AIM: To analyze the influencing factors of capsular constriction syndrome(CCS)in cataract patients after phacoemulsification(Phaco)combined with intraocular lens(IOL)implantation.METHODS: Retrospective study. The data of 2 900 cataract patients(2 900 eyes)in our hospital's information system from January 2021 to January 2024 were collected. All patients were treated with Phaco combined with IOL implantation, and the incidence of CCS within 30 wk after surgery was recorded. Patients were categorized into CCS(116 cases, 116 eyes)and N-CCS group(2 784 cases, 2 784 eyes)based on the occurrence of CCS. The basic data of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of CCS within 30 wk after Phaco combined with IOL implantation in cataract patients were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.RESULTS: Among 2 900 patients(2 900 eyes)included, 116 cataract patients(116 eyes)developed CCS within 30 wk after Phaco combined with IOL implantation, with an incidence rate of 4.00%. The single factor and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the complicated diabetes, high myopia, complicated glaucoma, and axial length(AL)>30 mm were the risk factors for the occurrence of CCS after Phaco IOL implantation in cataract patients(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Attention should be paid to cataract patients with diabetes, high myopia, glaucoma and AL>30 mm, which will increase the risk of CCS within 30 wk after Phaco combined with IOL implantation in cataract patients.

Objective This study aimed to explore the relationships between residential greenness and cardiometabolic risk factors among rural adults in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(Xinjiang)and thus provide a theoretical basis and data support for improving the health of residents in this region. Methods We recruited 9,723 adult rural residents from the 51st Regiment of the Third Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in September 2016.The normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)was used to estimate residential greenness. The generalized linear mixed model(GLMM)was used to examine the association between residential greenness and cardiometabolic risk factors. Results Higher residential greenness was associated with lower cardiometabolic risk factor prevalence. After adjustments were made for age, sex, education, and marital status, for each interquartile range(IQR)increase of NDVI500-m,the risk of hypertension was reduced by 10.3%(OR=0.897,95%CI=0.836-0.962),the risk of obesity by 20.5%(OR=0.795,95%CI=0.695-0.910),the risk of type 2 diabetes by 15.1%(OR=0.849,95%CI=0.740-0.974),and the risk of dyslipidemia by 10.5%(OR=0.895,95%CI=0.825-0.971).Risk factor aggregation was reduced by 20.4%(OR=0.796,95%CI=0.716-0.885)for the same.Stratified analysis showed that NDVI500-m was associated more strongly with hypertension, dyslipidemia, and risk factor aggregation among male participants. The association of NDVI500-m with type 2 diabetes was stronger among participants with a higher education level.PM10 and physical activity mediated 1.9%-9.2%of the associations between NDVI500-m and obesity, dyslipidemia, and risk factor aggregation. Conclusion Higher residential greenness has a protective effect against cardiometabolic risk factors among rural residents in Xinjiang.Increasing the area of green space around residences is an effective measure to reduce the burden of cardiometabolic-related diseases among rural residents in Xinjiang.

Objective:To explore the effects of internet-based group cognitive-behavioral therapy(IGCBT)on the depressive and anxiety symptoms in patients with major depressive disorder(MDD).Methods:Eighty pa-tients with MDD were recruited and randomly divided into IGCBT combined drug therapy group and control group with drug therapy.Blind assessments were performed using the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)three times at baseline,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment, respectively. Results:The effective rates of HAMD and HAMA at the end of the 4th and 8th week, and the effective rates of HAMA at the end of the 8th week were higher in the combined treatment group than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).The total scores of HAMD and HAMA in the combined treatment group and the control group were lower at the end of the 4th and 8th week than those at baseline(Ps<0.001).The total scores of HAMD and HAMA were lower in the combined treatment group than those in the control group at the baseline,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment(Ps<0.01).Conclusion:It suggests that intemet-based group cognitive-behavioral therapy combined with antidepressant medication has a better effect on relieving depressive and anxiety symptoms in patients with ma-jor depressive disorder than drug therapy alone, and especially has a better effect on improving anxiety symptom.

This paper presents a systematic review of extant research investigating the effectiveness of Internet-based group cognitive behavioral therapy (IGCBT) for depression and anxiety symptoms with an emphasis on the treatment modalities, treatment protocols, efficacy and mechanism, together with a summary of research limitations and suggestions for future research. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a structured, short-term and present-oriented psychotherapeutic treatment, its Internet- and group-delivered modalities have led to its wider application, and has proven to be clinically effective in alleviating depression and anxiety symptoms caused by different diseases, whereas some drawbacks have been reported. Thus this paper elaborates the clinical application, therapeutic effect and underlying mechanisms of IGCBT intervention for depression and anxiety symptoms, so as to provide references for its future application. The safety and survival benefits of abiraterone acetate and docetaxel in the treatment of patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer have been confirmed by randomized controlled trials and clinical studies abroad. However, real-world studies remain lacking. In this article, we review the progress of real-world studies of abiraterone acetate and docetaxel in the treatment of patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer and the problems faced in clinical practice against the background of differentiated real-world studies. Further research is needed to address clinically important issues, such as individualized dosing, combination dosing, and monitoring of adverse effects.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2023;29(1):20-29
ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of physical activity on executive function of children and adolescents, and sort out the related factors. MethodsArticles about physical activity intervention for children and adolescents on executive function were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Data, Google Scholar, Wiley Online Library and PubMed, from January 1st, 2010 to June 30th, 2021. The articles were screened, evaluated and systematically reviewed. ResultsA total of 21 articles were included, from eleven countries, including 13 randomized controlled trials, involving 2 496 subjects, aged five to 18 years. The articles were published from 2010 to 2019, with mean score of Physiotherapy Evidence Database scale as 5.57. The physical activity intervention mainly involved physical fitness, skills and sport games, with low to high intensity, eight to 120 minutes a time, one to five times a week, no more than ten months. Physical activity was indicated to improve the executive function, specifically inhibition control, working memory and cognitive flexibility, such as the improvement of the accuracy and reaction time of cognitive tasks, and activation of bilateral prefrontal cortex activity. Types, intensity, duration, frequency and cycle of physical activity, participant selection, and assessment tools were related to the effect of intervention. ConclusionPhysical activity can improve the inhibition control, working memory and cognitive flexibility of children and adolescents. The main factors related to the intervention effect are the physical activity elements, the participant's factors and the experimental design factors.
