Objective: To investigate the correlation between social jetlag and psychological behavior in upper primary school students,so as to provide reference for sleep health promotion in primary school students. Methods: From April to June 2024, a survey was conducted among 4 341 fourth and fifth grade students from 9 public primary schools in a district in Beijing. Sleep patterns were assessed using a self designed questionnaire, while psychological behavior was evaluated using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ)(parent version). A generalized estimating equation (GEE) model was used to examine the association between different levels of social jetlag and psychological behavior problem scores in primary school students. Results: The proportions of students with social jetlag of <1.0, 1.0-<2.0, and ≥2.0 h were 57.6%, 30.6%, and 11.8%, respectively. The GEE model analysis found that after adjusting for covariates, compared with primary school students with social jetlag of <1.0 h, those with 1.0 -<2.0 and ≥2.0 h had higher scores for internalizing behavior problems [ β (95% CI ) =0.23(0.05-0.41)，0.28(0.02-0.54), P < 0.01]. Primary school students with ≥2.0 h of social jetlag had higher scores for externalizing behavior problems [ β (95% CI )=0.42 (0.13-0.71)， P <0.01]. Among boys and primary school students with an average nighttime sleep duration of ≥9 h, comparied with social jetlag of <1.0 h,those with sucial jetlag 1.0-<2.0 h had higher scores on internalizing and externalizing behavior problems[ β (95% CI )=0.32(0.07-0.56),0.51 (0.11-0.90), 0.26 (0.06-0.46)，0.58 (0.25-0.91), P <0.05]. Conclusions Greater social jetlag may be a risk factor for internalizing and externalizing behavior problems in upper primary school students. Reducing social jetlag may help decrease the occurrence of psychological behavior problems in primary school students.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of the direct stimulation of acupuncture at extraocular muscle attachment point on acquired extraocular muscle palsy. METHODS: Thirteen patients with acquired extraocular muscle palsy were treated with acupuncture directly at extraocular muscle (paralytic muscle) attachment point. Firstly, the intraocular conjunctival sac drops of topical anesthetic (procaine hydrochloride eye drops) were administered, 0.2 mL each time, once every 10 minutes, for a total of 3 times. Acupuncture was delivered immediately after the third drop. The sterile acupuncture needle for single use, 0.25 mm×25 mm, was inserted at the anatomical location of the corneal limbal attachment of paralytic extraocular muscle, with an angle of 10° to 15° formed between the needle tip and extraocular muscle, and a depth of 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm. Pivoted by the needle tip, the eyeball was moved passively towards the direction of normal action of orbital muscle, 30 to 50 times until the patient felt soreness of the eyeball; afterwards, the needle was removed. After acupuncture, levofloxacin eye drops were administered once (0.2 mL) at the affected eye. The treatment was given twice a week, and completed when diplopia disappeared. Before and after treatment, the diplopia and the synoptophore circumference were observed respectively. RESULTS: After 7 to 24 (15.46±5.56) times of direct stimulation with acupuncture at extraocular muscle attachment point, the symptoms of diplopia disappeared in 13 patients, the eye position restored to orthophoria, and the circumference of synoptophore was reduced to be (4.04±0.82)° from (19.38±3.98)° detected before treatment (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Acupuncture directly at extraocular muscle attachment can attenuate diplopia and improve ocular muscle function in patients with acquired extraocular muscle palsy.

ObjectiveTo analyze the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of clustered influenza-like illness (ILI) outbreaks in Yangpu District, Shanghai from 2012 to 2022, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating specific prevention and control measures of influenza in this district. MethodsData on clustered ILI outbreaks from 2012 to 2022 were collected, and the epidemiological pattern of the cluster outbreaks of influenza and its influencing factors of prevalence and duration were explored using statistical methods such as descriptive epidemiology, χ² test and logistic regression analysis. ResultsA total of 60 clustered ILI outbreaks were reported in Yangpu District, Shanghai from 2012 to 2022, with a cumulative number of 543 cases and an annual average incidence rate of 16.96%. The male-to-female ratio was1.06∶1. The largest number of ILI were reported in 2019, mainly from November to January of the next year, with December being the peak of outbreaks. The Streets of Changhai Rd. in Yangpu District had the largest number of reported outbreaks, accounting for 30.00% of the total outbreaks. Influenza cluster outbreaks occurred in schools, with the majority of outbreaks and cases reported in primary schools (accounting for 65.00% and 62.06% of the total, respectively). The outbreaks were mainly caused by influenza B virus, accounting for 50% of the total number of outbreaks. The prevalence rate of influenza cluster outbreaks varied among different schools in terms of their affiliated streets, school attributes and school types, with those in Kongjiang Rd. Subdistrict, private schools, and childcare institutions being relatively high. The duration of outbreaks reported for >2 days was longer than those reported for ≤2 days (OR=8.604, 95%CI: 1.509–49.067). ConclusionThe ILI outbreaks in Yangpu District present a seasonal pattern, with primary schools and Changhai Rd. Street as the targeted places for implementing prevention and control measures. Timely detection and reporting and active disposal can prevent a further spread of the outbreaks.

