Bispecific antibodies (BsAbs), as an important recent innovation in the field of tumor immunotherapy in recent years, can simultaneously or sequentially target different antigens or two different epitopes of the same antigen. Compared with traditional monoclonal antibodies, they can produce superior therapeutic effects. This article reviews the progress in clinical applications and safety research of BsAbs in cancer therapy, revealing that they (such as blinatumomab, glofitamab, teclistamab, amivantamab, etc.) exhibit significant therapeutic efficacy against hematological malignancies, lung cancer, cervical cancer, melanoma, and other cancers. For cytokine release syndrome (CRS) induced by BsAbs, prophylactic or pre-emptive medication is commonly administered in clinical practice; for neurotoxicity and infections triggered by BsAbs, clinical practice necessitates rigorous monitoring of patients’ vital signs and the provision of essential treatments. In addition, different BsAbs exhibit variations in escalation dose, infusion rate, storage duration, and equipment requirements. Therefore, strict adherence to the instructions in the drug package inserts is essential during clinical operations to ensure safety and therapeutic efficacy. In the future, more multicenter trials need to be conducted to validate the efficacy and safety of BsAbs across different tumor types and patient populations, and long-term follow-up data should be accumulated to optimize treatment cycles and dosage regimens.

Objective To investigate the composition of symptom clusters in early postoperative breast cancer patients and analyze the sentinel symptoms of each cluster of symptoms. Methods A total of 309 patients who underwent mastectomy were conveniently sampled and surveyed using the Chinese version of the Anderson Symptom Inventory. Principal component analysis and varimax orthogonal rotation were employed to analyze the symptom clusters, and their associations were analyzed using the Apriori algorithm model to identify the sentinel symptoms of each cluster of symptoms. Results Three symptom clusters were identified in early postoperative breast cancer patients: neuro-sleep symptom cluster [fatigue (weakness)-distress-pain-sleepiness-restless sleep], sensory-perception symptom cluster (numbness-forgetfulness-shortness of breath-sadness-dry mouth), and digestive system symptom cluster (nausea-vomiting-loss of appetite). Fatigue was the sentinel symptom of the neuro-sleep symptom cluster, numbness was the sentinel symptom of the sensory-perception symptom cluster, and nausea was the sentinel symptom of the digestive system symptom cluster. Conclusion Early postoperative breast cancer patients experience multiple symptom clusters, with sentinel symptoms existing in each cluster. Healthcare staff should develop intervention measures based on sentinel symptoms to improve the efficiency of symptom management and reduce the degree of symptom distress for patients.

In order to effectively prevent the damage to the human body caused by abnormal oxygen concentration in the medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber, a ZigBee-based medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber oxygen concentration automatic control system is designed. The data acquisition module uses the microprocessor STM32F103C8T6 to receive the oxygen concentration data of each acquisition point, and the ZigBee of the data processing module transmits the processing results to the MSP430G2553 single-chip microcomputer at the receiving end of the slave. The MSP430G2553 single-chip microcomputer uses a self-organizing TS fuzzy neural network (SOTSFNN) and adds activation. The intensity concept realizes automatic control of the oxygen concentration in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, and controls the buzzer to give an alarm when the oxygen concentration is lower than 19 mg/L and higher than 23 mg/L, and displays the current real-time oxygen concentration through LCD12864. The experimental results show that as the communication distance increases, the packet loss rate of the system is always lower than 5%, and the signal strength under the same communication distance is better; the system can effectively control the oxygen concentration value within the set range, and the oxygen concentration. The control accuracy is high and the stability is good.

Objective:To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) based immunoassay method for the quantitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), and evaluate the clinical applicability of this method. Methods:Sm was selected as element tags, and the HCG quantitative detection system was established by double antibody sandwich method. The dosage of biotinylated antibody and reaction time were optimized. According to EP documents of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) and related standards, the analytical performance was evaluated after the establishment of the assay, including the limit of blank (LOB), linearity, precision, recovery, cross reactivity and interference test. And 88 clinical samples were measured using the new method compared to the electrochemical immunoassay (ECLIA) method. Results:Total process completed within 30 min after optimization, and the optimal biotinylated antibody dosage was 0.5 μl. The LOB was 0.29 mIU/ml. The linearity was good within the range of 1.16-8 365.62 mIU/ml with the linear correlation coefficient greater than 0.995 ( R2=0.998 0), the recovery was 97.53%-102.01%. Both intra-and inter-assay coefficients of variation of the high-value sample and the low-value sample were less than 10%. And there was no significant cross-reaction with Luteinizing hormone (LH), follicular stimulating hormone (FSH), and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH). The interference bias caused by different concentrations of interference substances was less than 10%. When compared with the ECLIA method for clinical sample detection, the proposed method showed a significant correlation( R2=0.960 0). Conclusion:The proposed ICP-MS base immunoassay for HCG detection has good accuracy, high sensitivity and specificity, and the results of analytical performance verification meet the clinical requirements, which provides experimental basis for the clinical application of this method.
