Employing bibliometric methods and adhering to principles of textual research， this study systematically investigated prescription source， formula name， composition evolution， dose evolution， origin， processing， ancient and modern applications of Xiaofengsan. Xiaofengsan， also known as Renshen Xiaofengsan and Chantui Xiaofengsan， was first recorded in the Taiping Huimin Hejijufang（hereafter referred to as Jufang） of the Southern Song dynasty. The formula composition included Schizonepetae Spica， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， Chuanxiong Rhizoma， Notoptery Rhizoma et Radix， Bombyx Batryticatus， Saposhnikoviae Radix， Poria， Cicadae Periostracum， Pogostemonis Herba， Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma， Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium， a total of 12 medicinal materials. In terms of the evolution of formula composition， formulas across dynasties largely aligned with those recorded in Jufang， with only minor variations in application. The results of the formula dosage research indicated that one dose of medication in Jufang corresponded to the following modern dosages：Schizonepetae Spica of 82.6 g， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma of 82.6 g， Chuanxiong Rhizoma of 82.6 g， Notoptery Rhizoma et Radix of 82.6 g， Bombyx Batryticatus of 82.6 g， Saposhnikoviae Radix of 82.6 g， Poria of 82.6 g， Cicadae Periostracum of 82.6 g， Pogostemonis Herba of 82.6 g， Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma of 82.6 g， Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex of 20.65 g and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium of 20.65 g， the origins of all the constituent drugs were consistent with the 2020 edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. The results of the investigation into the decoction method indicated that the aforementioned drugs should be finely ground into powder（pass through the No.5 sieve）， and 8.26 g was taken for each dose， which was taken with the clear liquid obtained by steeping tea leaves in boiling water for several minutes. This mixture was administered three times daily， 30 min after meals. The ancient functional indications of this formula mainly involved dispelling wind-heat， eliminating pathogenic factors and regulating the middle Jiao. It primarily treated all wind-heat syndromes manifesting as skin diseases， predominantly affecting the upper body， especially the head and face. The diseases involved in modern applications were mostly dermatological diseases， including urticaria， eczema， atopic dermatitis and others. In this paper， by combing the relevant ancient literature， the key information of Xiaofengsan was textual researched， in order to provide reference for the modern application and development of this formula.

Objective To analyze the relationship between cognitive function, motor ability and the risk of falls in patients during the rehabilitation period after stroke. Methods A total of 330 patients with stroke who received rehabilitation treatment in the hospital from February 2022 to February 2025 were classified into fall group (n=105) and non-fall group (n=225) based on the occurrence of falls during rehabilitation period. The clinical data of patients were collected, and the motor function of patients was evaluated by Fugl-Meyer scale, and the cognitive function of patients was assessed by mini-mental state examination (MMSE). Univariate and logistic multivariate regression analyses were applied to analyze the factors affecting the occurrence of falls. Spearman correlation analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between motor ability, cognitive function and risk of falls. Results The proportions of osteoporosis, malnutrition, sleep disorder and history of falls in the fall group were higher while the education level, Fugl-Meyer score and MMSE score were lower compared to the non-fall group (P<0.05). After logistic multivariate analysis, it was found that osteoporosis, malnutrition, sleep disorder, history of falls, low education level, low Fugl-Meyer score and low MMSE score were risk factors for falls in patients during post-stroke rehabilitation period (P<0.05). Correlation analysis indicated that the motor ability and cognitive function in patients during post-stroke rehabilitation period were negatively associated with the occurrence of falls (r=-0.579, -0.438, P<0.001). Conclusion The cognitive function, motor ability of patients in the post-stroke rehabilitation period are closely related to the risk of falls. Clinically, the risk of falls in patients during post-stroke rehabilitation period can be reduced by improving the motor ability and cognitive function.