Objective: To explore the association of screening myopia and sitting posture habits as well as screen viewing distance among primary school students, providing a scientific basis for myopia prevention and intervention among primary school students. Methods: From April to June 2024, a convenient sampling method was used to enroll 1 394 fourth grade students from four primary schools in a district of Beijing for vision examinations and questionnaire surveys. Logistic regression models were employed to analyze the relationship of screening myopia detection and sitting posture habits as well as viewing distance. Results: The screening myopia prevalence among primary school students was 63.8%. About 13.1% of students self reported poor sitting posture, and 47.1% selfreported a viewing distance of ≤20 cm. After adjusting for covariates including age, gender, school, sleep quality, parental myopia status, physical fitness level, daily high intensity physical activity, weekend outdoor activity time and types of after school services, Logistic regression analysis showed that students with poor sitting posture were more likely to have screening myopia than those with normal sitting posture ( OR =1.73,95% CI =1.03-2.92); students with a viewing distance of ≤20 cm were more likely to have screening myopia than those with a viewing distance of >20 cm( OR =1.32, 95% CI =1.02-1.71)( P <0.05). The association between sitting posture and screening myopia was more significant among boys( OR =2.00, 95% CI =1.03-3.88, P < 0.05 ). A multiplicative interaction was observed between sitting posture and viewing distance. Compared to primary school students with normal posture and a viewing distance of >20 cm, those with poor posture and a viewing distance of >20 cm were more likely to have screening myopia ( OR =1.82, 95% CI =1.12-2.96， P <0.05). Conclusions Both sitting posture habits and screen viewing distance are related to screening myopia in primary school students. Poor sitting posture poses a higher risk than screen distance, and the two factors exhibit an interactive effect on myopia risk.

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and therapeutic effects of a self-designed portable enteral nutrition (EN) kit for home EN in patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) .Methods:A total of 60 patients suffered from moderately severe AP and severe AP and needed home EN in Department of Gastroenterology of First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University between April 2022 and June 2023 were enrolled. They were randomly assigned to portable EN group (observation group, n=28) and routine EN group (control group, n=29) according to random number table. All patients were given EN guidance before discharge. After discharge, all patients were given weekly telephone follow-up to guide the resolution of home EN problems. Patients were followed up from discharge to extubation. The age, gender, body mass index (BMI), disease severity, laboratory indicators (white blood cell, hemoglobin, albumin, total protein), AP related complications before discharge were recorded. During the follow-up period, changes in BMI, laboratory indicators, gastrointestinal symptoms, infection related complications, nutrition tube related complications and Barthel index were recorded. Results:all indicators in the two groups were not significantly statistically different, which comparable at baseline. During the 1-week, 2-week, 3-week and 4-week follow-up period, there was no significant difference on the incidence of infection and complications related to nutrition tube between the two groups, while the incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). At the 3-week and 4-week follow-up, the BMI [ (22.38±3.84) vs (20.38±3.56) kg/m 2; (22.59±3.77) vs (20.54±3.37) kg/m 2], hemoglobin [ (125.00±13.46) vs (113.4±13.64) g/L; (126.20±14.37) vs (114.3±13.25) g/L], and albumin [ (40.96±3.07) vs (39.17±3.31) g/L; (41.79±2.73) vs (39.97±2.67) g/L] levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group; the living ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (87.32±5.85 vs 82.59±9.79; 89.64±1.31 vs 83.97±8.80) ; and all the differences were statistically significant (all P value <0.05) . Conclusions:The application of portable EN kit can help reduce the gastrointestinal symptoms of AP patients who need long-term home EN, improve nutritional status and life ability.

