We report two cases of epidermal nevi, namely nevus sebaceus and verrucous epidermal nevus that were present at birth. On both lesions, a slowly growing, symptomatic nodule developed after middle age. Histophatologic examinations revealed a nevus sebaceus with sebaceoma and an epidermal nevus with squamous cell carcinoma.
