Osteonecrosis of femoral head （ONFH） is a disease that causes osteocyte death due to interruption of blood supply of the femoral head， which may cause symptoms such as joint movement disorders， pain， and even femoral head collapse. Currently， the commonly used methods for treating ONFH in clinical practice are accompanied by problems such as long-term side effects， inaccurate efficacy， technical limitations， and complication risks. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has shown unique advantages of holistic regulation， mild side effects， and symptom alleviation. A review of the related literature shows that Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， as a representative Chinese herbal medicine for activating blood and resolving stasis， has the effects of activating blood， resolving stasis， dredging meridians， and relieving pain. Its active ingredients （such as salvianolic acid B， tanshinone Ⅱ_A， and tanshinone Ⅰ） interfere with bone metabolism balance， osteogenesis and differentiation， and improve bone microcirculation and bone microstructure. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is often combined with the herbal medicines with the effects of tonifying the liver and spleen or activing blood to form herb pairs （such as Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Angelicae Sinensis Radix， Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Chuanxiong Rhizoma， and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Drynariae Rhizoma）， which enhances the efficacy through synergistic effects. In the application of TCM compound formulas， Bushen Huoxue prescription， Bushen Huoxue capsules， Gubi Tongxiao granules， and Shenggu Zaizao pills can regulate signaling pathways such as Wnt/β-catenin， Hedgehog， Notch， transforming growth factor（TGF）-β₁/Smads， and mitogen-activated protein kinase （MAPK） through multiple targets to significantly improve bone metabolism and hip joint function， playing an important role in preventing and treating ONFH. Through a review of available studies， this paper systematically explains the outstanding advantages of the active ingredients， herb pairs， and compound formulas of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in the prevention and treatment of ONFH. The mechanisms may be related to factors such as promoting osteoblast generation and inhibiting osteoclast formation， increasing osteogenic differentiation， promoting angiogenesis， increasing bone density， inhibiting inflammatory response， and regulating signaling pathways. In the future， modern technology can be employed to optimize dosage forms， and high-quality clinical research should be conducted to further clarify its mechanism of action and promote the precise application of TCM. This review aims to provide more thinking directions for the application of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in preventing and treating ONFH.

Objective To systematic evaluation the therapeutic effects on patients with ABO-incompatibility liver transplantation (ILT),and compare the curative effect with ABO-compatible liver transplantation (CLT). Methods The literatures of comparison in clinical efficacy between ILT and CLT were collected at home and abroad by computer search in PubMed database,Embase database,Cochrane database,Medline database,Web of science database,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,et al,and the quality of literatures were accessed. Meta analysis was carried out by fixed effect model and random effect model with RevMan5.3 software. Results A total of 18 papers were included. The results of Meta analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the survival rates of recipient between ILT group and CLT group at 1 ,3 and 5 years after operation (all P>0.05 ). Compared with CLT group,the survival rates of grafts were significantly decreased in ILT group at 1 ,3 and 5 years after operation,and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05 ). The incidences of postoperative biliary complication and acute rejection in ILT group were significantly higher than those in CLT group,the difference was statistically significant (both P<0.05 ). Conclusions Compared with CLT, the curative effect of ILT is weaker but still can be used as a new choice for critical condition of the recipient or waiting for the donor liver for a long time.

Pancreatic head carcinoma could easily invade the neighboring vessels due to its own biological features and anatomical location,which increases the technique difficulty and risk,leading to low resection rate.Recently,with the progress on the surgical techniques and perioperative management,and the emergence of neoadjuvant chemoradiation,vascular invasion is no longer the surgical contraindications and pancreaticoduodenectomy combined with vascular resection has saved many patients ' lives.However,the preoperative assessment,the timing of surgery,the vessel management during the surgery,and the prevention and treatment of the postoperative complications remain controversial.In order to achieve a clear understanding on the application of pancreaticoduodenostomy combined with vascular resection,here we review the recent publications and share the experiences on pancreaticoduodenectomy with portal and/or superior mesenteric vein resection from our center,which may help improve the safety and resection rate of pancreatic carcinoma and enhance the overall therapeutic efficacy of treating pancreatic cancer.

Objective To investigate the surgical techniques and skills for recurrent pseudocyst of auricle.Methods Retrospective analysis of 20 cases from January 2006 to May 2014 in our department,who were treated by the operations with skills as follows, resection the anterior wall of pseudocyst cartilage and perichondrium, grooves cutting the roughing the posterior cartilages wall, and local compression.Results All 20 patients were followed up for 8 to 42 months and all were cured.No recurrence, infections and malformation were happened.Conclusion Resection the anterior cartilage wall perichondrium of the pseudocyst, grooves cutting and roughing of posterior cartilages of the peudocyst, and in combined with local compression are effective treatment for recurrent cases.

Acute rejection is one of the serious early postoperative complications after liver transplantation.Many studies have shown that acute rejection was mainly mediated by T cells,while humoral factors were responsible for chronic rejection.However,accumulating evidences have demonstrated that humoral immune factors also played an important role in early acute rejection and usually resulted in severe adverse events.Here we clarify the role of humoral immunity in liver transplant rejection,which may help guide the clinical management of such patients with humoral rejection after liver transplantation.
