Objective To study the correlation of serum miR-185-3p and miR-3194-5p with lesion severity of coronary artery.Methods A total of 88 patients with coronary artery disease,diagnosed and treated at the First Affil-iated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology between January 2021 and July 2024,were enrolled as the research group.This group comprised 40 patients in the low-score subgroup and 48 in the high-score subgroup.The control group consisted of 36 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations during the same period.The level of miR-185-3p and miR-3194-5p in serum was detected using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)method.Pearson correlation analysis was applied to assess the correlation between serum miR-185-3p and miR-3194-5p levels in the research group.The correlation between the levels of miR-185-3p and miR-3194-5p with the severity of coronary artery disease were analyzed using Spearman correlation analysis.Logistic regression was ap-plied to analyze the influencing factors of high-score coronary heart disease lesions.ROC curve was applied to analyze the diagnostic value of serum miR-185-3p and miR-3194-5p levels for high-score lesions in clinical coronary heart dis-ease.Results The serum miR-185-3p level in the control group was significantly lower than that in the research group,and the miR-185-3p level in the low-score group was lower than that in the high-score group(P＜0.05).The miR-3194-5p level in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the miR-3194-5p level in the high-score group was lower than that in the low-score group(P＜0.05).Serum miR-185-3p and miR-3194-5p in the research group were negatively correlated(P＜0.05),and both were correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease(P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the history of diabetes,hypertension,apolipoprotein B,fasting blood glucose,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,serum miR-185-3p and miR-3194-5p were all the influencing factors for the occurrence of coronary heart disease with high score(P＜0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)for the combined diagnosis of miR-185-3p and miR-3194-5p in high-score coronary heart disease lesions was significantly higher than that for their individual diagnosis(P＜0.05).Conclusions The serum miR-185-3p level in the research group is significantly higher than that in the control group,and the miR-3194-5p level is lower than the control group.The serum miR-185-3p level is positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease,while the serum miR-3194-5p level is negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease.The combined detection of the two is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis of high-score lesions in coronary heart disease.

ObjectiveTo investigate the developmental characteristics of gross motor skills and executive functions, and the correlation between them in school-age children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). MethodsFrom November, 2020 to May, 2021, 90 children with ADHD were recruited from Peking University Sixth Hospital and Beijing Haidian Wanquan Primary School, and other 90 children with normal development from this primary school were recruited matched their age and gender. Gross motor skills were assessed with the Test of Gross Motor Development in Children, Third Edition (TGMD-3), and inhibitory control, working memory, and cognitive flexibility were assessed with Stroop Color Words Test (SCWT), Rey-Osterrich Complex Figure Test (ROCFT) and Trail Making Test (TMT), respectively. ResultsThe TGMD-3 score was significantly lower in children with ADHD than in normal children (t = -6.275, P < 0.001), while the test results of SCWT, ROCFT and TMT were worse (|t| ≥ 1.986, P ≤ 0.05). The TGMD-3 score of children with ADHD was negatively correlated with the word sense reaction time (r = -0.261), the number of word sense errors (r = -0.404) and the number of color errors (r = -0.326) (P < 0.05), positively correlated with the delayed structural memory scores (r = 0.228) (P < 0.05), and negatively correlated with the TMT-A reaction time (r = -0.255), the number of TMT-A errors (r = -0.329), TMT-B reaction time (r = -0.214) and the number of TMT-B errors (r = -0.474) (P < 0.05). Stratified linear regression analyses showed that the TGMD-3 score of children with ADHD was significant only in predicting test results for inhibitory control and cognitive flexibility (P < 0.05), with explanations of 8.7% and 22.5%, respectively. ConclusionDevelopments of both gross motor skills and executive function delay in children with ADHD, and there is a relation between them, especially the level of gross motor skills relating to the developments of inhibitory control and cognitive flexibility.

Purpose/Significance To sort out the literature in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in China in the past decade,and to expound the hot topics and development trends in this field.Method/Process Literature in the field of TCM in Wanfang Data from 2013 to 2022 is searched.The abstracts are taken as the research objects,the topics are extracted by BERTopic model,and CiteSpace is used for visualization and analysis.Result/Conclusion 12 683 papers in Chinese are included,and the 5 topics are found:clinical trials and efficacy,research on pathogenesis and pharmacology,the development of the field of TCM,treatment of chronic dis-ease,drug analysis and literature research.The paper makes an in-depth analysis of the topic of the development of traditional Chinese medicine,which continues to grow in popularity,and puts forward that the deep integration of artificial intelligence(AI)and TCM is the future trend.

Purpose/Significance The paper discusses the construction of the current elderly health policy system by using policy text min-ing and quantitative evaluation,and provides references for future policy adjustment and optimization.Method/Process Policies on elderly health issued by the relative departments from 2019 to 2023 are analyzed.The ROST text data mining tool is used to extract high-frequency words and build semantic networks.Gephi is utilized to visualize social network relationships for text analysis.Quantitative analysis of these policies is conducted using the PMC index model.Results/Conclusion The high-frequency words such as"national","society","knowl-edge","resources",and"guarantee"are identified as key areas in elderly health policies,which are interconnected within the social network.The overall trend of the elderly health policy formulation is positive.It is suggested to improve the accuracy and adaptability of the policy,clari-fy the time node and core elements of the policy,and enhance the strategic analysis of the function and content of the policy.

