Dental implantology has developed rapidly for over half a century,since pure titanium(99.7％)dental cylindrical threaded implants were exploited and osseointegration was introduced in 1960s by Prof.Br?nemark.The long term retention rates of 10 years or more are over 95％.However,the biological complications jeopardize the long term effects of dental implant treatment seriously.The prevalence of dental implant biological complications varies greatly among different reports resulting from the disparities on the defini-tions of dental implant biological complications.After analyzing and summarizing the major opinions proposed internationally in recent years,the consensus for the definition of dental implant biological complications has been reached.Generally the dental implant biologi-cal implications can be classified into early stage(before restoration)biological complications and late stage(after restoration)biological complications.The early stage biological complications include acute and chronic infections,pain,soft tissue deficiency,and osseointegration failure,etc.The late stage complications include peri-implant diseases(peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis),soft tissue deficiency around implant,implant loosening and dropping off,etc.The various risk factors related to different dental implant biological complications,the strategies of the prevention and treatment for the dental implant biological complications have been discussed comprehensively,and the consensus has been reached.It is aimed to advocate the dentist to pay more attention to the early prevention of the biological implant complications,to promote more researches on the implant biological complications,and to help elevate the level of dental implantology in our country.

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of global nursing intervention combined with empathetic communication in patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) .Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to select 126 patients who underwent ESD at the Endoscopy Center of The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between May 2021 and May 2023. A random number table method was employed to assign the patients into four groups: the control group ( n=31), the global group ( n=32), the empathy group ( n=32), and the combined group ( n=31). The control group received routine nursing care; the global group received global nursing intervention; the empathy group received empathetic communication intervention; and the combined group received both global nursing and empathetic communication interventions. All interventions lasted for one week. The Form Y-I for Anxiety of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (S-AI) was used to compare anxiety levels before and after the intervention. In addition, recovery-related indicators (time to first flatus, time to resume eating, and time to ambulation) were compared among the groups. Results:After the intervention, the combined group had significantly lower S-AI scores than the other groups ( P<0.05). The combined group also showed shorter time to first flatus, time to resume eating, and time to ambulation compared to the other groups ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Global nursing intervention combined with empathetic communication has a positive effect on promoting postoperative recovery, reducing anxiety, and encouraging positive coping strategies in patients undergoing ESD.

Yigongsan is derived from Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue written by QIAN Yi in the Northern Song dynasty， which is the No. 3 formula in the Catalogue of Ancient Famous Classical Formulas（The Second Batch of Pediatrics） released by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） in September 2022， and it can be developed as a class 3.1 new TCM drug. By referring to ancient medical books and modern literature， this study conducted herbal textual research on Yigongsan from five aspects， including historical evolution， origin and processing， dosage conversion， usage and preparation methods， and functional application， then formed the key information table of this formula， in order to provide reference for the development of reference samples and preparations of Yigongsan. Based on the results of the study， it is recommended that Panax ginseng should be removed the basal part of stem（rhizoma）， Poria cocos should be removed the peel， Citrus reticulata should be cut into shreds and Glycyrrhiza uralensis should be used. According to 4.13 g/Qian（钱）， 1 g/slice for ginger， 3 g for each jujube and 300 mL/Zhan（盏）， the doses of Ginseng Radix， Poria， Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium， Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens， Jujubae Fructus were 1.652， 1.652， 1.652， 1.652， 1.652， 5， 6 g， and the total amount was 19.26 g. The decocting method was to crush the medicinal materials into fine powder with 50-80 mesh， add 300 mL of water and decoct to 210 mL for each dose， then remove the dregs and take it warmly. This formula was recorded in ancient books as the main treatment for the cold-deficiency of spleen and stomach， and Qi stagnation in children with vomiting and diarrhea and lack of appetite. It has been flexibly applied by later generations of physicians， and is often used to treat anorexia， inflammation of the digestive tract， diarrhea and other diseases in children.

