Diamond-Blackfan anemia(DBA),also known as congenital pure red cell aplasia,is a rare genetic disorder characterized by bone marrow failure,congenital anomalies,and severe red blood cell abnormalities.The rarity of the condition,and consequently limited patient pool and scarcity of research models,means that the pathogenic mechanisms associated with genetic mutations in DBA remain uncertain,and the clinical treatment options are limited.This review synthesizes the findings from zebrafish,mouse,and human cellular models of DBA mutations.We clarify the pathogenic mechanisms and monitor the progression of drugs into clinical trials,thereby aiding further in-depth explorations into the etiology and therapeutic advancements for DBA.

Objective To study the correlation of psychological status of nurses experiencing negative events with coping styles and social support.Methods The symptom checklist-90 (SCL-90),the simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ),the social science research solutions (SSRS) were used for the investigation among 108 nurses who experienced negative events so as to look into the correlation of their psychological status with coping style and social support.Results The total score by SCL-90 was (194.41 ±35.05).The psychological status and positive coping styles and social support were negatively correlated (P ＜0.05) and positively with negative coping (P ＜0.01).Conclusions The psychological health is at middle to low level and it is influenced by the coping styles and social support.So the administrative should attach great importance to their mental health status and influencing factors of the positive role,help them gain social supports and enhance their subjective sensation of social support.

We study the possible reasons and the scientific and effective intervention measures of the prevalence of PLBP among nurses. There is a high frequency of work-related PLBP among nurses, and to explore associations with personal characteristics, occupational risk factors and psychosocial influences. The factors related to PLBP find in this study are: age, length of employed, bearing household, the department, weekly bending times, monthly night shift, moving and handling times.

Objective To discuss the effect of evaluation on research performance of a upper first-class hospital in Guangxi by comprehensive index method,and to verify the scientific and practical of this method.Methods Five indexes for evaluating the research performance were selected,and different weight to each index was endowed.The original data were translated,comprehensive index method was applied to evaluate the research performance of that hospital from 2007 to 2012.Results The final sorting results were obtained through the comprehensive index method.Of the output quality from 2007 to 2012,year 2012 ranked the first,the comprehensive index value is 2.413;and year 2007 ranked the last,the value is 0.138.Conclusions The value was high relative,which accorded with the fact,comprehensive index method can evaluate the research performance precisely and rationally.

Objective To provide reference for improving the performance of public health by establishing performance evaluation framework of public health in rural areas of China.Methods The performance evaluation framework of public health in rural areas is established by literature research,theoretical derivation and Delphi method.The results of expert consultation are tested by W test of Kendall coordination coefficient and chi-square test.Results The performance evaluation framework of public health in rural areas contains four conceptual modules,ten performance goals and twenty-eight performance evaluation indexes.The positive coefficient of experts is 0.889.The average values of authoritative grade of experts are between 0.681～0.715.The Kendall W uniformity coefficients of the necessity,sensitivity and maneuverability of the indexes are respectively 0.167,0.209 and 0.185.The P values are less than 0.01.Conclusion The performance evaluation framework of public health in rural areas has certain application value.It is necessary to pay attention to scientific nature and applicability in developing performance evaluation of public health in rural areas.

According to the requirement of the national assessment for achieving the infection control criteria, 42 villages (among them,25 villages belonged to the first stratum, and 17 villages belonged to the second stratum) in 14 counties from 5 provinces, including Hunnan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Anhui and Yunnan, were selected as sampling villages for the assessment.The results from the field assessment showed that 154 out of 9 067 people were found infected with Sckistosoma japonicum, with an average infection rate of 1.7% ranged from 0.31 % to 4.10% , and only Yongping Village from Weishan County and Tenglong Village from Eryuan County were not found any case. A total of 46 out of 3 323 head of cattle were infected with S. japonicum, with an average infection rate of 1.38% ranged from 0.26% to 3.79% , and no any infected individual detected in Nanling County. No outbreak occurred in those sampling villages. Therefore, it is indicated that the five sampling provinces have reached the national criteria on infection control of schistosomiasis.
