The pathogenesis of the nephrotic syndrome is complex and the pathological types are diverse, so the minor symptoms in its early phases are difficult to detect. Renal biopsy is the gold indicator for the diagnosis of renal pathology and progression, but poor patient compliance shows, and the optimal treatment time is often delayed. Therefore, the discovery of biomarkers for early diagnosis and disease progression monitoring is of great clinical significance. In this study, doxorubicin-injured podocyte models were used to simulate human kidney disease at different stages of progression. LC-MS-based metabolomic technology combined with statistical methods was used to screen and identify the potential biomarkers associated with early injury or progression of podocytes. The results of cell viability, apoptosis tests and podocyte structural protein analysis showed that the model was successfully constructed, and the degree of podocyte injury was significantly different between the two modeling methods. According to VIP > 1 and

Objective: To investigate the occupational hazard factors and exposure levels of workers during the construction of power transmission and transformation projects. Methods: Analysis and identification of occupational hazard factors were carried out for typical construction process of 6 power transmission projects and 3 substation projects in September 2018. The on-site occupational health investigation was carried out to detect and analyze the exposure levels of workers to occupational hazard factors. Results: The time weighted average concentration (C(TWA)) of crushing workers exposed to silica dust and welders exposed to welding fume in substation projects were 2.72 and 14.03 mg/m(3), respectively. The 8 h equivalent sound level results of exposure noise of carpenters in power transmission projects and crushing workers, reinforcement workers, carpenters, scaffolders, road builders in substation projects were 87.9, 92.5, 87.1, 92.5, 93.0 and 90.2 dB (A) , respectively. The 4-hour time equal energy frequency weighted vibration acceleration of hand-transmitted vibration of bricklayer in power transmission projects, bricklayer, general worker 3, road builder 1 and road builder 2 of substation projects were 5.36, 5.21, 5.28, 10.71 and 5.22 m/s(2), respectively. The effective irradiance of electric welding arc light of welders' limbs in power transmission projects and substation projects were 401.19, 319.68 μW/cm(2), respectively. All of the above exceeded the requirements of occupational exposure limits. The occupational radiation levels and exposure limits of hazardous chemical factors met the requirements of each post. Conclusion: During the construction of power transmission and transformation projects, the exposure levels of occupational hazard factors in multiple posts exceed the standard. The main responsibility of employers for occupational disease prevention and control should be implemented, and targeted comprehensive measures should be taken to reduce the exposure levels of occupational hazard factors of workers.

China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2022;35(8):757-762
OBJECTIVE:
To develop a new classification of acromion based on the subacromial impingement theory and the Rockwood tilt view. And explore the application value of the new classification in the diagnosis and treatment of rotator cuff tear.
METHODS:
The clinical data of 101 patients underwent shoulder arthroscopic surgery for impingement syndrome or rotator cuff tear from January to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 34 males and 67 females, aged from 34 to 76 years with an average of (56.31±9.63) years old, course of disease from 2 to 12 months with average of 6 months. Preoperative radiographs of the routine anteroposterior view, Rockwood tilt view and the supraspinatus outlet view were obtained. Based on the subacromial impingement theory and Rockwood radiographs, the morphology of the acromion can be divided into three types:typeⅠ(flat type), typeⅡ(bump type), and type Ⅲ (impingement type). Two observers classified 101 shoulder Rockwood radiographs according to the new classification method and the supraspinatus Outlet radiographs according to the traditional acromial morphological classification method. Supraspinatus tendon injuries were classified into no tear, partial-thickness tear, and full-thickness tear according to the arthroscopic findings. Concordance test (Kappa value) between the inter-observer and intra-observer was carried out for the new classification method and the traditional classification method respectively. The rank sum test was used to compare the mean acromiohumeral distance(AHD) of the three acromion forms in the new acromion classification method. Spearman rank correlation test and Gamma method were used to analyze the correlation between the new acromion classification method and the degree of supraspinatus tendon tear.
RESULTS:
The inter-observer consistency analysis of the new classification system was significantly better than that of the traditional classification (0.827 vs 0.278), the intra-observer consistency analysis of the new classification system were also significantly better than that of the traditional classification (0.921 vs 0.448, 0.890 vs 0.539). There was no statistical significance in the AHD among three types of the new classification(H=2.186, P>0.05). In all 101 patients, the highest proportion of impingement type acromion was 45.5% (46 cases), followed by bump type acromion was 36.6% (37 cases), and flat type acromion was 17.8% (18 cases). The incidence of supraspinatus tendon tear in the patients with impingement type acromion was significantly higher than that of the other two types of acromion, there was a spearman rank correlation between the new acromion type and the degree of the supraspinatus tendon tear(rs=0.719, P<0.001).
CONCLUSION
Rockwood radiographs of the shoulder can well display the anterolateral osteophytes of the acromion. The new acromion classification method based on Rockwood radiographs has high reliability and good reproducibility, in which impingement type of acromion is closely related to supraspinatus tendon tear. Compared with the traditional classification and AHD, the new classification method has more diagnostic value than for rotator cuff injury.

