Objective To investigate the value of hs-cTnT in predicting all-cause death in the elderly with SCAD.Methods A prospective cohort observation study was conducted on 274 old adults with SCAD hospitalized in our department from January 2016 to January 2019.Their hs-cTnT level was measured,and according to the results,they were divided into lower(≤13.0 ng/L,94 cases),middle(14.0-22.0 ng/L,94 cases)and upper(≥23.0 ng/L,86 cases)tertile groups.The general clinical data were compared among the three groups.Kaplan-Meier survival curve was drawn to analyze the survival differences among groups.Cox proportional hazards regression analysis was applied to identify risk factors for mortality.ROC curve analysis was applied to evaluate the predictive value of hs-cTnT for all-cause mortality.Results During a me-dian follow-up period of 32 months,62(22.63％)patients died among the 274 patients,account-ing for 75.8％dying of non-cardiovascular diseases.There were statistically differences in the three tertile groups in terms of age,male ratio,proportions of hypertension,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic kidney disease,number of comorbidities,estimated glomerular fil-tration rate,albumin and hemoglobin levels,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular mass index,and mortality rate(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).COX proportional hazards regression model showed the upper tertile group had significantly lower cumulative survival rate than the middle and lower tertile groups(Plog rank＜0.01).Multivariate Cox proportional hazards regression analysis indicated that hs-cTnT≥23.0 ng/L level was still a risk factor for death in both model 2(HR=3.749,95％CI:1.703-8.256,P=0.001)and model 3(HR=2.990,95％CI:1.358-6.581,P=0.007).ROC curve analysis revealed that the AUC value of hs-cTnT level in predicting death was 0.736,with a cut-off value of 25 ng/L.Conclusion For elderly SCAD patients,despite the existence of multiple comorbidities and the priority of non-cardiovascular death,hs-cTnT,a marker reflecting myocar-dial injury,is still a predictor for risk of death in the population.

Objective:To investigate the effects of 40 Hz and 70 Hz frequency flash stimulation on the ability of learning memory and autonomous exploratory in young rats.Methods:Twenty-seven SPF grade male SD rats aged 19-21 days were divided into control group (Ctr group), 40 Hz group and 70 Hz group with 9 in each group according to the random number table.The rats in Ctr group were not given flash stimulation, while rats in the 40 Hz and 70 Hz group were received 40 Hz, 70 Hz flash stimulation (1.5 h/d for 39 days), respectively.The Morris water maze experiment was used to assess the learning and memory ability of rats, and the open field experiment was used to evaluate the ability of autonomous exploratory of rats.Nissl staining was used to assess the morphology of Nissl bodies in the hippocampus CA1 region of the rats.The local field potentials (LFPs) collected from the primary visual cortex (V1 area) region by electrophysiological experiments was used to verify the synchronization of flash evoked neural oscillations.SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The repeated measures ANOVA and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze normal distribution measurement data, and LSD and Tamhane tests were used for further pairwise comparison.The Kruskal-Wallis test was used for non-normal distribution measurement data.Results:(1) The flash stimulation of 40 Hz and 70 Hz both can effectively caused synchronization of neural oscillations in the primary visual cortex of healthy young rats.(2) The results of repeated measures ANOVA analysis showed that there was no interaction effect of grouping and time in the escape latency of young rats in the Morris water maze positioning navigation phase( F=1.326, P>0.05 ). The escape latency had time main effect ( F=40.025, P<0.05), but no grouping main effect ( F=2.039, P>0.05). With the increase of learning days, the escape latency of young rats in each group decreased significantly.There was no interaction effect of grouping and time in the total distance of young rats ( F=2.029, P>0.079). It had time main effect ( F=32.052, P<0.05), but not grouping main effect ( F=2.390, P>0.05) on total distance.With the increase of learning days, the total distance of young rats in each group significantly shortened.On the 6th day of the Morris water maze experiment, there was no statistically significant difference among groups in terms of time in the target quadrant and the number of crossing platforms ( F=2.511, 0.802, both P>0.05). The results of the open field experiment showed that the total distance traveled in the center of young rats in each group was statistically significant ( H=8.935, P<0.05), the total distance traveled in the center in the 70 Hz group (3.80 (2.25, 6.93) m)was significantly longer than that in the 40 Hz group (0.80 (0.72, 1.46) m), P<0.05). The percentage of time spent in the center was statistically significant in the three groups ( H=11.050, P<0.05). Young rats in the 70 Hz group spent significantly higher percentage of time in the center(3.20(2.43, 8.30)) than those in the 40 Hz group (0.95 (0.37, 1.06 ), P<0.05 ). (3) Nissl staining results showed that Nissl bodies in the hippocampal CA1 area of young rats in Ctr, 40 Hz and 70 Hz group were all arranged neatly and tightly, no edema was found in the surrounding stroma, and no obvious inflammatory cell infiltration was found. Conclusion:70 Hz frequency flash stimulation may promote the ability of learning memory and autonomous exploratory of young rats.

Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of children with Burkitt lymphoma (BL) and to summarize the mid-term efficacy of China Net Childhood Lymphoma-mature B-cell lymphoma 2017 (CNCL-B-NHL-2017) regimen. Methods: Clinical features of 436 BL patients who were ≤18 years old and treated with the CNCL-B-NHL-2017 regimen from May 2017 to April 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. Clinical characteristics of patients at disease onset were analyzed and the therapeutic effects of patients with different clinical stages and risk groups were compared. Survival analysis was performed by Kaplan-Meier method, and Cox regression was used to identify the prognostic factors. Results: Among 436 patients, there were 368 (84.4%) males and 68 (15.6%) females, the age of disease onset was 6.0 (4.0, 9.0) years old. According to the St. Jude staging system, there were 4 patients (0.9%) with stage Ⅰ, 30 patients (6.9%) with stage Ⅱ, 217 patients (49.8%) with stage Ⅲ, and 185 patients (42.4%) with stage Ⅳ. All patients were stratified into following risk groups: group A (n=1, 0.2%), group B1 (n=46, 10.6%), group B2 (n=19, 4.4%), group C1 (n=285, 65.4%), group C2 (n=85, 19.5%). Sixty-three patients (14.4%) were treated with chemotherapy only and 373 patients (85.6%) were treated with chemotherapy combined with rituximab. Twenty-one patients (4.8%) suffered from progressive disease, 3 patients (0.7%) relapsed, and 13 patients (3.0%) died of treatment-related complications. The follow-up time of all patients was 24.0 (13.0, 35.0) months, the 2-year event free survival (EFS) rate of all patients was (90.9±1.4) %. The 2-year EFS rates of group A, B1, B2, C1 and C2 were 100.0%, 100.0%, (94.7±5.1) %, (90.7±1.7) % and (85.9±4.0) %, respectively. The 2-year EFS rates was higher in group A, B1, and B2 than those in group C1 (χ²=4.16, P=0.041) and group C2 (χ²=7.21, P=0.007). The 2-year EFS rates of the patients treated with chemotherapy alone and those treated with chemotherapy combined with rituximab were (79.3±5.1)% and (92.9±1.4)% (χ²=14.23, P<0.001) respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that stage Ⅳ (including leukemia stage), serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)>4-fold normal value, and with residual tumor in the mid-term evaluation were risk factors for poor prognosis (HR=1.38,1.23,8.52,95%CI 1.05-1.82,1.05-1.43,3.96-18.30). Conclusions: The CNCL-B-NHL-2017 regimen show significant effect in the treatment of pediatric BL. The combination of rituximab improve the efficacy further.

Objective:To study the treatment outcomes of transjugular intrahepatic portal shunt (TIPS) on refractory hepatic sinus obstruction syndrome (HSOS) caused by Gynura segetum.Methods:The clinical data of 15 patients with refractory HSOS caused by Gynura segetum treated at the Department of Vascular Surgery, Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2017 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 7 males and 8 females, with ages ranging from 30 to 85 years, mean ± s. d. (61.2±14.1) years. Albumin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, glutamyl transferase, and portal vein pressure were compared before and after TIPS. The liver function and renal function of these patients were followed up.Results:When compared with pre-operation, the albumin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and other indexes were significantly improved after TIPS (all P<0.05). The portal vein pressure of 15 patients significantly decreased from the preoperative volume of (41.7±3.5) cmH 2O (1 cmH 2O=0.098 kPa) to (28.3±4.4) cmH 2O ( t=10.41, P<0.001). The preoperative liver function was Child-Pugh grade A in 1 patient, grade B in 8 patients, grade C in 6 patients. The postoperative Child-Pugh grading was grade A in 14 patients and grade B in 1 patient. Ascites, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, abdominal distention and spontaneous peritonitis all disappeared in these 15 patients. Postoperative hepatic encephalopathy developed in 2 patients and hepatic myelopathy in 1 patient. Conclusion:TIPS for treatment of HSOS caused by Gynura segetum resulted in a rapid recovery of liver function, rapid symptomatic relief, with a low incidence of hepatic encephalopathy/hepatic myelopathy.