Objective:To analyze and compare the health education efforts of respiratory infectious diseases at home and abroad.Methods:The literature related to health education and popular science of respiratory infectious diseases included in the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science (WOS) from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2023 was searched. A total of 4 686 articles were retrieved in CNKI, 1 540 articles unrelated to the theme were excluded, and 3 146 Chinese articles were obtained. In the WOS database, 7 724 articles were retrieved, 3 685 articles about the clinical mechanism of diseases, pharmacology, and other research topics were excluded, and 4 039 English articles were obtained. The information of annual publications, institutions, authors and keywords was analyzed by using CiteSpace visualization software, and the publication status, research hotspots and development trends of health education related to respiratory infectious diseases at home and abroad were analyzed.Results:Since 2003, the number of publications in health education on respiratory infectious diseases at home and abroad had shown a fluctuating growth trend, and in 2020, the field showed a sharp growth trend at home and abroad. There was no core author group in this field in China, and the network density of domestic authors was 0.006 5, and the network density of foreign authors was 0.009 6. The domestic institutions were mainly the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and medical institutions, including Guangzhou Chest Hospital (29 articles) and the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (10 articles); Foreign research institutions were mainly higher education institutions, including the University of London (91 articles) and Harvard University (67 articles). The network density of domestic was 0.001 3, and the network density of foreign publishing institutions was 0.026 3, the network density was greater than that of Chinese publishing institutions. The emergence of "COVID-19" "Avian influenza" "Knowledge, Attitude, Practice" and "mental health" in China had strong burst (burst intensity: 46.41, 12.12, 10.33, 8.5); "Coronavirus" "coverage" "Avian influenza" and "COVID-19 vaccine" in foreign countries had strong burst (burst intensity: 14.34, 11.06, 10.73, 10.02).Conclusions:At present, the health education of respiratory infectious diseases at home and abroad has received great attention. But the cooperation between domestic authors and research institutions is loose, and the close collaboration needs to be strengthened. There are differences in the research focus of health education on respiratory infectious diseases at home and abroad.

Objectives: To investigated the safety and efficacy of treating patients with acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and elevated levels of N-terminal pro-hormone B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) with levosimendan within 24 hours of first medical contact (FMC). Methods: This multicenter, open-label, block-randomized controlled trial (NCT03189901) investigated the safety and efficacy of levosimendan as an early management strategy of acute heart failure (EMS-AHF) for patients with NSTEMI and high NT-proBNP levels. This study included 255 patients with NSTEMI and elevated NT-proBNP levels, including 142 males and 113 females with a median age of 65 (58-70) years, and were admitted in the emergency or outpatient departments at 14 medical centers in China between October 2017 and October 2021. The patients were randomly divided into a levosimendan group (n=129) and a control group (n=126). The primary outcome measure was NT-proBNP levels on day 3 of treatment and changes in the NT-proBNP levels from baseline on day 5 after randomization. The secondary outcome measures included the proportion of patients with more than 30% reduction in NT-proBNP levels from baseline, major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) during hospitalization and at 6 months after hospitalization, safety during the treatment, and health economics indices. The measurement data parameters between groups were compared using the t-test or the non-parametric test. The count data parameters were compared between groups using the χ² test. Results: On day 3, the NT-proBNP levels in the levosimendan group were lower than the control group but were statistically insignificant [866 (455, 1 960) vs. 1 118 (459, 2 417) ng/L, Z=-1.25,P=0.21]. However, on day 5, changes in the NT-proBNP levels from baseline in the levosimendan group were significantly higher than the control group [67.6% (33.8%,82.5%)vs.54.8% (7.3%,77.9%), Z=-2.14, P=0.03]. There were no significant differences in the proportion of patients with more than 30% reduction in the NT-proBNP levels on day 5 between the levosimendan and the control groups [77.5% (100/129) vs. 69.0% (87/126), χ²=2.34, P=0.13]. Furthermore, incidences of MACE did not show any significant differences between the two groups during hospitalization [4.7% (6/129) vs. 7.1% (9/126), χ²=0.72, P=0.40] and at 6 months [14.7% (19/129) vs. 12.7% (16/126), χ²=0.22, P=0.64]. Four cardiac deaths were reported in the control group during hospitalization [0 (0/129) vs. 3.2% (4/126), P=0.06]. However, 6-month survival rates were comparable between the two groups (log-rank test, P=0.18). Moreover, adverse events or serious adverse events such as shock, ventricular fibrillation, and ventricular tachycardia were not reported in both the groups during levosimendan treatment (days 0-1). The total cost of hospitalization [34 591.00(15 527.46,59 324.80) vs. 37 144.65(16 066.90,63 919.00)yuan, Z=-0.26, P=0.80] and the total length of hospitalization [9 (8, 12) vs. 10 (7, 13) days, Z=0.72, P=0.72] were lower for patients in the levosimendan group compared to those in the control group, but did not show statistically significant differences. Conclusions: Early administration of levosimendan reduced NT-proBNP levels in NSTEMI patients with elevated NT-proBNP and did not increase the total cost and length of hospitalization, but did not significantly improve MACE during hospitalization or at 6 months.