Objective:To analyze the independent risk factors of ulcerative colitis (UC) with thromboembolism (TE), in order to diagnose UC with TE as early as possible and take corresponding preventive measures, so as to improve the prognosis and reduce the mortality of UC with TE.Methods:From January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2020, at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2020, at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2020, at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, during hospitalization 46 patients diagnosed with UC with TE were enrolled. According to the ratio of 1∶2, at same period 92 simple UC patients were selected as control. The condition of embolization of UC patients with TE was analyzed. The clinical data(hypertension history, length of hospital stay, etc.), the degree of disease activity, laboratory test indicators (prothrombin time (PT), D-dimer, fibrin degradation product(FDP), hemoglobin(Hb), mean platelet volume(MPV), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), etc.)of the patients of UC with TE and UC without comorbidities were compared. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors of UC with TE. Independent sample t test, Mann-Whitney U test, Chi-square test or Fisher′s exact probability method were used for statistical analysis. Results:Among the 46 cases of UC with TE, 14 cases (30.4%) had single site venous TE, mainly venous thrombosis of lower limbs; 20 cases (43.5%) had single site arterial TE, mainly myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction; 12 cases (26.1%) had multi-site TE. The proportion of patients with hypertension history and with severe active period of UC, and the levels of D-dimer, FDP, ESR and CRP in patients with UC with TE were all higher than those in patients without comorbidities(52.2%, 24/46 vs.33.7%, 31/92, 45.7%, 21/46 vs.19.6%, 18/92, (822.03±654.33) μg/L vs.(230.28±225.62) μg/L, 5.77 mg/L(6.87 mg/L) vs. 2.10 mg/L(1.55 mg/L), (46.32±28.27) mm/1 h vs.(33.08±24.30) mm/1 h, 22.05 mg/L(46.42 mg/L) vs. 5.58 mg/L(11.58 mg/L)); the hospital stay and PT were longer than those in patients without comorbidities ((12.76±10.18) d vs.(8.66±4.89) d, (14.13±6.06) s vs.(11.86±1.42) s); the Hb and MPV were lower than those in patients without comorbidities ((110.91±31.38) g/L vs.(123.83±27.67) g/L, (9.60±0.94) fL vs.(10.04±1.16) fL; and the differences were statistically significant( χ2=4.37 and 10.29, t=-5.96, Z=-5.78, t=-2.85, Z=-3.87, t=-2.58, -2.50, 2.47 and 2.47; all P<0.05). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that severe activity period of UC ( OR=3.079, 95% confidence interval (95% CI) 1.100 to 8.615), hypertension history ( OR=4.454, 95% CI 1.467 to 13.519), and D-dimer level( OR=1.003, 95% CI 1.001 to 1.005) were all independent risk factors of UC with TE(all P<0.05). Conclusions:Lower extremity venous, myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction are common in UC with TE. Severe activity period of UC, history of hypertension and D-dimer level are independent risk factors of UC with TE. These above factors should be paid attention to and corresponding prevention should be taken.

Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2019;51(3):579-585
OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate and to compare dimensional alterations of hard and soft tissues in molar extraction sites with irregular deficiency of bone plates due to advanced periodontitis receiving two different procedures, namely the flapped and flapless techniques with Bio-Gide membrane covering the Bio-Oss material for ridge preservation.
METHODS:
Twenty-three patients with 24 infected-molar extraction sites received ridge preservation procedure, the first consecutive 12 sites belonged to the flap group (a full thickness mucoperiosteal flap and primary soft tissue closure) and the following 12 sites belonged to the flapless group (minimal flap with a collagen sponge and a secondary soft tissue closure). Width of keratinized tissue was evaluated before tooth extraction and after 6-month healing. Parallel periapical radiographs were taken immediately and 6 months after extraction to evaluate vertical bone changes. The width of the ridge was measured in the center of the ridge at the time of tooth extraction and after 6 months at implant placement.
RESULTS:
After 6 months, width of keratinized tissue decreased (1.6±1.5) mm in the flap group (P=0.004) when compared with (0.3±1.6) mm in the flapless group (P>0.05). Both groups showed increases in ridge height from the central aspect, (5.53±4.20) mm for flap group and (7.70±4.35) mm for flapless group. These differences between the groups were not statistically significant (P=0.226). The ridge widths were (9.5±2.2) mm for flap group and (9.3±1.0) mm for flapless group at the time of implant insertion, and no statistical significance was observed between the flap and flapless groups.
CONCLUSION
The study points out that both ridge preservation techniques were effective in increasing ridge height and minimizing ridge resorption after tooth extraction, and the ridge width allowed the placement of implants 6 months after ridge preservation. The flapless technique gave positive outcome in terms of the keratinized gingival width than that of the flap technique.