Objective:To understand the current status of pubertal sexual characteristics development of girls aged 6-18 years in Tongzhou District of Beijing and to compare the differences in sexual characteristics development among girls characterized as thin, normal, overweight, and obese.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 2 844 girls aged 6-18 years in Tongzhou District of Beijing from September 2022 to July 2023. The developmental stages of breast and pubic hair were assessed on site, and menarche status was inquired. Weight and height were measured. The girls were subsequently characterized into thin, normal, overweight and obese groups. Basic information (including family and personal history) was obtained through questionnaires. Probit probability unit regression was applied to calculate the age of each Tanner stage of sexual characteristics development and the age of menarche. The χ 2 test was applied to compare the counting data between two or multiple groups. Results:A total of 2 844 girls were surveyed and 2 704 girls met the inclusion criteria, resulting in a valid response rate of 95.1%. Among these girls, 1 105 (40.9%) were aged 6-9 years, 1 053 (38.9%) were aged 10-13 years, and 546 (20.2%) were aged 14-18 years. The of height-for-age Z-score (HAZ), weight-for-age Z-score (WAZ), and body mass index-for-age Z-score (BAZ) were 0.46(-0.23,1.16), 0.69(-0.16,1.67), and 0.67(-0.27,1.73) respectively. The prevalences of thin, overweight, and obesity were respectively 1.7% (45/2 704), 17.3% (467/2 704), and 19.9% (538/2 704), respectively. There were 45 girls in the thin group, 1 654 girls in the normal weight group, 1 005 girls in the overweight and obesity group. The age of Tanner stage breast 2 (B2), Tanner stage pubic hair 2 (P2), and menarche was 9.0 (95% CI 8.9-9.1), 10.5 (95% CI 10.4-10.6), and 11.4 (95% CI 11.3-1.5) years, respectively. The current status of breast and pubic hair maturity in girls with pubertal development shows that 64.6% (1 211/1 874) of these girls had breast development preceding pubic hair development, 32.4% (607/1 874) had concurrent breast and pubic hair development, and 3.0% (56/1 874) had pubic hairs development preceding breast development. The interval age between B2 and B5 was 4.7 (95% CI 4.6-4.8) years, between P2 and P5 was 4.5 (95% CI 4.4-4.6) years, and between B2 and menarche was 2.4 (95% CI 2.3-2.5) years. The ages of sexual characteristics development in overweight and obese groups were earlier than that in normal and thin groups. The ages of B2 in thin, normal, overweight, and obese groups were 10.0 (95% CI 9.5-10.6), 9.3 (95% CI 9.2-9.4), and 8.6 (95% CI 8.4-8.7) years, respectively. The age of menarche in thin, normal, overweight, and obese groups were 13.1 (95% CI 12.4-13.7), 11.6 (95% CI 11.4-11.7), and 11.1 (95% CI 11.0-11.2) years, respectively. The interval ages between B2 and B5 and between P2 and P5 was 4.5 and 4.1 years, respectively in the overweight and obese groups, and those in normal group and thin group was 4.7 and 4.5 years, 4.6 and 4.7 years, respectively. Conclusions:The ages of sexual characteristics development and menarche tend in Tongzhou District of Beijing to be earlier than that being reported of Beijing's survey 20 years ago. Girls characterized as overweight and obese not only start puberty at an earlier age than girls of normal weight, but also have a shorter developmental process.

In recent years， with frequent outbreaks of infectious diseases around the world， the global public health is faced with many threats and challenges. An infectious diseases early warning system is an important means for prevention and control of infectious diseases. As an important part of the early warning system， the warning indicators is crucial for understanding the occurrence and development trend of infectious diseases， detecting abnormal situations timely and effectively， and issuing early warning and initiating emergency response. Based on the occurrence and development process of infectious diseases， this paper summarizes the research status of early warning indicators on infectious diseases， in order to provide reference for the development and improvement of the infectious diseases early warning system.

