Objective: To examine the changing trajectories of sleep problems and teacher support among first year middle school students and their covariant relationship,so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention strategy of sleep problems for the first year junior high school students. Methods: In September 2020, a multistage cluster random sampling method was used to select 1 027 first year junior high school students from two schools of Anshun and Guiyang cities in Guizhou Province for survey and follow up assessments (T1:September 2020, T2:October 2020, T3:November 2020, T4:December 2020). The Student Perceived Teacher Support Behavior Questionnaire and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale were administered to assess sleep problems and teacher support among first year junior high school students. Spearman correlation analysis was used to examine the relationship between sleep problems and teacher support. A multivariate latent growth curve model was employed to analyze the changing trajectories and covariant relationship between teacher support and sleep problems, followed by a multi group analysis. Results: For first year junior high school students, teacher support scores at T1-T4 were 4.00 (3.47, 4.53), 4.00 (3.47, 4.58), 3.95 (3.47, 4.61) and 4.00 (3.48, 4.67), respectively; sleep problem scores were 0.83 (0.50, 1.17), 0.67 (0.50, 1.17), 0.83 (0.50, 1.17) and 0.67 (0.33, 1.17), respectively. Spearman correlation analysis revealed that teacher support and sleep problems were negatively correlated across all four period ( r =-0.28 to -0.14, all P <0.01). Teacher support perceived by students showed a linear increasing trend (intercept=3.98, slope=0.02), while sleep problems showed a linear decreasing trend (intercept=0.86, slope= -0.02 ) (all P <0.05). The multivariate latent growth model indicated that the rate of increase in teacher support after enrollment effectively predicted the rate of decrease in sleep problem levels ( β=-0.34, P <0.01). Multigroup analysis showed that the covariant relationship was not moderated by gender or boarding status (both P >0.05). Conclusions The increase in teacher support experienced by first year junior high school students during the transition period after enrollment, accompanied by a reduction in sleep problems, constitutes a dynamic protective process. The process is not moderated by gender or boarding status.

Objective: To explore relationship among bullying victimization, psychological traits and suicide ideation of middle school students, and to provide suggestions for school bullying and suicide prevention for adolescents. Methods: A total of 3 635 students of 7-9th grade from 5 junior middle schools were enrolled and investigated with the Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ), psychological traits questionnaire for middle school students and suicide ideation questionnaire. Results: Prevalence of bullying victimization was 28.34% of middle school students, while the prevalence of verbal, relational and physical bullying were 22.59%, 12.05% and 7.54%, respectively. Boys had significantly higher rates of bullying victimization than girls (χ2=88.92，94.29，7.69，P<0.01). Bullying victimization was positively associated with suicidal ideation (r=0.21, P<0.01), while associated with psychological traits (r=-0.17, -0.22, P<0.01). Psychological traits had a moderating effect on the relationship between bullying victimization and suicidal ideation (β=-0.04, P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological traits can buffer the adverse effects of bullying victimization on suicidal ideation, and the critical role of psychological traits in the maintenance and development of adolescent mental health should be emphasized.

Objective To study the relationships between pathological grade of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN) and levels of serum transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1),monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1),interleukin (IL)-17 and prognosis in adults.Methods 98 HSPN patients treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the study group,65 IgA nephritis patients were selected as the IgA nephritis group,and 60 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of TGF-β1,MCP-1 and IL-17 in serum of the three groups were detected,and the Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors affecting the patient's condition.Results The levels of serum TGF-β1,MCP-1 and IL-17 in the study group were significantly higher than those in IgA nephritis group and control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of serum TGF-β1,MCP-1 and IL-17 in IgA nephritis group were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in age,sex,hemoglobin,albumin,urinary protein and renal phenotype among groups (P ＜ 0.05).Platelets of type Ⅲ were significantly lower than those of type Ⅱ (P ＜0.05);C-reactive protein (CRP) level of type Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that of type Ⅱ (P ＜ 0.05).The degree of glomerulosclerosis in patients with type Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that in patients with type Ⅱ,and the degree of glomerulosclerosis in patients with type Ⅴ and Ⅵ was also significantly higher than that in patients with type Ⅲ (P ＜ 0.05).The formation of crescents in patients with type Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that in patients with type Ⅱ,and the formation of crescents in patients with type Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ was also significantly higher than that in patients with type Ⅲ (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of serum TGF-β1,MCP-1 and IL-17 were the lowest in type Ⅱ patients and the highest in type Ⅴ and Ⅵ patients.The levels of TGF-β1,MCP-1 and IL-17 in type Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ were significantly higher than those in type Ⅱ (P ＜0.05),and the level of TGF-β1 in type Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that in type Ⅲ (P ＜ 0.05);Serum IL-17 level of type Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that of type Ⅲ (P ＜ 0.05).Cox regression analysis showed that TGF-β1 and IL-17 were risk factors for pathological grading.Conclusions The higher the pathological grade of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in adults,the higher the levels of serum TGF-β1 and IL-17.TGF-β1 and IL-17 are the risk factors affecting the pathological grade of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical value of medical history and clinical manifestation-based protocol(MHCMP) for the diagnosis of spontaneous coronary artery dissection(SCAD)using intravascular ultrasound (IVUS).Methods Based on the MHCMP designed in our centre,intraoperative sequential analysis was performed in patients with acute coronary syndrom and clinical tip of SCAD,SCAD and its classification were defined according to the result of IVUS.Results Of the 37 patients admitted with ACS at the Cardiology Service,29 patients had SCAD as the cause(78.4 ％).All the patients underwent coronary angiography and IVUS,of which 9 patiens were type I (24.3 ％),15 patients were type Ⅱ (40.5％) and 5 patients were type Ⅲ (13.5％).The left anterior descending artery was the most frequently affected (16 patients),followed by the the right coronary artery (7 patients),while 5 patients had dissection of the circumflex artery and 1 patient had dissection of the left main coronary artery.Type I (evident arterial wall stain):this was the pathognomonic angiographic appearance of SCAD with contrast dye staining of the arterial wall with multiple radiolucent lumens.Type Ⅱ (diffuse stenosis of varying severity):this angiographic appearance was not well appreciated and was often missed or misdiagnosed.SCAD commonly involved the mid to distal segments of coronary arteries,and could be so extensive that it reached the distal tip.There was an appreciable (often subtle) abrupt change in arterial caliber,with demarcation from normal diameter to diffuse narrowing.This diffuse and usually smooth narrowing could vary in severity from inconspicuous mild stenosis to complete occlusion.Type Ⅲ (mimic atherosclerosis):this appearance was the most challenging to differentiate from atherosclerosis and most likely to be misdiagnosed,while IVUS was helpful for the differential diagnosis.Conclusions MHCMP is able to screen out all kinds of SCAD and guide the treatment decisions making.

