Objective To parse the current situation of obstetrics resources in Chinese Public General Hospitals, and explore a new path for the development of obstetric medical service system in public hospitals. Methods Literature search and qualitative interview methods were used to sort out the obstetric resources and services of public general hospitals. Results The obstetrics departments in public general hospitals play an important role in the obstetrics service system, which face more operation pressures and transformation difficulties in the background of low fertility.Public general hospitals can strengthen the inner horizontal integration by multidisciplinary collaboration, and external vertical with medical alliances and obstetric alliances,so as to provide high-quality and continuous obstetric services for regional pregnant women and enhance system resilience. Conclusion Centralized multidisciplinary integration inside the hospitals and alliance with other obstetrics departments outside the hospitals, namely Two"Centralized Development"may be a new path for the high-quality development of obstetrics department in public general hospitals under the background of low fertility rate.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgical resection combined with preoperative interventional embolization in the treatment of solid intracranial hemangioblastomas, and to analyze the effect of pre-operative embolization on tumor resection, and to discuss the surgical technique and perioperative management of mi-crosurgery. Methods From September, 2010 to September, 2015, the clinical signs, preoperative embolization, mi-crosurgery and prognosis of 18 patients with solid hemangioblastomas were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were examined by CTA and MRI,18 patients underwent DSA tumor arterial embolization and tumor microsurgery. Results The tumor diameter was 2.5-4.0 cm, the proportion of preoperative embolization tumor was 100% in 4 cases, 80% -95% in 9 cases,60%-70% in 3 cases and 60% in 2 cases.16 cases(88.9%)were subtotal tumors,2 cases(11.1%) were subtotal resection, 1 case died. No patients with intraoperative blood transfusion.followed up for 2 years without tumor recurrence. Conclusion The risk of postoperative hemangioblastomas is high, and the intervention of em-bolization for tumor artery will reduce the risk of operation.Microsurgery is the preferred treatment, and skilled micro-surgery is the key to treatment.

Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture based on acupoint selection of myofascial meridians perspective on the regeneration of nerve cells and recovery of motor function in rats with cerebral palsy. Methods 20 healthy 21-day-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into control group, acupuncture groups 1 (receiving traditional acupuncture) and 2 (receiving acupuncture based on acupoint selection of myofascial meridians perspective), and sham group. The control group and the acupuncture groups were subjected to ligation of left carotid artery (ischemia) and then put into a hypoxic environment. They were assessed with Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan (BBB) Scale and inclined plane test 3 d, 7 d and 14 d after the beginning of acupuncture. And 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine (BrdU) was used to label Sphase cells in the left striaturn and motor cortex in each group 14 d after the beginning of acupuncture. Results The BBB scores improved more in the acupuncture group 2 than in the acupuncture group 1 and the control group 7 d, 14 d after the beginning of acupuncture (P<0.01), as well as the score of inclined plane test 3 d, 7 d, 14 d after acupuncture (P<0.05). BrdU was more in the left motor cortex in the acupuncture group 2 than in the acupuncture group 1 (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture based on acupoint selection of myofascial meridians perspective can promote the regeneration of nerve cells and recovery of motor function in rats with cerebral palsy, that is more effective than traditional acupuncture.