Objective To prepare in-house coagulation factor Ⅷ(F Ⅷ)inhibitor-positive control material and evaluate its perform-ance.Methods Frozen plasma samples from hemophilia A patients with positive factor Ⅷ inhibitors were pooled,and diluted with Owren's Veronal Buffer(OVB)to 1 BU/mL of the inhibitor concentration in the mixture,then aliquoted and freeze-stored.The homo-geneity and stability of the in-house quality control material were verified,and its suitability was further assessed through intra-laborato-ry reproducibility among different technologists and inter-laboratory comparisons.Results Twenty-one aliquots were randomly tested for homogeneity assessment,yielding an average of 1.05 BU/mL(range 0.9-1.15 BU/mL),with a standard deviation(SD)of 0.083 and coefficient of variation(CV)of 7.90％.The freshly prepared inhibitor-positive control samples contained a concentration of 1.03 BU/mL.After storage at-80℃ for 24 hours,1 week,1 month,2 months,3 months,4 months,5 months,6 months,7 months,8 months,and 9 months,thawed the samples showed relative deviations of 9％,0％,10％,9％,14％,15％,6％,0％,-10％,-5％,and 2％,respectively.The intra-laboratory CV value from different technologists at this center was 7.28％,and the inter-labora-tory CV across different centers was 18.75％.Conclusion The prepared in-house positive control material of Factor Ⅷ inhibitor ex-hibited adequate uniformity and stability.

Objective:To investigate the host and vector composition of pestis and the epidemic situation of pestis among animals in the border port areas of Longchuan County, Yunnan Province.Methods:In September 2022, a survey was conducted on rodents and their surface parasitic fleas in the border port areas of Longchuan County, according to three habitat types: residential areas, agricultural areas, and forest-shrubbery areas. Samples of murine animals organs and their surface parasitic fleas were collected for isolation and identification of Yersinia pestis. Blood samples of plague indicating animals, such as murine animals, dogs and cats were collected, and serum plague F1 antibody was detected by indirect hemagglutination assay. Meanwhile, a retrospective investigation was conducted on the occurrence of self dead rats, sick rats, and suspected cases in the local area from 2018 to 2022 through interviews with farmers. Results:A total of 168 murine animals belonging to 3 orders, 5 families, 10 genera, and 11 species were captured in three habitats in Longchuan County. Among them, the capture rate in residential areas was 5.00% (30/600), with Rattus tanezumi and Suncus murinus as dominant species, with a composition ratio of 50.00% (15/30). The capture rate in agricultural areas was 9.67% (122/1 262), with Rattus tanezumi and Suncus murinus as dominant species, with a composition ratio of 50.82% (62/122) and 44.26% (54/122), respectively. The capture rate in the forest-shrubbery areas was 6.25% (16/256), with Hylomys suillus and Eothenomys eleusis as dominant species, with a composition ratio of 37.50% (6/16) and 31.25% (5/16), respectively. Among the captured murine animals, 20 individuals carried 52 parasitic fleas, belonging to 2 species of 2 genera and 2 families. The total flea infection rate was 11.90% (20/168), and the total flea index was 0.31 (52/168). The dominant specie was Xenopsylla cheopis (90.38%, 47/52). The flea infection rate in residential areas was 33.33% (10/30), and the flea index was 1.23 (37/30). The flea infection rate in agricultural areas was 7.38% (9/122), and the flea index was 0.11 (14/122). The flea infection rate in the forest-shrubbery areas was 6.25% (1/16), and the flea index was 0.06 (1/16). The samples of murine animals and their parasitic fleas obtained were isolated and cultured by Yersinia pestis, and the results were negative. A total of 144 serum samples from murine animals, dogs and cats were separated, and no F1 antibody against pestis was detected. According to interviews and investigations, no abnormal situations such as a large number of self dead rats, sick rats, and suspected cases were found from 2018 to 2022. Conclusions:No plague epidemic has been found in the border port areas of Longchuan County recently. The main host of plague, Rattus tanezumi, and the main vector, Xenopsylla cheopis, remain the dominant species in this area.

