OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the dissolution curves similarity of generic and original preparation of Losartan potassium tablets,and to provide reference for improving quality evaluation of the preparation.METHODS:Using hydrochloric acid solution (pH 3.0),phosphate buffer solution(pH 4.5),phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.8) and water as medium,paddle method was adopted for dissolution test with dissolution medium volume of 900 mL and rotation speed of 50 r/min.UV-visible spectrophotometry was adopted to determine accumulative dissolution of generic and original preparation of Losartan potassium tablets with the detection wavelength of 256 um.The similarity of dissolution curves were evaluated by calculating similarity factor(f2).RESULTS:The linear range of losartan potassium was 12.11-35.96 μg/mL (r≥0.999 7).RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 5.0％.The recoveries of 4 dissolution media were 98.66％-100.84％ (RSD=0.77％,n=9),98.91％-100.59％ (RSD=0.49％,n=9),98.33％-101.39％ (RSD=0.85％,n=9),99.46％-101.32％ (RSD=0.55％,n=9).In 4 dissolution media,f2 of the dissolution curves of 3 batches of generic and original preparation of Losartan potassium tablets were all higher than 70.CONCLUSIONS:The dissolution curves of self-made and original preparation of Losartan potassium tablets show good similarity.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin,cinnamaldehyde,psoralen and isopsoralen in Yaotong capsules.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Agilent-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelengths were set at 240 nm (paeoniflorin,psoralen,isopsoralen) and 290 nm (cinnamaldehyde).The column temperature was 35 ℃,and sample size was 10 μL.RESULTS:The linear ranges of paeoniflorin,cinnamaldehyde,psoralen and isopsoralen were 0.004 02-0.100 6 mg/mL(r=0.999 8),0.024 50-0.612 7 mg/mL(r=0.999 8),0.005 24-0.131 0 mg/mL(r=0.999 9),0.005 11-0.127 8 mg/mL(r=0.999 9),respectively.LOQ were 37.17,1.47,21.76,25.57 ng,respectively;LOD were 11.15,0.44,6.53,7.67 ng,respectively.RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.0％.The recoveries were 99.02％-100.83％ (RSD=0.68％,n=6),98.58％-100.99％ (RSD=0.83％,n=6),99.78％-101.69％ (RSD=0.89％,n=6),100.06％-102.46％ (RSD=0.92％,n=6),respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin,cinnamaldehyde,psoralen and isopsoralen in Yaotong capsules.

Objective: To explore the status of seroepidemiology on hepatitis A, B and C among students and residents aged equal or greater than 18 years in south Xinjiang, and to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of viral hepatitis. Methods: Uyghur students in four towns and villages were selected by cluster random sampling from Feb to May, 2015, and Uyghur residents aged 18 to 69 years were selected by stratified cluster sampling from May to September, 2016. 4 507 middle and primary Uygur students and 4 833 Uyghur resides equal or greater than 18 years attended this survey. Self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the demographic information. And Elisa test was adopted to detect HAV-IgG, HBsAg, HBsAb and HCV-IgG. Chi-square test was used to calculate the difference on antibody positive rate of three types of hepatitis among the participants. Results: The overall HAV-IgG positive rate was 99.45% (9 289/9 340). The positive rates were 99.70% (4 006/4 018) in male and 99.27% (5 283/5 322) in female (χ²=7.95, P=0.005). The HAV-IgG positive rate among people aged 10 to 14 years was the highest (99.91%, 2 233/2 235), and the difference between the age specific HAV-IgG positive rates was statistical significant (χ²=38.21, P<0.001). The overall HBsAg positive rate was 4.11% (384 cases), with 4.55% (183 cases) for male and 3.78% (201 cases) for female. The HBsAg positive rate among participants 19 to 24 years old was the highest (9.46%, 21/222) and the differences between the age specific HBsAg was statistically significant (χ²=116.22, P<0.001). The HBsAb positive rate was 35.03% (3 272 cases), with 35.59% (1 430 cases) for male and 34.61% (1 842 cases) for female, and the HBsAb positive rate among participants aged 15 to 18 years was the highest, which was 69.12% (696/1 007). The differences between the age specific HBsAb rates appeared statistically significant (χ²=671.80, P<0.001). The overall HCV-IgG positive rate was 0.65%(61 cases). The HCV-IgG positive rate in female was 0.86% (46 cases) and 0.37% (15 cases) in male (χ²=8.51, P=0.004).The HCV-IgG positive rate among participants aged over 70 years was the highest (3.78%,9/238) , and the difference between the age specific HCV-IgG positive rates had statistic significance (χ²=70.30, P<0.001). The HAV-IgG positive rate in hepatitis A vaccinees (100%, 876/876) was higher than that among the non-vaccinees (99.40%, 8 413/8 464) (χ²=4.26, P=0.039). The HBsAb positive rate in hepatitis B vaccinees was 39.32% (1 816/4 619) which was higher than that among the non-vaccinees (30.84%, 1 456/4 721) (χ²=73.68, P<0.001). Conclusion The positive rate of overall HAV-IgG was high, male and participants aged between 10 to 14 had higher probability to be infected. But the infection rates of hepatitis B and C were low, with the low vaccination rate and the poor protective effectiveness of hepatitis B.