Objective: The characteristics and differences of the general notice between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia were investigated to provide references and suggestions for the compilation of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
Methods: From the perspective of frame structure and main contents, the general notice between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia was compared.
Results: Each volume of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia had its general notice, including 34 to 48 items and 10 to 12 chapters based on different varieties collected in each volume. The Japanese Pharmacopoeia had 49 items not arranged by chapters. There are many differences on the general notice between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, such as the definitions and expressions of names, determination of appearance, revision rules, risk assessment and quality control conception. The framework of the general notice in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia was clear, the content was specific and the operation was friendly. The term description of the general notice in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia was concise, and some terms need to be implemented under the guidance of professional knowledge.
Conclusion: In light of comparative study, every volume’s general notice of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia has its own characteristics. By integrating advanced analytical technique, combining the requirements with laws and regulations, and optimizing content and terms, all volume’s general notice could be explored to be coordinated and unified.

ObjectiveTo compare the differences in thyroid hormone levels between adolescents with and without suicidal ideation， and to explore the association between thyroid hormone/suicidal ideation and the antidepressant treatment. MethodsA total of 100 patients were divided into non-suicidal ideation group and suicidal ideation group according to the SIOSS. The levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone （TSH）， triiodothyronine （T3）， thyroxine （T4）， free triiodothyronine （FT3） and free thyroxine （FT4） were compared between the two groups as well as their changes after 6 weeks of antidepressant treatment. ResultsThe levels of FT3， FT4 and T4 in the non-suicidal ideation group were higher than those in the suicidal ideation group. After 6 weeks of antidepressant treatment， the levels of FT3， FT4 and T4 in the suicide ideation group were higher than those before the treatment. The FT3 level in the male non-suicidal ideation group was higher than that in the suicidal ideation group. The levels of FT4 and T4 in the female non-suicidal ideation group were higher than those in the suicidal ideation group （all P<0.05） ConclusionThere are differences in thyroid hormone levels between adolescents with and without suicidal ideation （both with first-episode depression）， and patients with suicidal ideation have significant changes after treatment with antidepressants.

ObjectiveTo understand the epidemic characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases （NIDs） other than coronavirus disease 2019 （COVID-19） in Shanghai in 2020， and to provide evidence for formulating infectious disease prevention and control strategies. MethodsData of NIDs reported in Shanghai from 2015 to 2020 were collected through the National Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the incidence and prevalence characteristics of NIDs in Shanghai in 2020， and compared them with the average values of 2015 to 2019. ResultsA total of 45 574 cases of 23 kinds of NIDs were reported in Shanghai in 2020， except for COVID-19， with an incidence of 187.69/10⁵， and a decrease rate of 50.58% compared with the average value of 2015 to 2019. The incidence of category B and C infectious diseases decreased by 38.07% and 57.47%， respectively （All P<0.001）. The top 3 reported infectious diseases with the highest incidence rate were influenza （64.58/10⁵）， syphilis （39.09/10⁵） and tuberculosis （24.90/10⁵）. The incidence of most infectious diseases decreased compared with the average of 2015 to 2019， among which measles （97.15%）， rubella （88.81%）， pertussis （87.43%）， hand foot mouth disease （85.99%） and scarlet fever （79.84%） decreased significantly （all P<0.001）. In general， compared with the average from 2015 to 2019， respiratory infectious diseases declined most， followed by intestinal infectious diseases， insect-borne and natural focal infectious diseases， blood-borne and sexually transmitted diseases. Districts with higher incidence in 2020 were Fengxian District （310.23/10⁵）， Xuhui District （271.93/10⁵） and Hongkou District （254.38/10⁵）. Respiratory infectious diseases in Fengxian District， intestinal infectious diseases in Jinshan District， blood-borne and sexually transmitted infectious diseases in Changning District， and insect-borne and natural focal infectious diseases in Yangpu District showed the highest incidence rate. Incidence of infectious diseases in 16 districts of Shanghai decreased with different degrees （all P<0.001）. Incidence of infectious diseases in males （209.44/10⁵） was higher than that in females （164.89/10⁵） （χ²=624.864， P<0.001）. Children aged 0-9 years had the highest incidence of respiratory and intestinal infectious diseases. People aged 70‒79 years and 20‒29 years had higher incidence of blood-borne and sexually transmitted infectious diseases， and people aged 20‒29 years had the highest incidence of insect-borne and natural focal infectious diseases. Majority of the patients were students （8 327 cases， 18.27%）， retired people （6 393 cases， 14.03%） and unemployed household workers （5 988 cases， 13.14%）. ConclusionUnder the COVID-19 prevention and control policies， the incidence of most NIDs in Shanghai decreased significantly in 2020.