Objective This study examines the factors influencing oral frailty in the elderly community,develops a risk prediction model,and validates its efficacy,so as to provide references for identifying and preventing oral weakness in the elderly.Methods 556 elderly individuals from 4 communities were selected by convenience sampling from June to August 2024 in Zigong City Sichuan Province.They were randomly divided into a training group(383 cases)and a validation group(165 cases).Data were collected by a general information questionnaire,Social Frailty Scale,Geriatric Depression Scale,and the Oral Frailty Index-8 screening tool.Logistic regression was used to determine the influencing factors,and R software was used to establish a nomogram model for predicting the risk of oral frailty.Bootstrap method and the validation group were used for internally validation of the model.Calibration curve was used to evaluate the prediction performance of the model.Results 548 valid questionnaires were collected.The final model variables included whether the age ≥80 years,wearing removable dentures,reduced frequency of going out,brushing teeth less than twice a day,frequent dry mouth,increased difficulty in eating hard foods,and choking.The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of the training group was 0.95(95％CI:0.93～0.97),and the best cutoff value was 0.687.The model achieved an accuracy of 87％,sensitivity of 91％,specificity of 85％,positive predictive value of 0.75,and negative predictive value of 0.95.The Hosmer-Lemeshow fitting test show that x2=3.036,P=0.932,indicating a good model fit.Conclusion The oral frailty prediction model demonstrated a good discrimination,calibration,and clinical utility,which can provide a scientific basis for the prevention and early screening of oral frailty in the elderly.

Objective: To explore the application effect of a guided self help intervention based on dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address non suicidal self injury (NSSI) behavior among college students, so as to provide a reference for reducing the occurrence of NSSI behavior in this population. Methods: A total of 106 college students with NSSI admitted to the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group, with 53 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine medication treatment and psychological intervention, while the observation group, on the basis of the interventions provided to the control group, implemented dialectical behavior therapy based guided self help. The approach combines group activities, individual counseling, and selfdirected learning, covering four core modules: mindfulness training, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation. Meanwhile, data collection, skill check ins, and personalized recommendation pushes were conducted through a WeChat. Both groups were intervented for 12 weeks. Before the intervention and after the intervention, the Adolescent Non suicidal Self injury Behavior Questionnaire, Ottawa Self injury Inventory (OSI), and Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (BIS) were used to evaluate the patients, and the levels of serum neurotransmitters were detected. The χ 2 test, t test, and Cochran s Q test were used for data comparison and analysis. Results: The incidence rates of NSSI in the observation group after 3, 6, and 12 weeks of intervention were 47.17%, 16.98%, and 5.66%, respectively, all lower than those in the control group (67.92%, 35.85%, 20.75%) ( χ 2=4.67, 4.85, 5.27,all P <0.05). After 12 weeks of intervention, in the NSSI Behavior Questionnaire, the total score of the observation group was (17.94±2.69) points, which was lower than that of the control group (23.04±5.11) points; in the Function Questionnaire, the total score of the observation group was (53.24±8.94) points, which was higher than that of the control group (47.74±8.00) points（both P ＜0.05）. In terms of the OSI, the total score of the observation group was (4.49±0.62) points, lower than that of the control group (6.25±0.81) points;in the BIS, the total score of the observation group was (80.76±7.94) points, lower than that of the control group (87.74±9.34) points，and the differences between groups were statistically significant(both P<0.05). After the intervention, the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine in the observation group was (67.93±5.42) ng/mL, higher than (44.72±5.54) ng/mL of the control group; the levels of substance P and cortisol in the observation group were (35.82±4.47) ng/L and (75.64±8.02) μg/L, respectively, both lower than (48.14±5.32) ng/L and (94.53±10.78) μg/L of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion The guided self help intervention based on DBT is helpful for reducing NSSI behavior among college students.

In this formula， Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex is processed according to the specifications for ginger-processed products， Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is processed according to the specifications for stir-fried products， and other herbs are used in their raw products. The botanical sources of the herbs are consistent with the 2020 edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. The above herbs are ground into a fine powder with a particle size passing through a No. 5 sieve. For each dose， take 8.26 g of the powdered formula， add 300 mL of water， along with 3 g of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens and 3 g of Jujubae Fructus， and decoct until reduced to 140 mL. The decoction should be administered hot， with three times daily. To induce sweating， the patient should be kept warm under a quilt， and an additional dose should be prepared and taken if needed. This formula is traditionally used to relieve the exterior and resolve dampness， regulate Qi and harmonize the middle， which is mainly used to treat a series of diseases of digestive and respiratory systems. However， potential adverse reactions， including allergies， purpura and disulfiram-like reactions， should be considered during clinical use. Huoxiang Zhengqisan features a rational composition， extensive clinical application， and strong potential for further research and development.