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of bidirectional-traction, Steinmann pin poking reduction,anatomic plate and raft technique in the treatment of hyperextension tibial plateau fractures.Methods:The data of 25 patients with hyperextension tibial plateau fractures admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University (Qingdao) from July 2017 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into bidirectional-traction group (treated with bidirectional-traction, Steinmann pin poking reduction, anatomic plate and raft technique) and open reduction group (treated with open reduction, bone grafting and two plates fixation). The bidirectional-traction group included 14 patients, with 8 males and 6 females; the age was 50.29±9.23 years (range, 38-61 years). The cause of the injury was a traffic accident in 4 patients, a fall from height in 7 patients and a fall from standing height in 3 patients. According to Schatzker classification, there were 5 Schatzker type V and 9 type VI fractures. The open reduction group included 11 patients (7 males and 4 females); with a mean age of 58.00±10.58 years (range, 48-69 years). 3 cases were injured by traffic accident, 6 cases by falling from height, and 2 cases by falling from standing height. According to Schatzker classification, there were 4 type V and 7 type VI. Preoperative waiting time, operative time, blood loss and percentage of blood loss, incision length, fracture healing time, tibial posterior inclination, medial proximal tibial angle, visual analogue scale (VAS) on the first day after surgery, Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) score 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:Patients in both groups were followed up for more than 6 months. The follow-up time was 7 to 48 months with an average of 22.76 months. There were significant differences in the preoperative waiting time [6 (4, 8) d vs. 8 (7, 11) d, W=114.00, P=0.043], the incision length [15.0 (12.5, 16.0) cm vs. 30.0 (28.0, 31.0) cm, W=154.00, P<0.001], postoperative VAS [4 (3, 4) points vs. 5 (5, 6) points, W=143.00, P<0.001], blood loss [147 (107, 206) ml vs. 267 (191, 362) ml, W=116.00, P=0.033], blood loss percentage [2.95% (2.58%, 5.20%) vs. 6.40% (4.05%, 7.00%), W=118.00, P=0.027] between the bidirectional-traction group and open reduction group. There were not significant differences in the operation time [120 (118, 120) min vs. 119 (101, 154) min, W=68.50, P=0.656], fracture healing time (8.18±1.03 weeks vs. 8.86±1.27 weeks, t=1.49, P=0.149), HSS score (8.43±3.72 vs. 85.18±7.73, t=1.28, P=0.221) and medial proximal tibial angle 6 months after surgery (87.66°±1.53° vs. 86.47°±2.24°, t=1.57, P=0.130) between the two groups. Postoperative tibial posterior inclination was improved in both groups. There was no significant difference in the tibial posterior inclination before surgery, immediately after surgery and 6 months after surgery (-14.96°±6.44°, 5.55°±1.02°, 5.61°±0.82°) in the bidirectional-traction group and -12.26°±2.93°, 7.07°±3.21° and 7.14°±3.17° in the open reduction group, P>0.05). There were no postoperative complications such as acute compartment syndrome or knee stiffness in both groups. Conclusion:The treatment of hyperextension tibial plateau fracture with bidirectional-traction, Steinmann pin poking reduction, anatomic plate and raft technique can shorten preoperative waiting time, reduce incision length, decrease blood loss and lower VAS. It is a minimally invasive, rapid and effective method, which has achieved good clinical results and is worth promoting.

Objective:To analyze the different clinicopathological features of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma with and without viral hepatitis.Methods:The clinicopathological data of 79 intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma cases from Mar 2012 to Sep 2018 at Henan Provincial People's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Twenty-five of the 79 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma were accompanied by viral hepatitis. Those with viral hepatitis had a lower mean age at onset than those without [(53±11) years vs. (60±11) years, P=0.011], higher proportion of male patients (80% vs. 52%, P=0.017), higher AFP positive rate (40% vs. 19%, P=0.041), lower CA19-9 positive rate (48% vs. 72%, P=0.036), tend to occur in the right liver lobe (76% vs. 44%, P=0.009), a lower rate of bile duct invasion (16% vs. 41%, P=0.03), and were more likely to be mass type (mass type proportion 96% vs. 72%, P=0.032). Conclusions:Viral hepatitis is common in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma with and without viral hepatitis differ in clinicopathology. Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma with viral hepatitis is more likely to have the characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma, while intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma without viral hepatitis is more likely to have the characteristics of cholangiocarcinoma.

