material to maintain the normal life activities of the body. Ying and wei qi has the difference of nature of yin and yang or the clear and the turbid. When the relationship between ying and wei qi is out of order and in reverse disorder， it will lead to the occurrence of various diseases. Based on the analysis of the theory of "ying-wei disorder" in The Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor （《黄帝内经》）， this paper started from the perspective of the exuberance and debilitation， circulation and function of ying qi and wei qi， focused on the theoretical understanding that the change of deficiency and excess （"fall"） and the change of circulation （"move"）， and refined the core mechanism of "ying-wei disorder"， which is the depletion of ying qi and wei qi， stagnation of ying qi and wei qi， and disharmony of ying qi and wei qi， and finally summarized the syndrome identification and treatment method of supporting ying qi and assisting wei qi， promoting ying qi and moving wei qi， regulating ying qi and wei qi， and constructed the syndrome identification and treatment system for ying-wei disorder of malignant tumor in clinic.

Objective To analyze the changing trends of the incidence and onset age of cervical cancer in Jiangsu Province by using cancer registration data from 2009 to 2019. Methods The information of national cancer registries with continuous data from 2009 to 2019 was selected, and the quality control indices of cancer registration must be up to standards. A total of 16 registries were included in this study. Statistical analysis indicators include the crude incidence rate of cervical cancer, age-standardized incidence rate, actual average onset age, age-standardized average onset age, and average annual percentage change (AAPC). A birth cohort model was constructed to analyze the incidence of cervical cancer among women born from 2009 to 2019 and its incidence trend. Results From 2009 to 2019, the crude and age-standardized incidence rates of cervical cancer among women in Jiangsu Province showed upward trends, with AAPCs of 5.62% (95%CI: 3.47−7.82) and 4.14% (95%CI: 2.06−6.27), respectively. The incidence rate of cervical cancer in rural areas (AAPC=4.46, 95%CI: 1.13−7.91) increased more than that in urban areas (AAPC=3.83, 95%CI: 2.81−4.86). The actual average onset age of cervical cancer increased from 51.53 years in 2009 to 55.07 years in 2019 (β=0.36, P<0.05). The age-standardized average onset age increased from 48.89 years in 2009 to 50.43 years in 2019 (β=0.21, P<0.05). The age composition ratios of cervical cancer in the age group of 60 years and older were 31.90% in 2019 and 22.40% in 2009 (β=3.66, P<0.05). The incidence of cervical cancer in the same age group of people with different birth years showed an upward trend with the increase in birth year. Conclusion From 2009 to 2019, the incidence rate of cervical cancer in Jiangsu Province showed an upward trend, and this trend was more obvious in rural areas than in urban areas. In addition, the average onset age of cervical cancer showed an upward trend.

For patients with partial jaw defects, cysts and dental implants, doctors need to take panoramic X-ray films or manually draw dental arch lines to generate Panorama images in order to observe their complete dentition information during oral diagnosis. In order to solve the problems of additional burden for patients to take panoramic X-ray films and time-consuming issue for doctors to manually segment dental arch lines, this paper proposes an automatic panorama reconstruction method based on cone beam computerized tomography (CBCT). The V-network (VNet) is used to pre-segment the teeth and the background to generate the corresponding binary image, and then the Bezier curve is used to define the best dental arch curve to generate the oral panorama. In addition, this research also addressed the issues of mistakenly recognizing the teeth and jaws as dental arches, incomplete coverage of the dental arch area by the generated dental arch lines, and low robustness, providing intelligent methods for dental diagnosis and improve the work efficiency of doctors.
