1.Collision tumor: Meningioma and ependymoma a case report.

OBJECTIVE: To report a case of a collision tumor
CASE REPORT: This is a case of a 62-year-old female with no previous history of cancer and cranial irradiation presenting with behavioral changes and gradual weakness of both lower extremities of 5 months duration. Contrast MRI done revealed and extraaxial mass on the right frontal lobe crossing the midline and a poorly defined enhancing focus on the left caudat and lentiform nucleas. Patient eventually underwent craniotomy, histopathology revealed the right frontal lobe mass to be a meningioma WHO Grade 1 and the left-sided mass to be a glioma. Patient improved significantly after the operation.
