Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the concentration of inositol nicotinate（IN） in rat skin, and study the pharmacokinetic characteristics of IN after transdermal administration of heparin sodium inositol nicotinate cream in rats. Methods HPLC method was used to establish a simple and rapid analytical method for the determination of IN concentration in the skin of rats at different time points after administration. The established method was used to study the pharmacokinetics of IN after transdermal administration of heparin sodium inositol nicotinate cream in rats, and the pharmacokinetic parameters were fitted with DAS software. Results The linearity of the analytical method was good in the concentration range of 0.25-20 μg/ml, the quantitative limit was 0.25 μg/ml, and the average recovery rate was 96.18%. The pharmacokinetic parameters of IN after transdermal administration of heparin sodium inositol nicotinate cream in rats were as follows: t_1/2 was （4.555±2.054） h, T_max was （6±0）h, C_max was （16.929±2.153）mg/L, AUC_0−t was （150.665±16.568） mg·h /L ,AUC_0−∞ was （161.074±23.917） mg·h /L, MRT_（0−t） was （9.044±0.618）h, MRT_{（0−∞）} was （10.444±1.91） h, CLz/F was （0.19±0.03） L/（h·kg）, and Vz/F was （1.19±0.437） L/（h·kg）. Conclusion IN could quickly penetrate the skin and accumulate in the skin for a long time, which was beneficial to the pharmacological action of drugs on the lesion site for a long time. The method is simple, rapid, specific and reproducible, which could be successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic study of IN after transdermal administration in rats.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of healthy side tilt training on balance function in patients with Pusher syndrome (PS) after stroke. MethodsFrom February, 2021 to November, 2023, 40 patients with PS after stroke in People's Hospital of Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture were selected. They were divided into control group (n = 20) and experimental group (n = 20) in accordance with the order of the patients' admission. The control group received comprehensive training for paralyzed limbs combined with sitting balance training, and the experimental group received comprehensive training for paralyzed limbs combined with healthy side tilt training, for three weeks. They were assessed with Burke Lateropulsion Scale (BLS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Balance (FMA-B) and modified Barthel Index (MBI) before and after treatment. ResultsAfter treatment, BLS score significantly decreased in both groups (t > 12.603, P < 0.001), and was lower in the experimental group than in the control group (t = -2.559, P < 0.05). The scores of FMA-B and MBI were significantly increased in both groups (|Z| > 3.941, |t| > 12.082, P < 0.001), and FMA-B score was higher in experimental group than in the control group (Z = -2.538, P < 0.05). ConclusionComprehensive training for paralyzed limbs combined with healthy side tilt training can effectively improve the balance function and postural control of patients with PS after stroke, and improve the activities of daily living.

Abstract: To study the protective effect of asiaticoside(AS) on Isoproterenol Hydrochloride(ISO)-induced myocardial injury in mice. Methods: Sixty male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into blank control(CON) group, model group [ISO,ISO 10/(kg·d)], Low dose group [ISO+AS-L,ISO 10 mg/(kg·d)+AS 5 mg/(kg·d)], Medium dose group [ISO+AS-M, ISO 10 mg/(kg·d)+AS 10 mg/(kg·d)], High dose group [ISO+AS-H, ISO 10 mg/(kg·d)+AS 20 mg/(kg·d)]. Heart mass ratio was counted; changes were observed in electrocardiogram; Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the levels of interleukin(IL)-1β and cardiac troponin T(cTn-T) in serum; Masson staining was used to observe the fibrosis of mouse myocardial tissue; Western blot was used to detect the ratio of Bax and Bcl-2 protein expression levels(Bax/Bcl-2) and the expression levels of Caspase-3 and NLRP3 proteins in myocardial tissue; real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR) was used to detect the mRNA expression levels ofANP,BNP,β-MHC,TNF-α, IL-6, Type Ⅰ collagen(COLⅠ), and Type Ⅲ collagen(COLⅢ). Results: Compared with the CON group, the ISO group had an elevated heart-to-mass ratio(P<0.01), a lower heart rate(P<0.05), a prolonged QT interval(P<0.05), elevated expression of myocardial injury markers cTn-T,ANP,BNP, andβ-MHC(P<0.01); increased expression of IL-1β in the serum(P<0.01), increased expression ofTNF-αin the cardiac tissue and increasedIL-6expression(P<0.001), and NLRP3 protein expression was elevated(P<0.05); myocardium showed a large number of collagen fibers bluish staining(P<0.001),COLⅠ,COLⅢmRNA expression levels increased(P<0.001), and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio(P<0.001) and Caspase-3 expression were significantly elevated(P<0.05). Compared with ISO group, heart-to-mass ratio of mice in ISO+AS-L and ISO+AS-M groups decreased(P<0.05), heart rate increased, QT interval was shortened, cTn-T, ANP, BNP and β-MHC decreased(P<0.001), myocardial collagen fiber blue-staining decreased(P<0.01). The mRNA expression levels ofCOLⅠandCOLⅢdecreased(P<0.05). The expression levels of IL-1β and TNF-α decreased(P<0.01). NLRP3, Caspase-3 protein expression and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio decreased(P<0.05). The expression level ofIL-6in ISO+AS-M group decreased(P<0.01). The expression levels ofANP,BNP, andTNF-αmRNA expression were reduced in the ISO+AS-H group(P<0.001); the degree of myocardial fibrosis was improved(P<0.05), and the expression levels ofCOLⅠandCOLⅢmRNA were reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion AS has a protective effect against ISO-induced myocardial injury in mice by ameliorating cardiac fibrosis, inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis and attenuating myocardial tissue inflammatory response.

