This paper summarizes the progress of theoretical research and practice of One Health in China,and discusses the paradigm of One Health governance to improve the prevention and control of infectious diseases in China and the world,and provide an example for the improvement of the public health system.In particular,China has long history to apply the concept of One Health in the national schistosomiasis control programmes and patriotic health campaigns,which were not only focusing on human health,but also emphasizing the sustainable development of animal health and ecological environment.At the same time,the application of tools such as system dynamics model,eDNA technology,One Health economic assessment and global One Health index(GOHI)in the field of disease control and environmental health provides technical support for the concept of One Health.Despite the challenges of practical application of these tools,the One Health concept will play a greater role in providing sustainable solutions for human-animal-environmental health by strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration,improving standardization protocols and promoting inter-national cooperation.

Objective:To observe the relationship between serum insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and cardiac function and short-term prognosis in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)complicated with heart failure(HF).Methods:102 patients with DCM complicated with HF were selected as study group and they were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group based on prognosis,and 100 patients with simple DCM during the same period were selected as the control group.The cardiac function indicators[left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV)]and serum IGFBP-3 and IGF-1 levels between the control group and the study group were compared.The correlation between cardiac function and IGFBP-3,IGF-1 was analyzed by pearson analysis.The serum IGFBP-3 and IGF-1 leveles between good prognosis group and poor prognosis group were compared,the correlation between prognosis and IGFBP-3,IGF-1 was analyzed by spearman.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to analyze the predictive value of serum levels of IGFBP-3 and IGF-1 alone and in combination for the short-term prognosis of DCM complicated with HF patients.Results:Compared with control group,study group had higher LVEDV,LVESV,IGFBP-3,IGF-1,and lower LVEF(P＜0.05).Pearson analysis results showed that,IGFBP-3 and IGF-1 were positively correlated with LVEDV and LVESV,while which was negatively correlated with LVEF(P＜0.05).Compared with good prognosis group,poor prognosis group had higher IGFBP-3,IGF-1(P＜0.05).Spearman correlation analysis results showed that,the levels of IGFBP-3 and IGF-1 were positively correlated with the poor prognosis of DCM complicated with HF patients(P＜0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of serum IGFBP-3,IGF-1 levels,and their combined use for short-term prognosis of DCM complicated with HF patients were 0.715,0.749,and 0.831,respectively.Conclusion:Serum IGFBP-3 and IGF-1 levels are elevated in patients with DCM complicated with HF,and the changes in these two indicators are associated with poor cardiac function and prognosis in patients.The combined detection of IGFBP-3 and IGF-1 levels has a high predictive value for the short-term prognosis of DCM combined with HF.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sCD25)and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)and the immunophenotype and therapeutic efficacy of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma(MM)patients.Methods:125 newly diagnosed MM patients(MM group)who received treatment at Tianmen First People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected,and another 70 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at our hospital during the same period were selected(control group).The serum sCD25 and IGF-Ⅰ levels in newly diagnosed MM patients of different stages were compared,and newly diagnosed MM patients were divide into remission group(76 cases)and non remission group(49 cases)based on treatment efficacy,the serum sCD25 and IGF-Ⅰ levels between the remission group and non remission group were compared.The patients were divided into high sCD25 group and low sCD25 group,high IGF-Ⅰ group and low IGF-Ⅰgroup according to the median levels of serum sCD25 and IGF-Ⅰ,the immunophenotypic differences between high sCD25 group and low sCD25 group,as well as high IGF-Ⅰ group and low IGF-Ⅰ group were analyzed.Serum sCD25 and IGF-Ⅰ for evaluating the efficacy of newly diagnosed MM patients were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Factors affecting the therapeutic effect of newly diagnosed MM patients were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:Serum sCD25 and IGF-Ⅰ levels in the control group were significantly lower than those in the MM group(P＜0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in serum sCD25 and IGF-Ⅰ levels among newly diagnosed MM patients at different stages(P＜0.05).Serum sCD25 and IGF-Ⅰ levels in stage Ⅲ newly diagnosed MM patients were significantly higher than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P＜0.05),And stage Ⅱ was higher than that in stage Ⅰ(P＜0.05).The positive expression rate of CD56 in the high sCD25 group was higher than that in the low sCD25 group,there was no significant difference in the positive expression rates of CD117 and CD200 between the two groups(P＞0.05).The positive expression rates of CD56 and CD117 in the high IGF-Ⅰ group were higher than those in the low IGF-Ⅰ group(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of CD200 between the two groups(P＞0.05).Serum sCD25 and IGF-Ⅰ levels in the remission group were significantly lower than those in the non remission group(P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that,the area under the curve(AUC)for evaluating the efficacy of newly diagnosed MM patients using serum sCD25 and IGF-Ⅰ detection alone and in combination were 0.748,0.775 and 0.832,respectively,and the AUC for combined detection was greater than that for each indicator detected separately.The results of multivariate Logistic regression model showed that elevated serum sCD25 level,elevated serum IGF-Ⅰ level and MM stage Ⅲ were independent risk factors affecting the efficacy of newly diagnosed MM patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Serum sCD25 and IGF-Ⅰ levels are closely related to the disease stage and therapeutic efficacy of newly diagnosed MM patients.Combined detection has a high evaluation value for efficacy and can be used as an important evaluation index affecting efficacy.

