OBJECTIVE:To review the development trend, target population, setting and construction process of osteoporosis-specific quality of life measures both domestically and internationally.METHODS:All of the currently available publicly available osteoporosis-specific quality-of-life scales were found by searching the PubMed,Embase,CNKI,and WanFang Data. The search period included the time from database construction to August 2024.The basic information, development trend, target population, and the setting of the scale's dimensions, entries, and levels were taken from the original research and development literature that included the scale. The content of the dimensions and the scale's construction process were then compiled and examined.RESULTS:A total of 20 osteoporosis-specific quality of life scales were included in the study, and the literature on the development of 34 scales was traced. The number of dimensions of the included scales ranged from 2-7 dimensions, all of which included physiological dimensions;the number of entries of the scales ranged from 10-84 entries, while the number of levels set under the entries was mostly focused on four or five levels. There are three main ways of constructing the scales,of which the construction of a pool of entries and the screening of the entries according to classical measurement theory and item response theory is an approach that has emerged in recent years.CONCLUSION:According to the specific target population and diversified measurement objectives, the content of osteoporosis-specific quality of life scales has become increasingly streamlined, with fewer dimensions and entries overall;and its building procedure is gradually becoming more standardized.

Standardized residency training is one of the important contents of modern clinical doctor training and it is ex-tremely important for improving the quality of clinician and medical treatment.Mentors play an important role in the standardized residency training programs, who guaranteed qualified and homogeneous training for the residents.Double-mentor system had been carried out in standardized residency programs of the First People's Hospital of Kunshan city, which appeared to be valuable assets for improving the comprehensive quality and professional level of residential training guidance and resident trainees,so as to help medical students transform from students to qualified and excellent clinical physicians after graduation.Double-mentor sys-tem can also improve the tutor's own teaching ability and the efficiency of training,it is valuable for improving the level of clini-cal medicine, expanding the teaching staff of dual tutors and the teaching quality of comprehensive hospitals, which has a two-way strategy of mutual learning between teaching and learning. However, this system still needs improvement, and there are some lim-itations that need further exploration. For examples, the selection criteria for mentors needs to be formulated and reviewed more reasonably, responsibility and quality control of mentors are not perfect, the guidance and quality control of resident trainees need to be strengthened, and standardized evaluation system needs to be established.

7.3D-QSAR and Molecular Docking Model Study of Thiazole-pyrazoline Derivatives as EGFR Inhibitors
Chinese Journal of Modern Applied Pharmacy 2023;40(21):2984-2989
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a model of the relationship between the structure and activity of EGFR inhibitors, and to design new inhibitor molecules and predict their activity based on the information obtained on important structural factors affecting activity, so as to provide a basis for the design of inhibitor molecules. METHODS Discovery Studio 2019 software was used for 3D-QSAR research and partial least squares calculation. Autodock was used for molecular docking. Study two-dimensional interactions by using LigPlot. RESULTS The model had a high q2(0.521), and r2(r2training=0.993, r2test=0.916, r2blind=0.940), indicated that the model had high predictive ability and fitting ability. CONCLUSION The prediction results show that the newly designed compounds have higher activity, providing reference for the design of EGFR inhibitor molecules.

Objective:
To investigate the manufacturing procedures of personalized miniscrew-assisted rapid palatal expanders (pMARPE) using digital technologies and to evaluate the effect of the expanders when expanding the midpalatal suture of an adult.
Methods:
Digital technologies were used to make pMARPE, which was used to treat a 21-year-old woman with maxillary transverse deficiency (MTD). The relevant literature on MARPE was reviewed.
Results:
PMARPE could be manufactured using intraoral digital scanning, computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM ), and 3D printing technologies. After expansion, the width of the anterior midpalatal suture, posterior midpalatal suture and maxillary skeletal width increased by 3.9 mm, 3.2 mm and 4.7 mm, respectively. There was no significant change in the inclination of maxillary first molars, and the height of alveolar ridge decreased slightly. It could be seen that using digital technologies to manufacture personalized expanders was possible for MARPE , and the initial stability of miniscrews played an important role in the expansion success rate, the increase of molar inclination is composed of many parts, and the decrease of alveolar ridge height may be overestimated due to the measurement method, as shown by a literature review.
Conclusion
The midpalatal suture of an adult patient with MTD could be expanded by pMARPE. However, the effect of this expander on the inclination of the first molar and alveolar bone height needs to be further studied with a larger sample size.

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2020;28(11):689-697
Transverse maxillary deficiency is a common malocclusion in the clinic. Palatal expansion techniques are commonly used in the treatment of maxillary transverse deficiency. Traditional palatal expansion techniques have good effects on the treatment of children and adolescents whose palatal suture has not yet closed, but the effects on adult patients are unsatisfied. New palatal expansion techniques, such as miniscrew-assisted rapid palatal expansion and surgical-assisted maxillary expansion, have increased the age-related indications for palatal expansion, and their bone expansion effect has been strengthened. With the development of CAD/CAM technology and 3D printing technology, techniques such as Invisalign and personalized appliances have been developed and have promising application prospects. To provide references for the clinical treatment of maxillary transverse deficiency, palatal expansion techniques are reviewed from the following aspects: mechanism and indications, expansion pattern, traditional and new palatal expansion appliances, stability and retention of palatal expansion, outlook of future expanders, etc.