Objective To investigate the effects of pregabalin coupled with acupuncture and rehabilitation training on lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Methods Following diagnosis and confirmation by CT or MRI,60 patients with LDH were randomly divided into 3 groups:group A,the pregabalin plus acupuncture and rehabilitation training group;group B,the meloxicam plus acupuncture and rehabilitation training group;and group C,the routine rehabilitation training group or the control group.Scores of VAS and ODI were evaluated,and lumbocrural pain and numbness in the patients of the 3 groups were closely observed before and after treatment.Results Before intervention,there were no statistical differences in ODI,pain and numbness indexes,when comparisons were made between the patients of the 3 groups (P ＜ 0.05).Medical follow-ups 14 days and 1 month after intervention indicated that symptoms of the patients were all improved,and ODI as well as pain and numbness indexes of Group A were more significantly improved,when compared with those of the other 2 groups.Statistical significance could be seen,when comparisons were made between the 3 groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Pregabalin coupled with acupuncture and rehabilitation training could produce better therapeutic effects on lumbar disc herniation.For this reason,it was worth further clinical extension.

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P-selectin in colorectal cancer cells. Methods The protein expression of P-selectin was detected by immunohistochemistry in colorectal cancer tissues ( n=116) and corresponding non-tumor normal mucosa(n=57). The differences of P-selectin expression in colorectal cancer tissues, corre?sponding non-tumor normal mucosa and the clinical pathological significance were compared and analysed in two groups. Results The expression of P-selectin protein was found not only in vascular endothelial cells but also in colorectal cancer cells. The positive rate of P-selectin expression was apparently higher in colorectal cancer cells (77.6%, 90/116) than that in normal mucosa (17.5%, 10/57,χ2=56.49, P<0.05). However, there were no significance in positive rates of P-selectin in colorectal cancer cells between tumors with different diameters, different degrees of differentiation, different depths of infiltration and with or without lymph node metastasis (80.6%vs. 74.1%, 79.0%vs. 74.3%, 78.4%vs. 76.9%, 82.7%vs. 73.4%, P>0.05). Conclusion The high expression of P-seletin in colorectal cancer cells is an important characteristic of colorectal cancer.

A method of direct injection and liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS / MS) was developed for simultaneous determination of 5 aniline compounds including aniline, 3-nitroaniline, 4-nitroaniline, 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline and hexanitrodiphenylamine in drinking water and source water. The samples were filtered using a 0. 22-μm polyethersulfone membrane prior to HPLC analysis. Five target compounds were chromatographically separated on an HSS T3 column with gradient elution. Chromatographic data were acquired by tandem mass spectrometric detection in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, and thus favorable resolutions of all target compounds were achieved within 4 min. Under the optimal analytical conditions, the peak area of each analyte and its concentration had a good correlation within the linear range (R≥0. 995). The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) of the method were 0. 773-1. 88 μg / L (S / N=3) and 2. 58-6. 27 μg / L (S / N=10), respectively. The intra- and inter-day relative standard deviations ( RSDs) of the mix standard solution were 0. 8% -1. 9% and 3. 3% -4. 9% , respectively. The spiked recoveries of the analytes were 84. 1% -105% and the RSDs of the spiked samples were 1. 0% -3. 1% . This proposed method was applied in the analysis of 35 samples from drinking water, source water and surface water, which indicated that the novel LC-MS / MS method could detect 5 aniline compounds in water without any complicated sample pretreatment in an accurate, sensitive and rapid way, and it also could provide technique support for evaluation of the contamination caused by aniline compounds.

