[Objective]To evaluate the utility of left atrial(LA)volume and strain measured by 4D auto left atrial quantification(4D auto LAQ)in differentiating pre-capillary from post-capillary pulmonary hypertension(PH),and to compare its discriminative performance with echocardiographic pulmonary to left atrial global strain ratio(ePLAGS).[Methods]A total of ninety-eight subjects with intermediate to high probability of PH were prospectively enrolled.Clinical history and laboratory data were collected. All patients underwent comprehensive transthoracic echocardiography, and LA volume and strain parameters were measured by dedicated commercial software for LA 4D analysis.[Results]Based on pulmonary arterial wedge pressure, patients were divided into pre-capillary PH group[n=39;mean age(53±24)years]and post-capillary PH group[n=59;mean age(57±18)years].Compared to the pre-capillary PH group, the post-capillary PH group showed significantly higher LAVImax,LAVImin and LAVIpreA but markedly lower LASr and LAScd.Multivariate logistic regression identified LAVImax[OR:1.40;95%CI:(1.052,1.872);P=0.021]and LAScd[OR:1.76;95%CI:(1.183,2.489);P=0.004]as independent predictors of post-capillary PH.ROC analysis demonstrated that LAVImax(AUC=0.82,P<0.001)and LAScd(AUC=0.78,P<0.001)had strong discriminating power for predicting post-capillary PH group, with optimal cutoff values of 35.69 mL/m2(sensitivity 86%,specificity 74%)and-9%(sensitivity 80%,specificity70%).[Conclusion]LAVImax and LAScd measured with 4D auto LAQ are robust parameters for distinguishing pre-capillary PH from post-capillary PH.

Objective To investigate the expression of MPZL1 in gastric cancer tissues, its relation with the prognosis, and its effects on proliferation and colony formation of gastric cancer. Methods GEPIA and UALCAN databases were used to analyze the expression of MPZL1 in various malignant tumors. The KM Plotter database and UALCAN database were used to analyze the effect of MPZL1 on the overall survival of gastric cancer patients. The expression of MPZL1 protein and the changes of apoptosis-related proteins in gastric cancer cells were detected by Western blot, and the effects of MPZL1 expression on cell proliferation and colony formation were detected by CCK-8 and colony formation assay, respectively. Results MPZL1 was found to be highly expressed in various malignant tumors by GEPIA database. The results of UALCAN and KM Plotter databases analysis showed that MPZL1 was highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues, and might be correlated with the overall survival of gastric cancer patients. The results of CCK-8 and colony formation assay showed that the overexpression of MPZL1 promoted the proliferation and colony formation ability of gastric cancer cells (

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2021;34(6):574-578
【Objective】 To obtain the quality information of von Willebrand factor (vWF) in coagulation factor Ⅷ (FⅧ) concentrates in China. 【Methods】 FⅧ concentrates produced by 7 domestic blood product manufactures and 1 foreign manufacture were collected, then FⅧ and vWF contained in FⅧ concentrates were evaluated. 【Results】 The activity loss of vWF was more than 25% in 2 of the 7 domestic FⅧ concentrates. The ratio of vWF activity to FⅧ activity in FⅧ concentrates from different domestic manufactures was significantly different (P<0.05). The ratio in FⅧ concentrates prepared by C, D, F manufacturer was greater than 1, which was similar to that in willate@ approved abroad for the treatment of vWD. The ratio in FⅧ concentrates prepared by E manufacturer was greater than 0.7 and less than 1, and by A, B, G manufacturers was less than 0.5. In addition, the specific activities of FⅧ and vWF were significantly different among different FⅧ concentrates in China (P<0.05), and the specific activities of FⅧ and vWF were much lower than that of willate@. 【Conclusion】 The variation of vWF quality between domestic FⅧ concentrates and willate@ is mainly due to the different in vWF content. After the comprehensive consideration of various indicators, the FⅧ concentrates made by C and D manufacturers may be used in the treatment of vWD.

Chinese Critical Care Medicine 2019;31(10):1285-1288
At present, the main use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of sepsis and sepsis shock is "four patterns and four methods". Although this method is suitable for clinical treatment, it is difficult for doctors to use, and the relationship between "four patterns" has not been clarified. The author introduces the dialectical thinking of "ministerial fire theory", and aims to interpret "four patterns and four methods". Sepsis and sepsis shock can be devided into four stages: Yang excess, Yin insufficient, fire damage, and fire decay, which corresponding to four disease stages: heat syndrome, heat syncope, cold syncope, and decaying, and the corresponding treatments are heat clearing, nourishing Yin, rescue Yang, rescue shock respectively. Abdominal problems should be considered during this process.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of single urokinase and urokinase pump combined with low-molecular-weight Heparin in the treatment of autogenous arteriovenous fistula thrombolysis, and the influence on inflammatory factors [interleukin (IL)-1,IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)] and CD62p.Methods 20 hemodialysis patients hospitalized in our hospital for the treatment of thrombosis in fistula were selected. They were randomly divided into group A (n =10) and group B (n =10).The group A was treated by urokinase infusion, and the group B was treated with urokinase pump combined with low-molecular heparin respectively. Results Compared with that before thrombolysis, the blood flow rate was increased significantly while the IL-1,TNF-oα and CD62p decreased significantly in the two groups after thrombolytic treatment, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).Compared with the group A,the IL-1,IL-6 and CD62p in group B were decreased after thrombolytic therapy, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusions Urokinase combined with low-molecular-weight heparin is better than single urokinase in the treatment of arteriovenous fistula thrombolysis, providing a theoretical basis for clinical fistula thrombolysis treatment.
