Dermacentor abaensis(D.abaensis)is a tick species distributed only in Qinghai,Gansu,and other provinces of China.It is more harmful because it can carry pathogens such as Borrelia burgdorferi and Piroplasm.However,morphological descriptions and image data for this tick spe-cies are still insufficiently detailed,and data related to molecular markers such as COX 1 and ITS2 are still missing.The ticks were collected from the body surface of yaks in Diebu County,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Gansu Province.The morphological characteristics of various parts of the ticks were carefully observed using a stereomicroscope ultra-depth-of-field system.At the same time,the total DNA of the tick body wall was extracted,then the primers for COX 1 and ITS2 genes were designed,and PCR amplification was performed before sequencing.The sequen-cing results were compared with related sequences in GenBank for homology analysis,and the phy-logenetic tree was constructed to provide a basis for accurate identification of this tick species.The results showed that the female ticks were subrounded.The basic capituli were rectangular in shape.The porose area was ovoid in shape,cornua short and blunt,palps thick and short,with a slightly pointed front end.A slightly rounded scutum,and the enamel color was slightly lighter towards the back.The cervial groove was short,and in deeply concave.The festoon was obvious.The peritreme was in comma-shaped.The trailing edge was slightly curved.The genital opening had a ala.The anus was located in the posterior quarter of the middle of the abdomen,and there is a semicircular anal groove surrounded.Male ticks were slightly elongated ovoid,with no porose area.The entire surface was covered with enamel color except the cornua.The genital opening was opposite to the coxall,and there is no ala.The anal groove was deeper,and the external spur of the coxa Ⅳ was narrower and longer.All other body characteristics are similar to those of female ticks.Based on the comparative analysis of COX 1 and ITS2 gene sequences and the construction of phylogenetic tree,it was found that D.abaensis is more closely related to Dermacentor nuttalli and Dermacentor marginatus than other Dermacentor spp.The results suggested that D.abaensis have unique mor-phological and molecular marker characteristics,and the combination of the two characteristics will make it easier to rapidly and accurately identify this tick species.

Objective To observe the clinical effects of therapy to neonatal jaundice by Yinzhihuang particles.Methods72 cases from July 2015 to December 2016, were randomly divided into two groups and made all 36 cases in the control group, children in the control group given blue light therapy observation group were treated in the control group on the basis of Yinzhihuang particle therapy, follow-up and record two serum C-reactive protein (CRP), total bilirubin (TBIL), γ-alanine amino acyltransferase (γ-GT), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) and free fatty acid (FFA) levels and incidence of adverse reactions, the use ofstatistical methods for data analysis.Results① observation group after treatment CRP,TBIL, γ-GT values were better than the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).② observation group in the AKP, FFA values after treatment than the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).③ observation group rash during treatment, the incidence of diarrhea were (0.00%, 2.78%), were lower than the control group (11.11%, 16.67%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05).ConclusionYinzhihuang particle treatment of neonatal jaundice effect is good, worthy of further research and application.

OBJECTIVEThe experiment was conducted to study the effect of soaking seeds with biogas slurry on seed germination and growth of Tagetes erecta so that we can provide theory base for cultivation management of T. ercta.

METHODIn order to find the best combine of biogas slurry concentration (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) and soaking time (2, 3, 4, 5 h), completely randomized design was selected, germination percentage, seedling height, root length, root activity, content of chlorophyll (a, b) and MDA were analyzed and principle component analysis was adopted.

RESULTBoth soaking for 5 h in 25% biogas slurry and soaking for 4 h in 50% biogas slurry had the highest germination percentage (81.3%). Soaking for 5 h in 50% biogas slurry had the longest root, and soaking for 4 h in 50% biogas slurry had the highest root activity. They were significant higher than other 19 treatments. Soaking for 5 h in 50% biogas slurry had the highest content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll (a + b) and ratio of chlorophyll a/ chlorophyll b. It was significant higher in these index, except b, than other 19 treatment. Soaking for 5 h in 25% biogas slurry had the lowest MDA content (0.0280 micromol x L(-1)), then was Soaking for 4 h in 50% biogas slurry (0.0286 micromol x L(-1) in MDA content).

CONCLUSIONAppropriate biogas slurry concentration combined with seed soaking time can improve the germination and growth of T. erecta. As a whole, soaking for 5 h in 50% biogas slurry had the best effects on germination and growth in seedling stage for T. erecta.

Objective To explore the effects of lactoferrin on T cells ( the levels of CD4 + T and CD8 +T lymphocytes) and the development of intestinal mucous membrane (villus heights, crypt depths, villus circumferences, and villus areas) in neonatal SD rats. Methods Totally 96 neonatal (one week old) SD rats were equally and randomly divided into twelve groups, in which animals were fed with lactoferrin at a dose of 1.0 g/( kg · d) (dose Ⅰ group), 3.0 g/(kg · d) (dose Ⅱ group), or 5.0 g/(kg · d) (dose Ⅲ group) for 2, 3, or4 weeks,with corresponding blank control groups. Rats in the dosage groups were killed at the set time points and the levels of venous blood CD4 + and CD8 + T lymphocytes were detected using immunofluorescence method. Jejunum ( 1 cm)and ileum (1 cm) specimens were obtained for pathological sectioning, and the villus height, crypt depth, villus circumferences, and villus areas were measured through image analysis system. Results The CD4 + T lymphocyte levels at two weeks were significantly different among dose I group, dose Ⅱ group, and control groups ( all P ＜0. 05).The CD8 + T lymphocyte levels at two weeks were significantly different among dose Ⅱ group, dose Ⅲ group,and control groups ( all P ＜ 0. 05 ). The villus heights, crypt depths, villus circumferences, and villus areas of jejunum at two weeks between feeding groups and control groups were not significantly different ( all P ＞ 0. 05 ), while the condition in ileum was on the contrary. The CD4 + T lymphocyte levels at three weeks were significantly different between feeding groups and control groups ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The CD8 + T lymphocyte levels at three weeks between dose Ⅲ group and control groups were significantly different ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The villus heights, crypt depths, villus circumferences, and villus areas of jejunum and ileum at three weeks were significantly different between feeding groups and control groups ( all P ＜ 0. 05 ). The CD4 + T lymphocyte levels at four weeks between feeding groups and control groups were significantly different (P ＜0. 05). The CD8 + T lymphocyte levels at four weeks were significantly different among dose Ⅱ group, dose Ⅲ group, and control groups ( all P ＜ 0. 05 ). Except villus areas of ileum, the villus heights, crypt depths, villus circumferences of jejunum and ileum, and villus areas of jejunum at four weeks were significantly different between feeding groups and control groups ( all P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusions Lactoferrin can promote the levels of CD4 + and CD8 + T lymphocytes in venous blood and facilitate the development of the mucous membranes of jejunum and ileum. However, such effects are affected by the dose and timing of lactoferrin feeding.