Objective To investigate the effect of pneumoperitoneum pressure during robotic-assisted kidney transplantation (RAKT) on the function of the transplant kidney. Methods The data of 243 kidney transplant recipients were retrospectively analyzed and divided into open kidney transplantation (OKT) group (n=105) and RAKT group (n=138). The RAKT group was further divided into 13 mmHg group (n=67) and 7 mmHg group (n=71) based on pneumoperitoneum pressure. The donor information, recipient's preoperative general data, intraoperative data, and postoperative recovery of the three groups were compared. In the RAKT group, the renal artery, segmental artery, interlobar artery, and venous flow velocity of the transplant kidney were measured using laparoscopic ultrasound. Results There was a statistically significant difference in donor types among the groups (P<0.05), while other donor information and recipient's preoperative general data showed no statistically significant differences (all P>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in serum creatinine and complications at 30 days and 1 year postoperatively among the groups (all P>0.05). The OKT group and 7 mmHg group had more intraoperative urine output than the 13 mmHg group. Both RAKT groups had less intraoperative blood loss and shorter hospital stays than the OKT group, and longer operation times than the OKT group (all P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and hospital stay between the two RAKT groups (all P>0.05). The vascular flow velocity of the transplant kidney decreased at 13 mmHg compared to 7 mmHg pneumoperitoneum pressure, but the differences were not statistically significant (all P>0.05). Conclusions Controllable pneumoperitoneum pressure has a limited impact on the vascular flow velocity of the transplanted kidney. RAKT is a safe and effective surgical method under appropriate pneumoperitoneum pressure, and choosing a lower pneumoperitoneum pressure is more conducive to the early recovery of renal function postoperatively.

Five compounds were isolated and purified from the water extract of Elaeagnus oxycarpa Schlechtend leaf by multi-dimensional reversed-phase preparative liquid chromatographic system based on the separation and enrichment model. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis such as NMR, MS, UV, IR and by comparison with literature information as 2,4(1H,3H)-pyrimidinedione (1), elaeagnussugarester B (2), elaeagnussugarester A (3), elaeagnussugarester C (4), gallic acid (5). Compounds 2-4 are new compounds, compound 1 was isolated from Elaeagnus oxycarpa Schlechtend for the first time. The antioxidant and anti-tyrosinase activities of these compounds were evaluated by using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical method, the 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) free radical method, the potassium ferricyanide reduction method and the colorimetric method with L-tyrosine as substrate. The results showed that compounds 2-5 have good antioxidant activities and inhibitory effect on tyrosinase. Compound 4 exhibited the most strong antioxidant activities, with IC₅₀ = 3.59 ± 0.06 μmol·L^-1 for DPPH free radical scavenging ability, IC₅₀ = 10.04 ± 0.20 μmol·L^-1 for ABTS free radical scavenging ability, and total reduction capacity of compound 4 was better than vitamin C respectively. Compound 3 possessed better inhibitory effect on tyrosinase with IC₅₀ = 0.25 ± 0.06 mmol·L^-1.

