Objective:To explore the impulsivity characteristics of patients with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)comorbid with borderline personality disorder(BPD)and the mediating role of emotion regula-tion strategies. Methods:A total of 96 patients with ADHD meeting the diagnostic criteria of the American Diagnos-tic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fourth Edition(DSM-Ⅳ)were enrolled,48 of whom had comorbid BPD.Impulsivity was assessed with the Barratt Impulse Scale(BIS)and the impulse control difficulty dimensions of Emotional Regulation Difficulty Scale(DERS).Emotion regulation strategies were evaluated with the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(ERQ).Results:No significant differences were found between the ADHD with and with-out BPD group in cognitive impulsivity, motor impulsivity,or non-planning impulsivity as assessed with the BIS(Ps>0.05).However,the ADHD with BPD group showed higher scores on the DERS impulse control difficulty subscale(P<0.001)and less frequent use of cognitive reappraisal strategies(P<0.001).Cognitive reappraisal partially mediated the relationship between ADHD with BPD and impulse control difficulties, with an effect size of 25.9%.Conclusion:ADHD patients comorbid with BPD exhibit heightened emotional impulsivity, which might be partially mediated by reduced use of cognitive reappraisal.

Precise management of the activity dose is a core component of the(early mobilization,EM)plan for ICU patients. However, the lack of clinical practice guidelines related to EM dose of existing programs hinders the implementation and development of EM in ICU patients to some extent. Therefore, this review focuses on 4 aspects, covering the definition of activity dose, assessment tools, the current clinical implementation status, and implications for future nursing. The aim is to systematically review the assessment tools and intervention strategies for the activity dose of EM in ICU patients, providing a reference for optimization of EM programs.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of self-help inflatable balloon in the treatment of refractory benign upper digestive tract stricture. Methods From November 2022 to February 2024,10 patients with refractory benign upper digestive tract stricture underwent self-help inflatable balloon were retrospectively analyzed.Preoperative treatment, intraoperative and postoperative complications, dysphagia score before and after surgery, wearing time of external self-help inflatable balloon, and the clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results All the 10 patients received self-help inflatable balloon treatment. No complications such as bleeding and perforation occurred in all patients during the wearing of the balloon. The placement time of the balloon was 60~180 d,and the average wearing time was 104.9 d.Before surgery, nine cases had a stricture segment length less than 2 cm,and one case had a stricture segment length of 6 cm.The dysphagia score before surgery was(3.60±0.52),and the dysphagia score after removal of the self-help inflatable balloon was(0.60±0.52),and there was statistical significance in preoperative and postoperative comparison(P<0.05).The dysphagia score 3 months after removal of the external self-help inflatable balloon was(0.70±0.48),there was no significant difference in dysphagia score between the day after surgery and 3 months after surgery(P>0.05).The diameter of the stricture before and after operation was(5.09±2.02)mm and(10.35±0.73)mm respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Sore throat, wing of nose pain and balloon displacement were the most common adverse events, with 30.0%(3/10),50.0%(5/10)and 70.0%(7/10),respectively.Conclusion It is safe, effective and feasible to treat refractory benign upper digestive tract stricture with self-help inflatable balloon in vitro. It is worthy for clinical application.

Oxygen generation technologies with lower requirement and higher performance urgently need to be developed to meet the challenges of manned lunar landing and Mars exploration. In this paper, the mission requirements, technical characteristics, key technologies and operation status of oxygen generation assembly by water electrolysis(OGAWE)in China Space Station(CSS)are introduced.Furthermore, the latest developments about oxygen generation by electrolyzing carbon dioxide based on solid oxide electroyte is reported. The application effects and research achievements demonstrate the oxygen generation by electrolysis is one of the most suitable techniques for oxygen regeneration in manned space mission. In addition, the oxygen generation by novel electrolysis technology provides feasible approach for improving the performance of oxygen regeneration and producing oxygen by in-situ utilization of extraterrestrial resource. These development experiments of OGAWE in CSS and research results of novel electrolysis provide valuable references for the technical progress of oxygen generation by electrolysis for manned spaceflight.

Schizophrenia is a debilitating mental disorder with complex etiology. Early identification of high-risk individuals and early intervention for early-stage patients can help improve prognosis, but effective identification methods are lacking. In recent years, research on proteomic techniques based on peripheral blood has achieved certain advancements in exploring the etiology of schizophrenia, as well as in early recognition and diagnostic modeling. This paper provides a review of the research methodologies of peripheral blood-based proteomics and the candidate biomarkers identified through these method.

The patient was a 25-year-old male who initially presented with emotional issues and later developed involuntary movements following the use of antipsychotic and antidepressant medications. He was initially misdiagnosed with Tardive Dyskinesia, a condition commonly associated with psychotropic drugs. However, due to the severity of his involuntary movements, the ineffectiveness of treatment, and a notable family history, genetic testing was performed. The test indicated a mutation in the VPS13A gene of the patient, and provided evidence for a final diagnosis of Chorea Acanthocytosis. This case report aims to enhance the recognition of movement disorders among psychiatrists and facilitate earlier identification of neurological diseases whose primary manifestation is involuntary movement.

Spinal tuberculosis(STB)is an infectious disease characterized by osteolytic destruction, associated with high rates of disability and mortality. When severe bone destruction leads to spinal instability and subsequent significant neurological impairment, surgical bone grafting becomes a necessary treatment. The choice of bone graft material is closely related to surgical outcomes,as different materials have their respective advantages and disadvantages, which directly determine postoperative effi-cacy and clinical prognosis. With the continuous advancement of bone graft materials, the emergence of composite materials has expanded clinical treatment options and significantly improved patient outcomes.Tailored selection of bone graft materials based on individual patient clinical profiles is crucial for optimizing treatment efficacy in STB patients. Therefore, this article reviews the classification of bone graft materials(bone-based materials, metallic materials, and bioactive materials),their strengths and limitations, and recent developments, aiming to provide a reference for clinicians in selecting appropriate bone graft materials.
