Objective: To understand the influence of the concept of movement education on the fundamental motor skills of preschool children aged 3-6, so as to provide a reference for improving the quality of preschool education and promoting the all round development of preschool children. Methods: From August 2022 to June 2023, 592 normally developing preschool children aged 3- 6 in a certain kindergarten in Qingdao were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling. They were randomly divided into the intervention group (physical education activities designed based on the concept of movement education) and the control group (original teaching plan). The intervention lasted for 24 weeks (twice a week, 40 minutes each time). Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2) was used to evaluate the children s gross motor skills, and repeated measures analysis of variance was used to analyze the data of the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: Except for running and kicking, the group main effects ( F group =18.78-104.77), time main effects( F time =243.23-3 003.19), and other interactive effects between group and time ( F group×time =14.01-322.91) were of statistical significances for gross motor, movement motor, manipulative motor and each sub indicator between intervention group and control group. Further simple effect analysis results showed that, before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in the total scores of gross motor (48.95±10.65,45.87±10.98), movement motor ( 25.93± 7.31,23.46±7.32) and manipulative motor (23.15±4.40,22.40±4.69) between the intervention group and the control group ( F=3.69, 2.94, 1.90, P >0.05); and two goups were also found of no statistical significance in the each sub indicator of movement and manipulative motor ( F=0.01-3.58, P >0.05); after intervention, the total scores of gross motor, movement motor, and manipulative motor in the intervention group (75.92±9.48, 38.12±5.40, 37.80±4.92) were all better than those in the control group ( 59.52± 12.12, 30.71±7.47, 28.81±5.54) ( F =168.15, 97.58, 210.71), and the total indicators of both goups had better scores than those before the intervention ( F intervention = 3 498.90 , 1 438.27, 2 431.24; F control =545.58, 309.18, 283.29)(all P <0.01); after intervention, the intervention group had better scores in all sub indicators (except for running and kicking) than the control group ( F =43.57-297.71), and the each sub indicator of both goups had better scores than those before the intervention ( F intervention = 300.58-858.65; F control =12.28-135.64)(all P <0.01). Conclusion Physical education activities designed based on the concept of movement education could better promote the development of children s fundamental motor skills.

Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry（UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS/MS） was used to analyze the hydrolysates of different original Haliotidis Concha and its counterfeits， and the potential characteristic ions of each species were screened by Venn diagram. UPLC-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry（UPLC-QqQ-MS/MS） was used to validate the characteristic ions， and the specific detection method of the characteristic ions was established. ResultsA total of 1 182， 167， 47， 89， 104， 203， 424 potential characteristic ions were screened from H. discus hannai， H. ruber， H. laevigata， H. ovina， H. diversicolor， H. asinina and H. iris， respectively. And 9 characteristic ions were selected. The precision， stability and repeatability of the 9 characteristic ions in the established identification method met the requirements. Different original Haliotidis Concha and its counterfeits could detect their own characteristic ions， including m/z 631.83-886.48（double charge） and m/z 631.83-443.74（double charge） of H. discus hannai， m/z 699.28-232.11（double charge） and m/z 699.28-544.27（double charge） of H. ruber， m/z 535.76-752.37（double charge） and m/z 535.76-548.28（double charge） of H. laevigata， m/z 708.35-442.28（double charge） and m/z 708.35-215.14（double charge） of H. ovina， m/z 561.33-614.86（triple charge）， m/z 561.33-468.28（triple charge）， m/z 608.29-618.32（double charge） and m/z 608.29-390.21（double charge） of H. diversicolor， m/z 769.85-274.10（double charge）， m/z 769.85-532.75（double charge）， m/z 827.43-646.36（single charge）， m/z 827.43-257.12（single charge） of H. asinina， and m/z 468.24-576.29（double charge） and m/z 468.24-505.26（double charge） of H. iris. Objective:To establish a mass spectrometry method for the determination of characteristic peptides of Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum that can identify the authenticity of Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum as well as its preparations; To evaluate their quality.Methods:Ultra performance chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) with the mode of multiple reaction monitoring quantification (MRM) was employed to monitor the ion pairs of m/z 379.21(charge: +2)→571.36, m/z 379.21(charge: +2)→385.26, m/z 785.41(charge: +2)→941.51 and m/z 785.41(charge: +2)→245.08, in order to detect the Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum crude drug and its preparations. Results:Chicken specific peptide I and chicken specific peptide Ⅱ could be detected in the 18 batches of Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum from different regions, their corresponding extractions and 4 batches of prescription preparations, while the chicken specific peptides were not detected in the 8 batches of endothelium corneums from ducks, geese and pigeons.Conclusions:The method established in this study can effectively supplement the deficiencies in standards of Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum and its decoction pieces, improve the quality control standard, and provide a reference for the safety and effectiveness of Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum in clinical medication.