Methods: This retrospective study included 70%–99% symptomatic ICAS patients hospitalized from January 2016 to December 2022. Patients were classified into four groups based on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C): residual cholesterol inflammatory risk (RCIR, hs-CRP ≥3 mg/L and LDL-C ≥2.6 mmol/L), RIR (hs-CRP ≥3 mg/L and LDL-C <2.6 mmol/L), residual cholesterol risk (RCR, hs-CRP <3 mg/L and LDL-C ≥2.6 mmol/L), and no residual risk (NRR, hs-CRP <3 mg/L and LDL-C <2.6 mmol/L). Vulnerable plaque features on HRMRI included positive remodeling, diffuse distribution, intraplaque hemorrhage, and strong enhancement. Results: Among 336 included patients, 21, 60, 58, and 197 were assigned to the RCIR, RIR, RCR, and NRR groups, respectively. Patients with RCIR (adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 3.606; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.346–9.662; P=0.011) and RIR (aOR, 3.361; 95% CI, 1.774–6.368, P<0.001) had higher risks of strong enhancement than those with NRR. Additionally, patients with RCIR (aOR, 2.965; 95% CI, 1.060–8.297; P=0.038) were more likely to have intraplaque hemorrhage compared with those with NRR. In the sensitivity analysis, RCR (aOR, 2.595; 95% CI, 1.201–5.608; P=0.015) exhibited an additional correlation with an increased risk of intraplaque hemorrhage. Conclusion In patients with symptomatic ICAS, RIR is associated with a higher risk of intraplaque hemorrhage and strong enhancement, indicating an increased vulnerability to atherosclerotic plaques.

[Objective] To investigate the non-pathological influencing factors of the unqualified alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in the initial screening of blood donors in Changchun and the laboratory re-examination, so as to provide evidence for reducing the deferral of blood donors and the discarding of blood due to ALT disqualification. [Methods] The unqualified results of ALT from the laboratory of our center from September 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024 were collected. The unqualified rates of ALT were statistically analyzed according to the blood collection sites and the initial screening detection equipment. The samples after ALT pre-donation screening were tested in the laborator, and the unqualified rates of ALT in the initial screening and the laboratory, the non-conformity rate of the results and the distribution range of ALT values were statistically analyzed according to the blood collection sites and the initial screening detection equipment. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the blood donors before blood collection to statistically analyze the influence of the blood donors' living habits and diet on ALT test results. [Results] The statistical analysis of the unqualified rate of ALT in the laboratory showed statistically significant differences in the ALT disqualification rates among different blood collection sites and different initial screening detection devices (P<0.05). Comparison of the ALT unqualified rate for the same type of equipment at different sites showed that for Equipment 1, there were differences between the combined blood collection house and the whole blood house, and between the combined blood collection house and the blood donation vehicle (P<0.05); for Equipment 2, there were differences between the combined blood collection house and the blood donation vehicle, and between the whole blood house and the blood donation vehicle (P<0.05); there were no significant differences among other groups with the same equipment. The initial screening and the laboratory test results for the same samples were compared, with unqualified rates of ALT of 16.29% and 13.01%, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the unqualified rates of ALT among different blood collection sites (P<0.05), but no significant differences in the ALT test results among different detection equipment (P>0.05).. The non-conformity rate between the initial screening and the laboratory results was 5.26%, of which 81.15% (99/122) were unqualified in the initial screening but qualified in the laboratory. There were statistically significant differences in those unqualified in the initial screening but qualified in the laboratory among different blood collection sites and different detection equipment (P<0.05). The median ALT level in the initial screening was 29.0 U/L (with a 5%-95% range of 14-75 U/L), and the median ALT level in the laboratory was 19 U/L (with a 5%-95% range of 8-65 U/L). The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 33.3% (2/6) of those who consumed alcohol within 24 hours before blood donation had unqualified ALT, and 10% (1/10) of those who stayed up late the night before blood donation had unqualified ALT. [Conclusion] The unqualified rates of ALT in the initial screening before blood collection and the laboratory re-examination of blood donors in Changchun are closely related to the blood collection sites, detection equipment, detection environment, detection personnel, samples, ALT thresholds and detection time. Drinking alcohol and staying up late within 24 hours before blood donation increase the risk of unqualified ALT detection.

With the rapid development of interventional radiology technology, the occupational health risk of interventional radiation workers has attracted increasing attention. This paper reviews recent studies on hematological changes, DNA damage and molecular-level changes, cancer, eye lens, and other health impairments among interventional radiation workers. The aim is to provide an overview of the current research progress as well as a scientific basis for the implementation of targeted protective measures to improve the occupational health level of interventional radiology workers.