Stent entrapment is a rare complication of percutaneous coronary intervention.In recent years,with the development of distal radial artery puncture technology,the rare complications related to distal radial artery have been gradually understood.This article describes a patient who underwent coronary intervention through a distal radial approach,and the stent was dislodged and trapped in the far radial artery.The patient came to our hospital for stent implantation because of acute extensive anterolateral myocardial infarction.During the intervention,the balloon could not be filled when the stent was released from the left anterior descending artery,and the retracting stent could not be used to remove the guide catheter.The stent was dislodged and embedded in the distal vessel.The sheath was inserted through the proximal radial reverse puncture,and the stent was captured with a snare and removed.

The importance of evaluating the oxygen supply system of the medical aircraft was introduced.With considerations on the characteristics of the oxygen supply system of the medical aircraft during its development and application,an oxygen supply system effectiveness evaluation method was proposed based on the analytic hierarchy process and the experience of experts in the field of medical aircraft,which involved in seven evaluation indexes of total oxygen supply,pipeline airtight-ness,single-nozzle flow adjustment characteristics,single-nozzle outlet pressure adjustment characteristics,disassembly and assembly,mechanical operation and fixation ability.The effectiveness evaluation method proposed was of significance for accurately grasping the changes in the performance of the oxygen supply system.References were provided for the ground maintenance of the oxygen supply system of the medical aircraft.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2024,45(1):89-92]

Objective Given that psychosocial stress can contribute to a series of diseases,such as inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome,we aimed to establish an experimental chronic restraint mouse intestinal stress injury model as a basis for exploring the pathogenic mechanism of chronic restraint stress-induced gastrointestinal diseases,and for developing preventive and curative measures.Methods Eighteen male SPF-grade BALB/c mice were acclimatized for 7 days and then divided into a control group and a chronic restraint stress group according to body weight,using a randomized numerical table method.The mice were subjected to restraint stress for 3 hours per day for 14 days to establish an intestinal injury model.The model was evaluated by observing body weight,pathological changes in intestinal histomorphology,expression of tight junction proteins,apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells,and mRNA expression levels of inflammatory cytokines.Results After 14 days of chronic restraint stress,model mice showed weight loss,shortened duodenal villus height,abnormal crypt structure,a decreased villus/crypt ratio,colonic mucosal inflammatory cell infiltration,and irregular crypt structure.Protein immunoblotting,immunohistochemistry,and immunofluorescence staining showed that the expression levels of the duodenal and colonic tight junction proteins Occludin and Claudin-1 were significantly decreased in mice after chronic restraint stress(P＜0.05),while expression levels of the apoptotic protein cleaved-caspase-3 in intestinal epithelial cells were significantly increased(P＜0.05).Regarding the mRNA expression levels of intestinal inflammatory factors and chemokines,chronic restraint stress for 14 days significantly increased the gene expression levels of interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),tumor necrosis factor-α,and IL-10 in the duodenum of mice(P＜0.05),and significantly increased the gene expression levels ofIL-1β,IL-6,and MCP-1 in the colon(P＜0.001).Conclusions The use of a behavioral restriction device to restrain mice continuously for 14 days led to abnormal intestinal tissue structure,intestinal barrier dysfunction,and intestinal epithelial cell apoptosis,and triggered an intestinal inflammatory response in the stressed mice,indicating successful establishment of a mouse model of intestinal injury by chronic restraint stress.