OBJECTIVE: To identify phytochemical constituents present in the extract of flowers of Xanthoceras sorbifolia and evaluate their anti-oxidant and anti-hyperglycemic capacities. METHODS: The AlCl₃ colorimetric method and Prussian Blue assay were used to determine the contents of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids in extraction layers, and the bioactive layers was screened through anti - oxidative activity in vitro. The Waters ACQUITY UPLC system and a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C₁₈ column (2.0 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) were used to identify the ingredients. And anti-oxidative ingredients were screened by off-line UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS-free radical scavenging. The ameliorative role of it was further evaluated in a high-fat, streptozotocin-induced type 2 diabetic rat model and the study was carried out on NADPH oxidase (PDB ID: 2CDU) by molecular docking. RESULTS: Combined with the results of activity screening in vitro, the anti - oxidative part was identified as the ethyl acetate layer. A total of 24 chemical constituents were identified by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in the ethyl acetate layer and 13 main anti-oxidative active constituents were preliminarily screened out through off-line UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS-free radical scavenging. In vivo experiments showed that flowers of X. sorbifolia could significantly reduce the blood glucose level of diabetic mice and alleviate liver cell damage. Based on the results of docking analysis related to the identified phytocompounds and oxidase which involved in type 2 diabetes, quercetin 3-O-rutinoside, kaempferol-3-O-rhamnoside, isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside, and isoquercitrin showed a better inhibitory profile. CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate layer was rich in flavonoids and phenolic acids and had significant anti-oxidant activity, which could prevent hyperglycemia. This observed activity profile suggested X. sorbifolia flowers as a promising new source of tea to develop alternative natural anti-diabetic products with a high safety margin.

Lymphatic metastasis is the main metastatic route for colorectal cancer, which increases the risk of cancer recurrence and distant metastasis. The properties of the lymph node metastatic colorectal cancer (LNM-CRC) cells are poorly understood, and effective therapies are still lacking. Here, we found that hypoxia-induced fibroblast activation protein alpha (FAPα) expression in LNM-CRC cells. Gain- or loss-function experiments demonstrated that FAPα enhanced tumor cell migration, invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, stemness, and lymphangiogenesis via activation of the STAT3 pathway. In addition, FAPα in tumor cells induced extracellular matrix remodeling and established an immunosuppressive environment via recruiting regulatory T cells, to promote colorectal cancer lymph node metastasis (CRCLNM). Z-GP-DAVLBH, a FAPα-activated prodrug, inhibited CRCLNM by targeting FAPα-positive LNM-CRC cells. Our study highlights the role of FAPα in tumor cells in CRCLNM and provides a potential therapeutic target and promising strategy for CRCLNM.

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum vitamin D level and central precocious puberty(CPP)in girls.Methods A total of 103 girls(case group)with central precocious puberty from Ningbo Woman and Children's Hospital and 53 healthy girls(control group)from health check-ups in Ningbo Women and Children's Hospital were collected as subjects.The serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25(OH)D3]in the two groups were detected by chemiluminescence method.The weight and height of girls in the case group were measured.The serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and its peak value,luteinizing hormone(LH)and its peak value,estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL),human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)and thyroid function were measured by radioimmunoassay.The peak value of LH/FSH was calculated.B ultrasound examination of uterine adnexa was completed to calculate uterine volume and bilateral ovarian volume.According to the results of serum 25-(OH)D3,girls in the case group were divided into normal vitamin D group and vitamin D deficiency group,and the differences of hormone levels,uterine and ovarian development between the two groups were compared.Results The serum level of 25-(OH)D3 in case group was lower than that in control group,and the vitamin D deficiency rate in case group was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The age of breast nodules in vitamin D deficiency group was lower than that in vitamin D normal group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in body weight,height,body mass index(BMI),uterine volume and left ovarian volume between vitamin D normal group and vitamin D deficiency group(P>0.05),and the right ovarian volume in vitamin D deficiency group was significantly higher than that in vitamin D normal group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum levels of FSH,LH,PRL,HCG,peak value of FSH and thyroid function between normal and deficient groups(P>0.05).The levels of E2,LH and LH/FSH in vitamin D deficiency group were significantly higher than those in vitamin D normal group(P<0.05);25-(OH)D3 was negatively correlated with LH/FSH peak(r=-0.197,P<0.05),but was not significantly correlated with thyroid function,FSH,LH,PRL,E2,HCG,FSH and LH peak(P>0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency is associated with central precocious puberty in girls.Vitamin D deficiency may lead to early onset of precocious puberty.Vitamin D deficiency may affect the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis function,resulting in changes in reproductive hormone indexes and consequent increase in ovarian volume in girls.

