Advanced atherosclerosis is the major global cause of death, as featured by the aggregation of apoptotic cells (ACs) in necrotic cores. The defective efferocytosis and dysfunctional cholesterol efflux of macrophages are the main reasons for forming necrotic cores in advanced atherosclerosis. In this study, we constructed self-assembled procyanidins (PC) NPs for loading pitavastatin (Pita). The designed HA@PC@Pita NPs with hyaluronic acid (HA) modification combined the advantages of efferocytosis restoration of Pita and cholesterol efflux enhancement of PC. In vitro assay indicated that HA@PC@Pita NPs could induce M1/M2 repolarization and upregulate ERK5/Mertk expression to restore efferocytosis of macrophages. Simultaneously, HA@PC@Pita NPs notably promoted cholesterol efflux by promoting macrophage lipophagy, a selective autophagy of lipid droplets. In vivo study showed that HA@PC@Pita NPs cleared necrotic core and enhanced plaque stability in the ApoE -/- mice model with advanced atherosclerosis. Taken together, this study demonstrated the potential of HA@PC@Pita NPs for the treatment of advanced atherosclerosis.

Objective:To explore the latent classes of recurrence fear in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and analyze their influencing factors. Methods:From July 2021 to December 2023, convenience sampling was used to select nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients admitted to the Eye and ENT Hospital of Fudan University as research subjects. The survey was conducted using the General Information Questionnaire, Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form, Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire, and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire. Mplus 8.3 software was used for latent profile analysis. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the different classes of recurrence fear in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. Results:A total of 208 questionnaires were distributed, and 208 valid questionnaires were collected, with a valid response rate of 100.00%. The recurrence fear score of 208 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients was (34.01±8.32). The fear of recurrence in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients included three latent classes: low fear (19.71%, 41/208), moderate fear (66.83%, 139/208), and high fear (13.46%, 28/208). There were statistically significant differences in gender, working condition, individual monthly income, tumor clinical stage, illness perception, and medical coping modes among nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with different recurrence fear classes ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients generally have a fear of recurrence. Medical and nursing staff should focus on patients who are female, retired or unemployed, have low personal economic income, have high tumor stages, have severe negative illness perception, and have negative coping modes, and take effective intervention measures as soon as possible.

Background:
Feline panleukopenia virus (FPV) is a widespread and highly infectious pathogen in cats with a high mortality rate. Although Yanji has a developed cat breeding industry, the variation of FPV locally is still unclear.
Objectives:
This study aimed to isolate and investigate the epidemiology of FPV in Yanji between 2021 and 2022.
Methods:
A strain of FPV was isolated from F81 cells. Cats suspected of FPV infection (n = 80) between 2021 and 2022 from Yanji were enrolled in this study. The capsid protein 2 (VP2) of FPV was amplified. It was cloned into the pMD-19T vector and transformed into a competent Escherichia coli strain. The positive colonies were analyzed via VP2 Sanger sequencing. A phylogenetic analysis based on a VP2 coding sequence was performed to identify the genetic relationships between the strains.
Results:
An FPV strain named YBYJ-1 was successfully isolated. The virus diameter was approximately 20–24 nm, 50% tissue culture infectious dose = 1 × 10 −4.94 /mL, which caused cytopathic effect in F81 cells. The epidemiological survey from 2021 to 2022 showed that 27 of the 80 samples were FPV-positive. Additionally, three strains positive for CPV-2c were unexpectedly found. Phylogenetic analysis showed that most of the 27 FPV strains belonged to the same group, and no mutations were found in the critical amino acids.
Conclusions
A local FPV strain named YBYJ-1 was successfully isolated. There was no critical mutation in FPV in Yanji, but some cases with CPV-2c infected cats were identified.

Objective To analysis clinical effect of Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with granulocyte colony stimulating factor on cancer related fatigue syndrome. Methods II-VI primary cancer 60 patients from January 2011 to December 2013 were admitted to department of internal medicine, Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University, and randomly divided into two groups.Control goup(n=30)were treated with granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF).Experimental group(n=30)were treated with Diyu Shengbai tablets and G-CSF.Results After chemotherapy, ratio of patients in the experimental group appeared fatigue syndrome and changes in leukocyte was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with G-CSF have better clinical efficacy for leukopenia caused by tumor chemotherapy, the symptom of fatigue also can improve significantly.
