Chinese Journal of Nursing 2025;60(2):154-157
To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with Danon disease after heart transplantation.Nursing key points:closely monitor heart function, prevent right heart failure;phased analgesic and sedative measures were implemented to reduce the occurrence of related complications.Skeletal muscle function was evaluated and rehabilitation training was strengthened to promote the prognosis of patients. The patient was transferred to the general ward 5 days after operation, and was discharged 22 days after operation.

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with severe pulmonary hypertension complicated with giant heart after lung transplantation.Key nursing points:to set up volume management measures in stages to avoid hemodynamic disorders;to monitor cardiac function closely and be alert to the occurrence of low cardiac output syndrome;to closely observe heart rate and heart rhythm to correct arrhythmia as soon as possible;the sequential ventilation strategy was adopted to promote the recovery of lung function.Progressive implementation of individual rehabilitation was conducted, and the patient activity tolerance was improved. After careful treatment and nursing, the patient was successfully transferred to the general ward 29 days after surgery, recovered from the hospital 41 days after surgery, followed up for 6 months, and recovered well.

Antipsychotic medications are commonly used to treat schizophrenia, but they can have negative effects on lipid metabolism, leading to an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases, reduced life expectancy, and difficulties with treatment adherence. The specific mechanisms by which antipsychotics disrupt lipid metabolism are not well understood.Sterol regulatory element-binding proteins(SREBPs)are important transcriptional factors that regulate lipid metabolism.Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PCSK9),a gene regulated by SREBPs,plays a critical role in controlling levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and has become a focus of research on lipid-lowering drugs.Recent studies have shown that antipsychotic drugs can affect lipid metabolism through the SREBP/PCSK9 pathway.A deep understanding of the mechanism for this pathway in antipsychotic drug-related metabolic abnormalities will promote the prevention of lipid metabolism disorders in patients with schizophrenia and the development and application of new drugs.

This paper reviewed the present nursing manager succession planning at home and abroad, covering the succession standard of nursing managers, the content and form of pre-job training, and the evaluation tool of management ability. These efforts aim to provide references for the construction of nursing management talents teams in China.
7.Nursing care of critically ill patients infected by H7N9 avian influenza
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(25):26-28
Objective This research summarized the nursing experience of critically ill patients infected by H7N9 avian influenza who were treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and artificial liver device. Methods 10 critically ill patients infected by H7N9 avian influenza were selected, during treatment of ECMO combined with artificial liver device, nursing care such as careful observation of the changes of symptoms, strict disinfection and protection, contact isolation, symptomatic treatment to fever, correct management of airway and ventilator circle, pipeline nursing of ECMO and artificial liver device, mental nursing, symptomatic and support therapy which included antivirus,anti-hypoxia and anti multiple organ failure,anti-shock,anti-infection,microecological balance maintenance and water-electrolyte balance maintenance. Results 4 critically ill patients infected by H7N9 avian influenza improved and removed ECMO and artificial liver device, among whom one patient rehabilitated and was discharged.Another 6 patients were in a steady state. Conclusions For critically ill patients infected by H7N9 avian influenza, comprehensive and elaborate care can facilitate early recovery of patients.
