With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI),how to digitize the teaching of Medical Immunology is a new challenge posed by the times and education. This study is based on the advanced teaching model of Medical Immunology, which includes lectures-PAD class-flipped classrooms-expert lecture.By introducing knowledge mapping and AI teaching assistant into the entire learning process, the students not only deepen their understanding of the knowledge system of Medical Immunology, but also ex-ercise their ability to apply immunological knowledge to solve practical clinical problems, enhance their self-learning ability,expres-sion ability, communication ability,on-site performance ability, and cultivate a spirit of unity, cooperation, and exploration. The practice of empowering Medical Immunology teaching with digital intelligence achieves the integration of theory and application, the linkage between in class and out of class teaching, the connection between commonalities and individualities, and the union of abili-ties and qualities in Medical Immunology teaching. It also provides practical basis for exploring the implementation path of digital intel-ligence empowerment in Medical Immunology teaching.

The goal of Medical Immunology is to enable students to pay attention to integration of immunology theory with clini-cal practice,be familiar with professional English, consciously pay attention to cutting-edge knowledge, and can learn independently and lifelong. However, existing teaching models lack explanation of clinical disease related events, and arrangement of experimental content and projects is seriously disconnected from clinical practice, scientific research on solving clinical problems is clearly insuffi-cient.We established a"B to B"cycle model for immunology teaching by starting from clinical practical problems(Bedside),return to basic research(Bench),and then solve clinical problem(Bedside),which will comprehensively cultivate senior medical profession-als with clinical competence, scientific research thinking ability, innovative spirit, and international perspective.

Chinese Journal of Psychiatry 2023;56(3):176-183
Objective:To explore the effects of anhedonia, childhood abuse, and depression on suicidal ideation, and the mediating role of anhedonia in adolescents. Methods:A total of 7 431 middle school students were invited to participate in the study. Suicidal ideation, depression, childhood abuse, and anhedonia were assessed by the Positive and Negative Suicide Ideation Scale (PANSI), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ) and Temporal Experience of Pleasure Scale (TEPS); according to the score of suicidal ideation, a total score of 36 was used as the cut-off score, all students were divided into the group with suicidal ideation ( n=1 265) and the group without suicidal ideation ( n=6 166). Difference test was performed using independent sample t-test and χ 2 test; Correlation analysis was performed by Pearson correlation; The process macro program compiled by Hayes was used to conduct the regulated mediation model analysis; The mediation effect values and 95%bootstrap confidence intervals of depressive symptoms between childhood maltreatment and suicidal ideation were analyzed by the bootstrap method; Simple slope analysis was utilized to examine the interaction effects for depression and anhedonia. Results:The detection rate of adolescent suicidal ideation was 17.02% (1 265/7 431);Childhood abuse significantly positively predicted depression ( β=0.56, P<0.001); depression significantly positively predicted suicidal ideation ( β=0.59, P<0.001); depression and anhedonia interaction significantly predicted suicidal ideation ( β=-0.05, P<0.001); simple slope analysis indicates that low anhedonia depression predicted suicidal ideation ( β=0.51, P<0.001) than the high anhedonia group ( β=0.47, P<0.001). Conclusion:Depression partially mediates the effects of childhood abuse on suicidal ideation, and anhedonia modulates the effects of childhood abuse on suicidal ideation. As the level of anhedonia gradually increases, the predictive effect of depression on suicidal ideation gradually decreases.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Limb dysfunction after the comprehensive treatment of ischemic stroke by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).Methods:A total of 160 patients with limb dysfunction after ischemic stroke. Who in line with the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table, 80 cases each. These patients were treated in Multicenter Union Hospital from June 2017 to Janunry 2019. The patients in the control group were given basic Western medicine treatment and rehabilitation training, while the patients in the observation group were given a comprehensive treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group (Chinese herbs, herbal fumigation and ear point press). Both groups were treated for 4 weeks and follow-up for 2 months. The Fugl-Meyerscale were used to evaluate the degree of limb dysfunction and balance dysfunction, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale were used for assessing the damage extent of nerve function, the Barthel index for evaluating the mobility of daily life. The clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the method of Brunnstrom assessment. Results:After treatment, the Limb strong spasm (1.57 ± 0.36 vs. 1.98 ± 0.53, t=5.724), Hemianesthesia (1.37 ± 0.31 vs. 1.80 ± 0.36, t=8.096), Inhibited bending and stretching (1.31 ± 0.25 vs. 1.84 ± 0.46, t=9.055) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.01). The Fugl-Meyer activity and balance rating in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( t values were 2.739, 4.705, respectively, P<0.05 or P<0.01). The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3% (78/80), the control group was 73.3% (71/80), and there exist statistical significance ( χ2=4.783, P=0.028) in the two group’s comparative difference. Conclusion:The comprehensive TCM treatment can improve the hemiplegia syndrome of ischemic stroke patients and their limb activity and balance function, promote their neural functional recovery, enhance the activity of their daily life and clinical efficacy.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2019;25(3):379-382
Objective? To explore the effects of menu teaching and tradition teaching model in star student appraise among nursing students in clinical nursing teaching of neurosurgery department. Methods? From March 2017 to February 2018, we selected 128 nursing students in internship at the 81th Hospital, Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. All of the nursing students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 64 cases in each group with one-to-one clinical teaching. Control group carried out tradition teaching model. On this basis, experimental group applied menu teaching. We compared the practice effects and the ratio of nursing students with 3-star or above. Results? The total score of examination performance of nurses in experimental group was (268.88±14.93) higher than that in control group with a statistical difference (t=-6.222, P< 0.05). There were 33 nursing students being deducted marks 0-2 and 8 nursing students being deducted 7-9 in medical ethics and clinical practical competency in experimental group; there were 24 and 18 nursing students in control group respectively; the difference was statistical (χ2=5.256, P<0.05). There were 39.1% of nursing students being ranked as 4-stat or 5-star in experimental group and 14.1% in control group with a statistical difference (χ2=10.439, P<0.05). Conclusions? In clinical nursing teaching of neurosurgery, menu teaching model can improve abilities and examination performance, stimulate the learning interest of nursing students.
