Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Shaoyao Gancao Keli to provide quality control.Methods:Waters Xselect CSH C18 column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05％phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 232 nm.The column temperature was 35 ℃.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1.The injection volume was 10 μL.10 samples were tested by the method.The similarity of 10 samples were evaluated,and the common peaks were identified.Results:HPLC fingerprint of 17 common peaks was estab-lished.10 common peaks were identified which were gallic acid,albiflorin,paeoniflorin,liquiritin apioside,liquiritin,β-1,2,3,4,6-pentagalloylglucose,isoliquiritin apioside,isoliquiritin,liquiritigenin,glycyrrhizic acid.The similarity of 10 samples was higher than 0.95.Conclusion:The method has good separation,accuracy,re-peatability and stability,and could be used as a standard for quality control of Shaoyao Gancao Keli.

Purpose/Significance To review digital health literacy assessment tools for the elderly,and to provide a theoretical basis for assessment,intervention and optimization.Method/Process A scoping review method is used to systematically review and evaluate digital health literacy assessment tools for the elderly.Result/Conclusion The 10 included assessment tools are generally applicable to the elderly population,but research targeting specific groups remains insufficient.These assessment tools should be further integrated in the future to promote the understanding and research of digital health literacy measurement methods.

Objective:To explore the status and influencing factors of electronic health literacy of inpatients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) .Methods:From January to March 2021, a total of 200 inpatients in Nephrology Department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method. The Chinese version of the Electronic Health Literacy Scale (eHEALS) and self-designed general information questionnaire were collected. Single factor analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of electronic health literacy.Results:The electronic health literacy score of 200 inpatients with CKD was (26.46±5.58) . Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that work status, residence, dialysis method, education level, marriage situation, electronic tool use proficiency and the importance of internet were the influencing factors of electronic health literacy ( F=24.900, R2=0.510, P<0.01) . Conclusions:The electronic health literacy of inpatients with CKD is at a moderately low level. Medical and nursing staff should pay more attention to patients with low e-health literacy who are not working, in rural areas, and low-educated, and provide health education to help them improve electronic health literacy and correctly judge and use network information.

Objective To observe influence of risk process management on nursing quality and satisfaction in bedside continuous blood purification (CBP).Methods Ninety-eight patients treated with CBP in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the random and equal principle.The control group were given routine management,and the observation group were given risk process management.Occurrence of nursing risk,nursing quality and patients'nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results Incidence rates of extracorporeal circulation coagulation,water balance disorders,catheter off,failure to detect vital signs and pressure indicators on time,hypotension,bleeding in puncture site,and associated infection in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of basic nursing,success rate of rescue,accuracy of the instrument operation,and nursing safety of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Patients'nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.92％,which was significantly higher than 83.67％ of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Risk process management can effectively reduce nursing risk of patients in the CBP treatment,and improve nursing quality and patients'satisfaction.