Objective:To evaluate the specific changes and importance of the proportions of the eyebrows and eyes after surgery by analyzing and measuring the changes of the values of the eyebrows and eyes in elderly patients with aponeurotic ptosis before.Methods:A total of 54 cases (108 eyes) of elderly patients with aponeurotic ptosis who were treated in our department from 2019.01 to 2020.12 were collected preoperatively and 6 months postoperatively, and they were set as the study group. At the same time, the data of 48 cases (96 eyes) of healthy people with good face were collected and set as the young control group, and the data of 50 cases (100 eyes) of elderly healthy people without ptosis were collected and set as the elderly control group. The corresponding objective data were analyzed, and the specific changes and proportional relationship of eyebrows and eyes after surgery were evaluated.Results:Compared with the preoperative data, the marginal reflex distance 1 (MRD1), the height of the palpebral fissure (HPF) in the study group increased at 6 months after the operation, and the distance between the eyebrow and eye at each site increased or shortened ( P<0.05). Six months after the operation, the brow height from medial canthus (MBH), the central brow and eye distance (brow height from upper eyelid margin on midpupillary level, CBH), and the lateral brow and eye distance (brow height from lateral, LBH) had been changed. The change rates of canthus compared with preoperatively were that (88.29±11.69)%, (85.04±14.96)%, and (93.61±13.56)%, respectively, among which CBH shortened most significantly, and the shortened distance was (3.76±2.43) mm. The MRD1 and HPF in the group increased significantly at 6 months after operation, which were significantly greater than those in the elderly control group ( P<0.05). CBH was significantly shortened ( P<0.05); compared with preoperative, the ratio of HPF/CBH, HPF/length of the palpebral fissure (LPF) in the study group increased at 6 months after operation, and the lateral canthus brow tail line [ratio of lateral canthus to lateral end of eyebrow (LLE)]/LPF decreased ( P<0.05); HPF/CBH in the study group was lower than that in the young control group at 6 months after operation, but greater than that in the elderly control group ( P<0.05). Monthly HPF/LPF was significantly higher than that of the elderly control group ( P<0.05), and the LLE/LPF of the study group was significantly higher than that of the young control group at 6 months after operation ( P<0.05); intraoperative levator muscle shortening (LMS) was negatively correlated with postoperative MBH, CBH and LBH ( P<0.05), among which LMS had the greatest correlation with CBH ( r=-0.587). Conclusions:After ptosis correction, the palpebral fissures are larger, the distance between the eyebrows and the eyes is shortened, and there is a certain proportional relationship. After surgery, the patient's eyebrow-eye ratio is better than that of the elderly in the same age group, and it is closer to the young people, and the intraoperative LMS has a correlation with the eyebrow-eye distance, which can be used as a factor to predict the shortened distance of the eyebrow-eye distance.

