With the rapid development of information technology,the fourth scientific and technological revolution,represented by artificial intelligence(AI),has exerted a subversive impact on medical education.The widespread use of AI technology has led to significant changes in the medical model,major adjustments in the setting of medical disciplines and specialties,new challenges in the cultivation model of medical talents,and new issues in medical ethical norms and legal constraints.It has also further intensified the contradiction between the spirit of medical science and the spirit of medical humanities,affecting the harmony of the doctor-patient relationship,while putting forward new requirements for the current cultivation of medical talents led by"new medicine"and bringing new topics to the cultivation of professional faith among medical students.To alleviate the contradictions,address the challenges,solve the Issues,build harmonious doctor-patient relationships,and adapt to the requirements of medical education innovation under the background of AI,the cultivation paths of medical students'professional faith should be innovatively explored from five aspects,including the innovation of cultivation concepts,the reconstruction of curriculum system,the innovation of practical paths,the establishment of long-term mechanisms,and the improvement of faculty system,so as to provide a strong guarantee for enhancing the quality and efficiency of medical talent cultivation.

3.Exploring the path of integrating the concept of the doctor-patient destiny community into the teaching of ideological and political courses for medical students

The concept of the doctor-patient destiny community aims to construct a symbiotic group with interdependence and intertwined destiny in the medical and health field,with guarding the people's health as the value adherence,and with the harmonious doctor-patient relationship of equality and mutual trust,benefit sharing,emotional exchange,and joint progress as the fundamental logic.Integrating this concept into the teaching of ideological and political courses for medical students to promote the deep integration of ideological and political education with medical humanities,is an inevitable requirement for implementing the fundamental task of nurturing morality and fostering talent in ideological and political courses,a practical choice to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education for medical students,as well as a practical requirement to cultivate outstanding doctors in the context of new medical science.Therefore,the scientific understanding of doctor-patient relationships among medical students can be constructed by focusing on integrating values,connotations,and practices from multiple perspectives,guiding them to undertake the mission of maintaining the health of the people in the era,as well as cultivating their humanistic literacy in participating in doctor-patient interactions,thus to educate and guide the healthy growth of medical students and promote their positive career development.
4.Analysis on the Integration of Blockchain and the Construction of Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship in the New Era

In the era of information technology, the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is inseparable from the support of information technology. The use of blockchain technology in the medical and health field plays an important role in promoting the construction of a harmonious doctorpatient relationship in the new era. 5.Huge retroperitoneal liposarcoma:A case report and literature review

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal liposarcoma .Methods We reported one case of huge retroperitoneal liposarcoma in our hospital .The clinical characteristics ,diagnosis and treatment were discussed ,and the literatures were reviewed .Results The patient received the left retroper-itoneal tumor resection and partial resection of the left kidney after the imaging diagnosis .Postoperative pathologi-cal results indicated retroperitoneal liposarcoma .No tumor recurrence and metastasis ocurred in the follow -up of 20 months.Conclusion Retroperitoneal liposarcoma is rare ,with no specific clinical manifestations .The applica-tion of CT is helpful to the diagnosis of this rare disease .Surgery is the preferred method for the treatment .
6.Screening and characterization of lipase from a metagenome library of dairy rumen microflora.

Using lipase segregation agar containing trioleoylglycerol, we obtained 18 lipase positive clones by screening from a metagenome library of dairy rumen microflora containing 15,360 clones. The average insert size of lipase positive clones was about 60 kb. Lipase enzyme activity analysis by p-NPP method indicated that Lipase6, Lipase7 and Lipase8 had higher lipolytic activities to substrates of p-nitrophenyl palmitate (C16), p-nitrophenyl alaurate (C12) and p-nitrophenyl palmitate (C16) respectively. The optimum pH of Lipase 6, Lipase 7 and Lipase 8 were 7.5. The halflife period of Lipase 8 with the value of 15 min in 70 degrees C decreased with the increase of temperature. In conclusion, the lipases screened in this study had different substrates specificity and good thermo stability, which laid a basis for large-scale industrial application.