Objective:To explore the significance of empathy and executive function indexes in the diagnosis and classification of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods:According to DSM-Ⅴ diagnostic criteria, 33 children with ASD, 30 children with ADHD and 39 typical development (TD) children and adolescents were enrolled as the research subjects.The empathy and executive function characteristics were compared and analyzed in the subjects.Based on empathy and executive function indicators, the three groups of subjects were diagnosed and classified by machine learning method.Results:The total score of Griffith empathy measure parent ratings(GEM-PR)(ASD: (0.67±0.64), ADHD: (1.00±0.79), TD: (0.98±0.73)) and each factor score ( F=3.595-10.363, all P<0.05) and the total score of behavior rating inventory of executive function(BRIEF)(ASD: (62.79±7.45), ADHD: (59.47±8.77), TD: (49.08±7.91)) and each factor score of the three groups were different ( F=6.557-33.205, all P<0.01). Among them, the scores of empathy and executive function in ASD and ADHD groups were generally higher than those in TD children (all P<0.05). When combined with BRIEF scale and GEM scale, the classification accuracy of the three groups reached 62.75%. Conclusion:Both ASD and ADHD children have damages in empathy and executive function.Combining empathy and executive function indexes are more helpful for diagnosis and classification than single index.

Objective: To investigate the predictive value of N-terminal type B natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP) on the prognosis of elderly hospitalized patients without heart failure（non-heart failure). Method: Elderly patients aged 65 years or older, who were admitted to Beijing Hospital from September 2018 to February 2019, were enrolled in this study. Patients with clinical diagnosis of heart failure or left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF)<50% were excluded. The patients were divided into 2 groups based on the serum NT-proBNP level: low NT-proBNP group （<125 ng/L) and high NT-proBNP group（≥125 ng/L). Patients were followed up at 3, 6, and 12 months after enrollment, and the major adverse events were recorded. The composite endpoint events included all-cause mortality, readmission or Emergency Department visits. Cardiovascular events include death, readmission or emergency room treatment due to cardiogenic shock, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, arrhythmia, heart failure or stroke/transient ischemic attack. Results: A total of 600 elderly patients with non-heart failure were included in the analysis. The average age was （74.9±6.5) years, including 304（50.7%) males. The median follow-up time was 344（265, 359) days. One hundred and seventy-eight（29.7%) composite endpoint events were recorded during the follow-up, 19（3.2%) patients died, and 12（2.0%) patients were lost to follow-up. There were 286(47.7%) cases in low NT-proBNP group and 314 cases（52.3%) in high NT-proBNP group. Patients were older, prevalence of atrial fibrillation and myocardial infarction was higher; MMSE scores and ADL scores, albumin and creatinine clearance rate were lower in high NT-proBNP group than in low NT-proBNP group（all P<0.05). At 1-year follow-up, the incidence of composite endpoint events was significantly higher in high NT-proBNP group than in low NT-proBNP group（33.4%（105/314) vs. 24.8%（71/286), P = 0.02). Cardiovascular events were more common in high NT-proBNP group than in low NT-proBNP group（17.5%（55/314) vs. 8.4%（24/286), P = 0.001). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed both composite endpoint events（Log-rank P=0.016) and cardiovascular events（Log-rank P=0.001) were higher in high NT-proBNP group than in low NT-proBNP group. All-cause mortality was also significantly higher in highNT-proBNP group than in lowNT-proBNP group（4.8%（15/314) vs. 1.4%（4/286), P = 0.020), and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis demonstrated borderline statistical significance（Log-rank P = 0.052). Cox proportional hazard regression analysis showed that after adjusting for age, sex, creatinine clearance rate, myocardial infarction, and atrial fibrillation, NT-proBNP remained as an independent risk factor for composite endpoint events（HR=1.376，95%CI 1.049-1.806, P=0.021), and cardiovascular events（HR=1.777, 95%CI 1.185-2.664, P=0.005), but not for all-cause mortality（P=0.206). Conclusions: NT-proBNP level at admission has important predictive value on rehospitalization and cardiovascular events for hospitalized elderly non-heart failure patients. NT-proBNP examination is helpful for risk stratification in this patient cohort.

