Objective To analyze the current status and development trends of registered clinical trials of TCM for the treatment of cervical spondylosis; To provide references for relevant trials. Methods Clinical trials of TCM for the treatment of cervical spondylosis registered in Chinese Clinical Trial Registry(ChiCTR),International Traditional Medicine Clinical Trial Registry(ITMCTR),and ClinicalTrials.gov from the establishment of the databases to December 31,2024 were retrieved, and the registration characteristic information of the included trials was analyzed. Results A total of 168 registered trials involving 32 665 subjects were included. The number of registered TCM clinical trials for cervical spondylosis showed an overall upward trend;the average implementation cycle of the studies was(20.1±10.7)months;the regions where the research sponsoring institutions were located were mainly in Shanghai,Beijing, and Guangdong;the funding sources were mostly from government finance and institutional funds;a total of 133 studies underwent ethical review;the main study type was interventional research, and the main study design was randomized parallel-controlled trials;the intervention measures were mainly acupuncture, manual therapy, and Chinese materia medica;the main outcome indicators were scale scores;17 studies met the requirements for data sharing and management plans. Conclusion The number of registered TCM clinical trials for cervical spondylosis is generally increasing, involving multiple subtypes of cervical spondylosis and diversified intervention measures. But there are problems such as significant regional differences, uneven methodological quality, and poor data sharing, which should be improved.

Kounis syndrome is an acute coronary syndrome triggered by an allergic reaction, which is clinically rare and frequently subject to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. This article presents a case report of a 70-year-old male patient who developed a rash, pruritus, and chest pain following colon polyp resection. Coronary angiography revealed occlusion of the left anterior descending artery, and blood flow was restored after stent implantation. However, the patient experienced recurrent symptoms accompanied by loss of consciousness. Drug skin tests confirmed positive reactions to chlorhexidine and fondaparinux sodium, leading to a diagnosis of type Ⅱ Kounis syndrome. By avoiding allergenic drugs and combining antihistamines with symptomatic treatment to correct myocardial ischemia, the patient′s clinical symptoms significantly improved, and he eventually recovered and was discharged from the hospital. This case underscores the importance of maintaining vigilance for this syndrome in patients with allergies accompanied by chest pain and promptly identifying and avoiding allergens.

Objective It is a tough job to rescue batches of patients with severe blast injury .The article aimed to construct specific technique system management in the rescue of batches of patients with severe blast injury and evaluate its effects . Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 9 patients with severe blast injury who hospitalized simultaneously .According to the difficulties in the nursing process of treating severe blast injury such as management of respiratory tract , continuous renal replacement therapy , vascular access, nutritional supply, skin nursing, etc, specific technique system management was constructed to evaluate technical support key points at different phases , including personalized nursing scheme with disease progression , professional nursing instruction on key points of different phases from specialists as well as corresponding nursing decision and professional caring . Results Specific technique system management was applied in these 9 patients with severe blast injury .Only 1 patients developed ventilator related pneumonia when receiving mechanical ventilation and no procedure related complications occurred in the aspects of blood purification , skin management , vascular access and nutrition support .6 patients discharged from hospital after recovery . Conclusion Specific techniques and systemic management in batch treatment of severe bast injury patients could help collaborative nursing , improve the management of specific management and prevent complication .