Objective In order to address the issues of inconvenience,high medical costs,and lack of universality associated with traditional knee rehabilitation equipment,a portable intelligent wheelchair for knee rehabilitation was designed in this study.Methods Based on the analysis of the knee joint's structure and rehabilitation mechanisms,an electric pushrod-driven rehabilitation institution was developed.A multi-functional module was designed with a modular approach,and the control of the wheelchair body and each functional module was implemented using an STM32 single-chip microcomputer.A three-dimensional model was established using SolidWorks software.In conjunction with Adams and Ansys simulation software,kinematic and static analyses were conducted on the knee joint rehabilitation institution and its core components.A prototype was constructed to verify the equipment's actual performance.Results According to the prototype testing,the actual range of motion for the knee joint swing rod is 15.1°～88.9°,the angular speed of the swing rod ranges from-7.9 to 8.1°/s,the angular acceleration of the swing rod varies from-4.2 to 1.6°/s2,the thrust range of the electric pushrod is-82.6 to 153.1 N,and the maximum displacement of the load pedal is approximately 1.7 mm,with the leg support exhibiting a maximum deformation of about 1.5 mm.Conclusion The intelligent knee joint rehabilitation wheelchair meets the designed functions and its actual performance aligns with the design criteria,thus validating the rationality and feasibility of the structural design.

Objective To construct a nomogram prediction model for the risk of mild cognitive impair-ment (MCI) in elderly people aged ≥ 60-year-old.Methods A total of 502 elderly permanent residents in Guangxi were selected as the research subjects by the multi-stage stratified random sampling method,and the general situation questionnaire and the Beijing edition of MoCA-BJ scale were used to investigate the elderly people,and their anthropometric indicators were collected.The minimum absolute shrinkage rate and selection operator (LASSO) regression were used to screen the characteristic variables.The MCI risk nomogram pre-diction model was constructed.The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and calibration curve were adopted to conduct the fitting effect test on the prediction model.Results Among the 502 elderly people,244 cases (46.04％) had the normal cognition and 258 cases (48.68％) had MCI.The logistic regression analysis showed that the age,education background,month income,children support,calf circumference,BMI and body fat index were the influencing factors of MCI in the elderly people,and the nomogram prediction model of the MCI risk in the elderly people was constructed by these seven variables.The area under the ROC curve (AUC) of the model was 0.790 (95％CI:0.750-0.829),the sensitivity was 0.64,the specificity was 0.62,the C-index index was 0.790,and the model fitting x2=8.111,P=0.454,the predictive value was basically consistent with the actual value.Conclusion The nomogram prediction model of MCI risk in the elderly peo-ple is successfully constructed with good predictive effect.

Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Aristolochia contorta and honey-processed Aristolochia contorta; To analyze the changes of chemical components before and after honey processing with multivariate statistics; To provide a reference for the study on the toxicity reduction of Aristolochia contorta.Methods:The fingerprints of 11 batches of Aristolochia contorta and honey-processed Aristolochia contorta were established through HPLC. Clustering analysis (HCA), principal component analysis (PCA), orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) and independent sample t-test were used to compare the changes of chemical components of Aristolochia contorta before and after honey processing.Results:The results showed that there were 14 common peaks in the fingerprints of Aristolochia contorta and Aristolochia contorta. 7 common peaks were identified. Both HCA and PCA could clearly distinguish the samples of Aristolochia contorta before and after honey processing. OPLS-DA found and screened 7 differential markers, and the order of difference significance was peak 3 > peak 7 (7-hydroxy aristolochic acid A) > peak 5 (aristolochic acid C)> peak 8 (aristolochic acid D) > peak 6 > peak 2 (Magnolia alkaloid) > peak 14 (aristolochic acid Ⅰ). After honey processing, the content of chemical components represented by peaks 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 14 decreased ( P<0.05). Conclusion:This method is simple and specific, which can be used for the fingerprint analysis of Aristolochia contorta and honey-processed Aristolochia contorta, and can effectively distinguish Aristolochia contorta and honey-processed Aristolochia contorta, and provide a reference for the processing research of toxicity reduction of Aristolochia contorta honey processing.