The purpose of this study was to prepare T7 peptide modified vincristine loaded low density lipoprotein (T7-LDL-VCR) nanoparticles to penetrate through blood brain barrier for targeting the brain tumor cells. Firstly, the low density lipoprotein (LDL) nanoparticles were extracted and separated from human serum by density gradient centrifugation method, and then was loaded into the nanoparticle's lipid core by the dry film method, T7 peptide was covalent modified on the surface of the nanoparticles. T7-LDL-VCR was characterized by particle size, entrapment efficiency and peptide attachment efficiency. The fluorescent probe DiR was used to track the brain biodistribution of T7-LDL-VCR in mice bearing intracranial C6 glioma by means of in vivo imaging. The therapeutic effect of nanoparticles was observed with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Finally, relative tumor volume and survival curve were determined in mice. The results showed that the mean size of the prepared T7-LDL-VCR nanoparticle was about 30 nm, encapsulation efficiency was 30.1%, and peptide attachment efficiency was 63.88%. As expected, the prepared preparation has good brain targeting and good effect on the treatment of glioma in mice:the relative tumor volumes of T7-VCR-LDL, LDL-VCR and VCR were 30%, 51.50% and 79.25%, respectively; the median survival time (36 days), which was 2, 1.85 and 1.38 fold higher than that of physiological saline, free VCR and LDL-VCR, respectively. This study suggests that dual modified hposomes possessed a better ability penetrating the blood brain barrier to target the brain tumor with significant antitumor activities.

Objective To develop a new type of combined bone grafts mainly including nanometer hydroxyapatite (n-HA) and α-calcium sulphate hemihydrate (α-CSH), and investigate its setting property and compressive strength. Methods The setting time and compressive strength of nHA/α-CSH combined bone grafts with different liquid-to-solid (L/S) ratio or calcium sulphate dehydrate (CSD) amount were measured and observed by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results The setting time of combined bone grafts was increased along with the increase of L/S ratio or nHA amount, and reduced with the increase of CSD amount. The setting time of the compound with 20% of nHA, 80% of α-CSH was (169±36) min, while that of the compound with 5% of nHA, 20% of CSD, 75% of α-CSH was (6±1.1) min. The compressive strength of combined bone grafts reduced along with the increase of nHA amount. The average compressive strength of pure α-CSH was (12.3±2.4) MPa, while that of the compound with 20% of nHA, 80% of CSH was (4.8±0.6) MPa. The XRD results showed that no other materials were produced except that α-CSH was transformed to CSD during the setting process. The SEM results indicated that nHA was filled in the crystal structure of the CSD, presenting two-phase structure. Conclusions The setting time and compressive strength of nHA/α-CSH combined bone grafts can be adjusted by the different proportion of nHA, CSD amount and L/S ratio, which provides an appropriate condition for clinical application.

Objective To compare the antibody response between preterm and full-term infants after primary immunization of hepatitis B vaccine (HepB).Methods Infants who were aged 7-12 months and had completed primary immunization with 5 μg HepB made by recombinant dexyribonucleic acid techniques in saccharomyces cerevisiae (HepB-SC) or 10 μg HepB made by recombinant dexyribonucleic acid techniques in Hansenula polymorpha (HepB-HP) on 0-1-6 schedule were investigated in four provinces (municipality) including Beijing,Shandong,Jiangsu and Guangxi of China.Among them,all preterm infants were selected to form the preterm group and the 1:1 matching full-term infants with the same month-age,gender and residence were randomly selected to form the full-term group.Their HepB history was determined by immunization certificate and all of their parents were interviewed with standard questionnaire to get their birth information.Blood samples were obtained from all anticipants and were tested for Anti-HBs by chemiluminescence microparticle immuno-assay (CMIA).Results Total anticipants were 648 pairs of infants.The rates of non-response,low-response,normal-response and high-response after the primary immunization were 1.39％,8.64％,45.83％ and 44.14％ in the preterm group,respectively.The corresponding rates were 1.08％,9.26％,44.91％ and 44.75％ in the full-term group.The above four rates did not show significant differences between the two groups (P＞0.05).The geometric mean concentrations (GMC) of anti-HBs in the pre-term and full-term group were 755.14 and 799.47 mIU/ml respectively.There was no significantly difference in the GMCs between the two groups (P＞0.05).Results from multivariable conditional logistic analysis showed that preterm was not an influencing factor to the antibody response after HepB primary immunization among newborns even after debugging the other influencing factors.Conclusion The autibody response after HepB primary immunization were similar among the preterm and full-term infants.The preterm newborns could be immunized under the same HepB immunization strategy.