Objective:To observe the effect of a wrist brace on activities of spastic hemiplegic hand after stroke, based on Botulinum toxin type A (BTX-A) injection and electrical stimulation. Methods:From January, 2016 to December, 2018, 52 stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia on upper extremities accepted BTX-A injection, and electrical stimulation two days later, while group A (n = 26) wore a wrist brace during stimulation and group B (n = 26) did not. They were assessed with modified Ashworth Scale (MAS), Box and Block test (BBt) and Action Research Arm Test (ARAT) before treatment (T0), and two (T1), four (T2) and twelve 12 (T3) weeks after treatment. Results:The scores of MAS, BBt and ARAT improved after treatment in both groups (F_time > 118.32,P < 0.001), and improved more in group A than in group B in the scores of BBt and ARAT at each time point (F_group > 31.26,P < 0.001;F_interact = 10.65,P < 0.001). Conclusion:Based on the BTX-A injection and electrical stimulation, wearing a wrist brace would further improve the activities of hand for stroke patients.

Objective:To investigate the effect of compound matrine injection on morphine tolerance in mice with lung cancer in situ and the expressions of multidrug resistance gene 1 (MDR1) and P-glycoprotein (P-gp).Methods:A mouse model of lung cancer in situ and morphine tolerance mode was established. The mice were injected with gradient concentration of compound matrine. The pain thresholds under different conditions were measured by thermal radiation tail-flick method. The mRNA level of MDR1 was tested by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and the protein level of P-gp was detected by western blot. The DNA binding activity of cyclophosphoadenosine response element binding protein (CREB) to the promoter of MDR1 gene was detected by electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA).Results:The maximum analgesic percentage (MPE) of the mice in the morphine group was (85.21±6.53)% on the 8th day, and decreased to (38.45±5.52)% and (28.14±4.52)% on the 10th and 12th day, respectively, which indicated the morphine tolerance of mice with lung cancer in situ.The MPE of the mice in the group treated with morphine and compound matrine injection (300 mg/kg) was (79.34±6.50)% on the 8th day, and decreased to (62.16±5.53)% and (40.20±4.50)% on the 10th and 12th day, respectively.The results of RT-PCR assay showed that the relative expression levels of MDR1 mRNA in the brain tissues of mice in the morphine group, saline group, morphine combined with compound matrine injection (300 mg/kg) group and compound matrine injection (200 mg/kg) group were 2.33±0.79, 1.04±0.38, 1.37±0.38, and 1.43±0.53, respectively. There were statistically significant differences between the morphine group and the normal saline group, the morphine group and the morphine combined with compound matrine injection (300 mg/kg) group ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the normal saline group and the compound matrine injection (200 mg/kg) group ( P=0.05). The results of western blot showed that the relative expression levels of P-gp protein in the brain tissue of mice in the morphine group, saline group, and morphine combined with compound matrine injection (300 mg/kg) group were 1.86±0.40, 1.00±0.23, and 1.27±0.27, respectively. The expression of P-gp protein in the morphine group was significantly higher than those of the normal saline group and the morphine combined with compound matrine injection (300 mg/kg) group ( P<0.05). The DNA-binding activity of CREB in the saline group was (0.23±0.07) Pu, significantly lower than (0.89±0.23) Pu of morphine combined with naloxone group and (0.80±0.23) Pu of morphine group ( P<0.05). While the CREB DNA binding activity of morphine combined with compound matrine injection (300 mg/kg) group was (0.79±0.21) Pu, implicated that compound matrine had marginal effect on the DNA-binding activity of CREB ( P>0.05). Conclusion:Compound matrine injection can significantly improve morphine tolerance and drug resistance of lung cancer through inhibiting the upregulations of MDR1 and P-gp induced by morphine.
