Objective:To analyze the correlation between left ventricular myocardial work index(Tei index)and left ventricular global long-axis strain(LS),and between that and left ventricular mass(LVM)in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:A total of 81 CKD patients who admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),they were divided into mild CKD group(47 cases),and moderate and severe CKD group(34 cases). In addition,30 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy control group.Three groups underwent electrocardiographic(ECG)examination, and the changes of left ventricular Tei index, left ventricular GLS and LS parameter of each segment of left ventricle, and LVM among three groups were compared.Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlations between left ventricular Tei index and GLS,and between that and LS parameters of each segment of left ventricle, and between that and LVM in CKD patients. Results:Comparative results of left ventricular Tei index and LVM among all groups indicated healthy control group