Background Subways are typical congregate settings and may facilitate aerosol transmission of viruses. However, quantified transmission probability estimates are lacking. Purpose To model spread and diffusion of respiratory aerosols in subways by simulation and calculation of infection probabilities. Methods The internal environment of carriages of Shanghai Metro Line 10 was used to establish a study scene. The movement of tiny particles was simulated using the turbulent model. Trend analysis of infection probabilities and viral quantum doses was conducted in a closed subway carriage scene by a quantum emission-infection probability model. Results Under a typical twelve-vent air conditioning configuration, respiratory droplet aerosols within a subway carriage dispersed rapidly throughout various regions due to airflow, with limited short-term diffusion to other carriages. Concurrently, owing to the uncertainty of airflow patterns, the airflow might circulate and converge within carriages, causing delayed outward dispersion or hindered dispersion of droplet aerosols upon entry into these zones. Passengers boarding the carriage could exacerbate the formation of these zones. When the air conditioning system functioned adequately (air exchange rate=23.21 h⁻¹), the probability of a virus carrier transmitting the virus to other passengers within the same carriage via aerosol transmission was approximately 3.8%. However, in the event of air conditioning system failure (air exchange rate=0.5 h⁻¹), this probability escalated dramatically to 30%. Furthermore, a super-spreader (with virus spreading exceeding 90% of the average) elevated the infection probability to 14.9%. Additionally, due to the complexity of turbulence within the carriage, if local diffusion occurred in 1/2 zones of a carriage, the anticipated infection probability would increase to 8.9%, or during the morning or evening rush hours leading to elevated aerosol concentrations, the infection probability would rise to 4.7%. The subway transmission probability for common coronaviruses diminished to as low as 0.9%. Conclusion Combined computational fluid dynamics and infection probability analysis reveals that in the prevalent twelve-vent air conditioning configurations, despite being a major transportation hub with substantial spatial-temporal overlap, the internal space of subway carriages exhibits a certain level of resistance to virus aerosol transmission owing to built-in ventilation capabilities. However, turbulence and passenger positioning may lead to localized hovering of droplet aerosols, thereby increase the risk of virus transmission. Furthermore, super-spreaders, poor operational status of built-in air conditioning system, and high passenger volume at morning or evening peak hours exert profound effects on virus transmission and infection probability.

Objective: To compare survival outcomes between cervical adenocarcinoma (ADC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) using a propensity score matching (PSM) analysis based on the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) Program. Methods: Patients diagnosed with cervical cancer between 1998 and 2016 were identified from the SEER database. The Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression analysis were used to analyze survival. A subgroup analysis of overall survival (OS) between patients with ADC and SCC was performed after the 1:1 PSM analysis. Results: Of the 33,148 patients, 24,591 (79.19%) had SCC and 8,557 (25.81%) had ADC. In the unmatched cohort, after adjustment in multivariate analysis, patients with ADC had a worse prognosis than patients with SCC (hazard ratio [HR]=1.12; 95% confidence interval [CI]=1.07– 1.18; p<0.001). In the propensity matched cohort, Kaplan-Meier analysis and subgroup analysis showed that ADC was associated with a worse prognosis than SCC (p=0.001). An analysis stratified by SEER stage revealed a worse prognosis for patients with ADC patients presenting with a regional disease than patients with SCC (HR=1.24; 95% CI=1.14–1.36 p<0.001), but no statistically significant differences were observed between the localized disease (HR=0.97; 95% CI=0.86–1.10; p=0.664) and distant disease (HR=1.09; 95% CI=0.97–1.22; p=0.162) subgroups. Conclusion The significant differences in survival outcomes between patients with cervical ADC and SCC were only observed in the regional disease subgroup, but not in the localized disease and distant disease subgroups.

Prosthetic joint infection (PJI) is a catastrophic complication after joint replacement.It has become the primary cause of revision surgery after knee arthroplasty and the third cause of revision after hip replacement surgery.The risk factors involve the patient (intrinsic factor) and the environment (extrinsic factor),which can be further divided into uncontrollable factors such as the history of surgical infection and other factors related to age and sex of tumor,as well as the risk factors caused by patients' own characteristics and associated diseases,such as body mass index,smoking,diabetes,rheumatoid arthritis and medicine use.The authors summarize the patients' own characteristics,associated diseases and medication to comprehensively evaluate and understand how to reduce the risk of PJI in the perioperative period,so as to provide some reference for clinical treatment.

Objective To study the memory disorder perception characteristics of subjective memo-ry complaints(SMCs)and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods 302 subjects conforming to the in-clusion criteria were selected.All the subjects completed the illness perception questionnaire-memory of Chi-nese version(IPQ-M). Results (1)There was no statistical difference between the score of social compari-son(2.95±0.78)and the middle value 3.The differences between the score of the remaining dimensions of memory impairment perception(timeline acute/chronic(3.57 ± 0.89),consequences(2.24 ± 0.77),timeline stability/decline(3.71±0.88),personal control(blame)(3.61±0.92),personal control(helplessness)(3.31± 0.73),emotional representation(2.29 ± 0.70),treatment control(2.78 ± 0.67),illness coherence(3.14 ± 0.64))and the middle value 3 were statistically significant(all P<0.05).(2)Gender,education level,living condition,marital status,economic condition,family history of dementia and knowledge education of dementia were the influencing factors of memory perception of SMCs. Conclusion The memory complaining people are less aware of the related knowledge of memory decline,and there are more errors and negative percep-tions.The factors that affect the perception of memory disorders are complex.