A large number of starring biomedical industry clusters are emerged in recent years with the develop-ment of biomedical industry. The information access approaches of users in biomedical industry clusters consisting of higher education institutions, scientific research institutions and enterprises, the types of biomedical information they need, the transformation ways of their achievements, and the major barriers of information access were thus in-vestigated in this paper with questionnaires. The different information behaviors were compared between the users of scientific research group and enterprise group. The characteristics of information need of users in biomedical indus-try clusters were summarized, and following suggestions were put forward, namely establishing information service platform, perfecting institution-oriented information service model, and improving information service system for bi-omedical industry clusters.

Objective To determine the changes of heart structure and function in early stage after lung transplant and to study the relationship between decreased pulmonary artery pressure and changes of heart structure and function.Methods 45 cases of lung transplant recipients were included in the study,their preoperative and postoperative echocardiography data were reviewed,and the postoperative early changes of cardiac structure and function were analysed.Then,the Pearson correlation analysis was used to compare the relationships between the decrease of pulmonary artery pressure and the changes of cardiac structure and function.Results After lung transplant,pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP) decreased significantly [(62.3 ± 27.2) vs (36.20 ± 7.8)mm Hg,P ＜0.01],and right ventricular dimensions zoomed down,tricuspid valve and pulmonary valve regurgitation reduced,left atrial diameter (LAD) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDD) were enlarged,stroke volume (SV) increased [(43.85 ± 14.78) vs (58.68 ± 13.85)],but left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was decreased [(69.31 ± 7.50)％ vs (62.82 ± 8.12) ％],those differences above were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05) compared with preoperative echocardiography date.Pearson linear correlation analysis show that after lung transplantation the more decreased PASP,the more increased LAD and LVDD,and the more decreased LVEF (P ＜0.05).Conclusions In early stage after lung transplant,the structure of right ventricular was quickly normalized,the function of right ventricular improved,LAD enlarged,SV increased,but left ventricular function reduced,there were a linear correlation between those changes and PASP reduced.Echocardiography has good reference value for early lung transplant patient.

Induction of immune tolerance is characterized by high efficiency,low toxicity and economic advantages,and immune tolerance has very important significance in organ transplantation.In the establishment of immune tolerance,dendritic cells (DCs) play the key roles such as clonal deletion or clonal anerge,expressing t-cell inhibiting factors,activating helper T cells electively and inducing regulatory T cells,especially CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells,etc.Similarly,CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells whose primary target point is dendritic cell also have various functions such as affecting dendritic cells'maturing,restraining dendritic cells'antigen presentation to T cells,inhibiting the activation of T cells in non-specific ways and inducing immune tolerance.Current research shows,dendritic cells and CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells regard each other as target point and work synergetically.Here we mainly discuss the function and interaction of dendritic cells and CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells in the immune tolerance.

To investigate the biomechanical behavior of human intestines. The tensile test human intestine was performed with the electronic tension machine in this paper. The results indicate that the exponential relationship for the stress-strain of the human intestine was obtained, and the exponential coefficient a of each segment of the intestine is almost the same although the constant C is different. It also shows that the relative rate of stretch length of each segment intestines is different in longitudinal and circumferential directions. And the incremental elastic modulus of colon is less than those of small intestine. It is considered that the colon can be more easily deformed. The experimental results provide the theoretic basis for research on intestinal endoscopic microrobot.
