Objective:To explore the value of 3D reconstruction combined with watershed analysis in thoracoscopic anatomical partial lobectomy for peripheral early stage lung cancer. Methods:A retrospective cohort study was used to analyze the case data of 152 patients with early peripheral lung cancer who received targeted treatment in Hai′an People′s Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to April 2023. All patients were treated with thoracoscopic anatomical partial lung resection. According to different preoperative analysis methods, they were divided into an observation group ( n=79) and a control group ( n=73). The observation group underwent three-dimensional reconstruction combined with venous drainage analysis, and the control group underwent routine analyze. The surgical indicators, pulmonary function indicators, C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and complications were compared between the two groups. Normally distributed measurement data were expressed as mean±standard deviation ( ± s), independent samples t-test was used for comparison between groups, and paired-sample t-test was used for comparison within groups. Comparison of enumeration data between groups was performed using the chi-square test. Results:The operation time, postoperative drainage time, postoperative hospital stay, and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were (76.57±11.94) min, (2.15±0.24) d, (4.32±0.75) d, and (27.63±3.54) mL respectively. The control group was (112.64±13.67) min, (3.76±0.31) d, (5.16±0.81) d, (53.26±4.61) mL, respectively. The observation group was smaller than the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P<0.05). At discharge, the observation group had maximum ventilation per minute as a percentage of predicted value (MVV% pred), forced expiratory volume in 1 second as a percentage of predicted value (FEV1% pred), and forced vital capacity as a percentage of predicted value (FVC% pred) were (83.33±7.51)%, (85.22±7.44)%, (84.16±7.26)%, and those of the control group were (77.19±7.46)%, (76.47±7.36)%, and (79.38±7.20)%, respectively. The observation group was greater than that of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P<0.05). The CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were(47.53±6.34) mg/L, (32.21±5.14) mg/L, (144.53±20.84) ng/L, (180.82±21.17) ng/L, respectively on the 1st and 3rd days after surgery, while those in the control group were (57.84±6.71) mg/L, (38.77±5.23)mg/L, (155.14±22.83) ng/L, (200.97±25.52) ng/L, the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 5.06%, and that in the control group was 10.96%, There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Preoperative 3D reconstruction combined with venous drainage analysis can better promote the recovery of patients with early peripheral lung cancer and retain more lung function after thoracoscopic anatomical partial pulmonary resection.

Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Jiedu Xiaoying Patch in rats with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT).Methods:Totally 32 rats were randomly divided into a blank group of 8 rats and a model group of 24 rats. The HT rat model was prepared by freely drinking 0.064% sodium iodide solution in the modeling module. 24 successfully modeled rats were randomly divided into model group, selenium yeast group, and patch group, with 8 rats in each group. Starting from the 9th week, the application group applied Jiedu Xiaoying Patch to the surface projection area of the thyroid gland in the neck of rats for 6 hours, once a day, for a total of 6 weeks; the selenium yeast group was orally administered with 21 μg/ml selenium yeast solution at a dose of 0.5 ml/100 g, while the blank group, model group, and patch group were orally administered with equal volumes of physiological saline solution once a day for a total of 6 weeks. The levels of TGAb,TPOAb, Sema 5A, and IL-17A in rat serum were detected by ELISA. The changes of thyroid tissue was observed with HE staining. The relative expression levels of plexin-A1 and plexin-B3 were determined through RT-PCR.Results:Compared with the model group, the levels of TPOAb, TGAb, Sema 5A, and IL-17A decreased ( P<0.05), and the expressions of plexin-A1 and plexin-B3 decreased in the selenium yeast group and the patch group ( P<0.05). The thyroid follicles in the model group were severely damaged, with a large number of lymphocytes infiltrating the interstices; the thyroid follicular structure of the selenium yeast group was relatively intact, and lymphocyte infiltration was reduced compared to the model group. The thyroid follicular structure of the patch group was basically intact, with a small amount of lymphocyte infiltration observed. Conclusion:Jiedu Xiaoying Patch can significantly reduce the levels of TPOAb and TGAb in HT rats. The mechanism may be related to reducing the content of Sema 5A, inhibiting the expressions of receptors plexin-A1 and plexin-B3, reducing the production of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-17A, and inhibiting immune and inflammatory responses.

Objective:
To study the effect of benazepril on the expression of nuclear factor E2 related factor 2 (Nrf2), nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 4 (NOX4) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) concentration in rats with hepatic fibrosis and to explore the possible antifibrotic mechanism of benazepril.
Methods:
Twenty-two healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group (6 rats), model group (8 rats) and benazepril treatment group (8 rats). Two rats died during modeling and treatment in the model group and the benazepril treatment group, and a model of hepatic fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCL4) was established. The rats in benazepril group were given benazepril for 8 weeks by gastric gavage. The assessment of liver tissue damage in each group was measured using conventional hematoxylin-eosin and Masson staining. The mRNA level of Nrf2, NOX4 in liver tissue was detected by RT-PCR, and serum ROS concentration was determined by colorimetry. All data were expressed in mean ± standard deviations, and were analyzed using SPSS21.0 statistical software. The data were compared using one-way analysis of variance, and the LSD-t method was used for pairwise comparison between the two groups. The correlation analysis was performed by Spearman’s correlation analysis.
Results:
In the liver of the model group, with the aggravation of liver fibrosis the expression of Nrf2mRNA, NOX4 mRNA and ROS concentration were higher than control group [(4.01 ± 3.40), (31.78 ± 3.96), (1.82 ± 0.46) μg/ ml vs. (0.12 ± 0.11), (2.03 ± 0.31), (1.56±0.84) μg/ml,
