ObjectiveTo investigate the trend and influencing factors of newly reported human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positivity rate among men who had sex with men (MSM) in Shanghai from 2021 to 2024, and to provide evidence for formulating scientific prevention and control measures of AIDS. MethodsMultiple rounds of cross-sectional questionnaire surveys were conducted among MSM by Shanghai Qing’ai Health Promotion Center. Pearson and Cochran-Armitage trend χ2 tests were used to analyze the differences and changes in population characteristics and newly reported HIV positivity rates. A logistic regression model was applied for multivariate analyses of factors associated with newly reported HIV positivity. ResultsA total of 1 653 MSM who had not been previously diagnosed with HIV infection were surveyed. The newly reported HIV positivity rates in 2021, 2023, and 2024 were 7.87%, 3.91%, and 3.06%, respectively, showing a decreasing trend (χ2trend=13.460, Ptrend<0.001). Multivariate analyses revealed that MSM aged 18‒<25 years, residing locally for <1 year, identifying as bisexual, lacking HIV knowledge, and having ≥10 same-sex partners in the past 6 months exhibited higher newly reported HIV positivity rates. Conversely, MSM knowledgeable about HIV prevention, residing locally for 1‒5 years, and engaging in oral sex with male partners in the past 6 months demonstrated lower HIV positivity rates. Annual analyses revealed that MSM with HIV knowledge had lower newly reported HIV positivity rates in 2023 and 2024 (aOR=0.300, 95%CI: 0.811‒0.111; aOR=0.202, 95%CI: 0.085‒0.483). ConclusionThe newly reported HIV positivity rate among MSM in Shanghai from 2021 to 2024 showed a decline. Future interventions should focus on young and mobile MSM, strengthen HIV knowledge education through platforms such as the internet, promote safe sexual behaviors and regular testing, and further expand the coverage of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) to control HIV transmission within this population.

Journal of Public Health and Preventive Medicine 2021;32(6):40-44
Objective To identify occupational hazard factors and determine the critical control points in a cigarette factory, to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of prevention and control measures, and to put forward suggestions. Methods The occupational health survey combined with field detection was used to identify and analyze the occupational hazards in the workplace of a cigarette factory in Shandong Province. Results The occupational hazard factors in the cigarette factory were tobacco dust, other dusts, phosphine, methane, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, high temperature, power frequency electric field and noise. Except noise, other occupational hazard factors were within occupational exposure limits. The detection results of noise were 76.7~88.9 dB(A),and the over standard rate was 24%. Conclusion The protective facilities and measures to control the level of dust and chemical poisons in the cigarette factory are feasible and effective. As the key control points of noise, it is necessary to further improve and optimize the anti-noise facilities and measures according to the key control points of occupational hazard factors to strengthen personal protection and prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.

Objective:To investigate the expression of microRNA(miR)-206 in the peripheral serum of hemangioma children and its correlation with curative effect of propranolol treatment. Methods:The expression of miR-206 in serum of 45 hemangiomas children treated with propranolol treatment was detected. The children were divided into the high expression group( n=19) and the low expression group( n=26) according to the mean value of miR-206, and the clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared; The children were divided into the good efficacy group( n=29) and general efficacy group( n=16) according to the efficacy after 6 months of treatment.Logistic regression was used to analyze whether miR-206 was an influencing factor of efficacy, and ROC curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of miR-206. Results:The proportion of children <6 months, in hyperplasia stage and with tumor area ≥10 cm 2 in the high expression group was significantly lower than that in the low expression group( χ2=4.664, 7.207, 8.927, P=0.031, 0.007, 0.012, respectively). The miR-206 level after treatment(3.25±0.64) was significantly higher than that before treatment(2.12±0.41, t=9.973, P<0.05). After six months of propranolol treatment, the proportion of high expression of miR-206 before treatment in the good efficacy group(24.1%) was significantly lower than that in the general efficacy group(75.0%, χ2=10.934, P=0.001). High expression of miR-206 before treatment was a risk factor for poor curative effect of propranolol in hemangioma children[ CI(95% CI)=6.423(1.436~28.731), P=0.015]; ROC curve analysis showed that the area under ROC curve of miR-206 for predicting the efficacy of propranolol was 0.798, the sensitivity was 0.83, and the specificity was 0.75. Conclusion:The expression of serum miR-206 was correlated with age, proliferative stage and tumor area and may be one of the important indicators for predicting propranolol effect in children with hemangioma.