Objective:To study the expression of MMP-9 in nasal NK/T cell lymphoma, HIF-1a and its relationship with the clinical and pathologic characteristics. Methods:46 cases ( case group) of paraffin block specimens from patients with pathologically confirmed nasal NK/T cell lymphoma were collected from the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College For Nationalities,the same period endoscopy turbinate mucosa were confirmed by pathology in 20 cases of chronic inflammation of mucosa specimens ( control group) , respectively HE staining and immunohistochemistry handle two specimens, observation of the expression differences of two groups of specimens of pathological morphology, MMP-9 and HIF-1a, and to analyze its relationship with the clinical and pathological features of the patients. Results: Case group HIF-1a expression rate 67. 39% (31/46), expression was 6. 52% (3/20) in control group. , the HIF-1a case group were significantly higher than control group (P<0. 05). Case group MMP-9 expression rate 71. 74%(33/46), in the control group expression was 6. 52% (3/20), MMP-9 expression in the case group was significantly higher than control group (P<0. 05). HIF-1a and MMP-9 in positive expression in Ann Arbor staging (Ⅲ-Ⅳ), lymph node metastasis, vascular invasion in patients with nasal NK/T cell lymphoma tissue appeared a high expression ( P< 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Nasal NK/T cell lymphoma tissue of patients with HIF-1a, MMP-9 presented high expression, and there was a certain relationship between Arbor Ann stage (Ⅲ-Ⅳ) , lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion.

Objective To study the clinical effect of madopar associated with mental imagery on the recovery of the pa-tients with lower limb dysfunction following cerebral infarction.Methods According to diagnostic standards of cerebral infarction and verified with CT and MRI, 80 patients with lower limb dysfunction and primary seizure were randomly divided into 4 groups:the madopar +mental imagery +routine rehabilitation group or Group A, the madopar +routine rehabilitation group or Group B, the mental imagery +routine rehabilitation group or Group C, and routine rehabilitation group or Group D.Both before and af-ter treatment, Fugl-Meyer scores, FAC scores and Berg scores were evaluated respectively.Results Before intervention, no sta-tistical differences could be seen in the basic clinical data, when comparisons were made between the 4 groups(P>0.05).Statis-tical differences could neither be seen in the Fugl-Meyer, Berg and FAC scores in the 4 groups before intervention(P>0.05). However, improvement was shown after intervention(P>0.05).As compared with those of the other 3 groups, Fugl-Meyer, Berg and FAC scores of group A after intervention were significantly improved, and statistical significance could be noted, when comparison were made between them(P<0.05, P=0.0137).It was chiefly manifested that Fugl-Meyer, Berg and FAC scores were significantly improved.Conclusion Madopar associated with mental imagery could obviously promote the functional disorder of the lower limbs following cerebral infarction.

With the increasing incidence and mortality of coronary heart disease (CHD) in China, the prevention and treatment of CHD is no time to delay. Since Professor Gruentzig completed the first human case of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) in 1977, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) had reached to a new page. After three decades of development and change, PCI has been improved and matured gradually from the early PTCA to the current stent era. With the advent of stents, the rate of restenosis after PCI was significantly reduced from 30%-50% to 10%-20%. But stent restenosis was still with no total cure. The issue of how to prevent the stent restenosis has become a long-term major issue for the exploration in both clinical and preclinical medicine. Therefore, this paper reviewed the etiology, pathology, related risk factors, latest diagnosis methods, prevention and treatment of stent restenosis by integrative medicine.

This study was aimed to observe the safety and effectiveness ofShugan Jieyu Capsules in the treatment of vasovagal syncope (VVS) with mild-to-moderate depression and anxiety, and to compare the effect with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets. A total of 89 VVS cases with mild-to-moderate depression and anxiety were randomly divided into 3 groups, which were group A (Shugan Jieyu Capsules group), group B (Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets) and group C (control group). Based on the conventional therapy of VVS treatment, treatments were given to all three groups for 8 weeks. And the negative conversion ratio of VVS in each group was observed. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD 24 items) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were evaluated for the calculation of reductive rate. Treatment emergent symptoms scale (TESS) was used in the evaluation of adverse reactions of both medications during the treatment. In the 12-month follow-up after treatment, the recurrence rate of syncope was observed in each group. The results showed that compared with pretreatment, HAMD-24 and HAMA scores of group A and group B after treatment were significantly reduced (P < 0.05). Compared with group C, the heat-up tilt testing-negative rate, HAMD-24 and HAMA reductive rate of group A and group B after treatment were significantly increased (P < 0.05). Compared with group B, the negative rate, HAMD-24 and HAMA reductive rate of group A were more significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, scores for TESS of group A was significantly lower than group B (P< 0.05). In the 24-month follow-up, the recurrence rate of syncope of group A and group B was significantly lower than group C (P < 0.05); and group A was obviously better than group B (P < 0.05). It was concluded thatShugan Jieyu Capsules can be used in the treatment of VVS with mild-to-moderate depression and anxiety. Its effectiveness and safety may be better than Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets.
