BackgroundPostpartum depression （PPD） is a prevalent postpartum complications that significantly compromises women's psychological and physical well-being. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation （rTMS）， a conventional neuromodulation technique， has been increasingly used in the treatment of PPD. However， high-quality evidence regarding its efficacy and safety remains limited. ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of rTMS in the treatment of PPD， thereby providing references for clinical treatment. MethodsDatabases including Cochrane Library， PubMed， Embase， CNKI， Wanfang， VIP and China Biology Medicine disc （CBM） were electronically searched for randomized controlled trials （RCTs） on rTMS for PPD， with the search spanning from database inception to February 8， 2025. Study quality was assessed using the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions 5.0.1， and the certainty of evidence was graded according to the Grading of Recommendations Assessment， Development and Evaluation （GRADE） approach. Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 and Stata 12.0. The outcomes of the Meta-analysis included the total effective rate， Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale （EPDS） score， Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） score， and adverse reactions （dizziness， headache， nausea， diarrhea， and the overall incidence of adverse reactions）. ResultsA total of 11 studies involving 729 patients with PPD were included. Meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （OR=5.54， 95% CI： 3.07–10.01， P<0.01）. Both EPDS score （SMD=-2.38， 95% CI： -3.39–-1.37， P<0.01） and HAMD score （SMD=2.53， 95% CI： 1.21–3.85， P<0.01） in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group， with statistically significant differences. Comparisons between the study group and control group reveal no significant differences in the incidence of dizziness and headache （RR=1.47， 95% CI： 0.63–3.43， P>0.05）， nausea （RR=1.46， 95% CI： 0.55–3.86， P>0.05）， diarrhea （RR=0.71， 95% CI： 0.23–2.20， P>0.05）， and overall adverse reactions （RR=1.30， 95% CI： 0.79–2.15， P>0.05）. GRADE assessment rated the four indicators of dizziness and headache， diarrhea， overall incidence of adverse reactions， and EPDS score as "moderate-certainty evidence"， and rated the total effective rate， nausea， and the HAMD score as "low-certainty evidence". Objective:To identify the threshold of a health warning system based on the association of apparent temperature and years of life lost (YLL).Methods:Daily mortality records and meteorological data were collected from 364 Chinese counties for 2006-2017. Distributed lag nonlinear model and multivariate Meta-analyses were applied to estimate the association between the apparent temperature and YLL rate. A regression tree model was employed to estimate the warning thresholds of the apparent temperature. Stratified analyses were further conducted by age and cause of death.Results:The daily YLL rate was 23.6/10 5. The mean daily apparent temperature was 15.7 ℃. U-shaped nonlinear associations were observed between apparent temperature and YLL rate. The actual temperature-caused YLL rate for the elderly was higher than the young population. The daily excess deaths rate increased with the higher effect levels. Conclusions:Regression tree model was employed to define the warning threshold for meteorological health risk. The present study provides theoretical support for the weather-related health warning system.

Objective To discuss the application value of computer graphic imaging techniques combined with CT urography in surgical scheme selection for upper urinary calculi.Methods 97 cases with complex upper urinary calculi underwent CT urography examination.The images were transferred by network to a separate workstation to perform volume rendering (VR),maximum intensity projection (MIP),multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and curved planar reconstruction (CPR).All the post processing images were analyzed for selecting the appropriate surgical scheme.Results The 97 cases were treated properly according to their CT urography examination images,and all patients recovered without complications.Conclusion Urinary calculi and slight changes in the anatomical structure of upper urinary tract can be clearly demonstrated by computer graphics imaging techniques combined with CT urography,which may provide more information for disease diagnosis and selection of surgical scheme.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Silybin-nanosuspension in the treatment of liver cancer.Methods 56 patients with liver tumor were collected from February 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital,and all patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=24)and control group(n=32).The treatment group was treated with oral Silybin-nanosuspension 360mg(Silybin)and control group was treated with Silybin capsule 360mg(Silybin),once a day.The treatment was over once the following conditions appear,the disease progression,or intolerable toxicity,or the lesion site can be treat with surgery,or patient death.Evaluating the efficacy through comparing the data of objective response rate,disease control rate, progression-free survival and overall survival,and record the adverse reactions through measuring the values of indicators of blood toxicity ( leukocytes, neutrophils,platelets and hemoglobin ) and the liver function parameters ( Valley alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase) .Results The objective response rate, disease control rate, progression-free survival and overall survival of treatment group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05),and the parameters of blood toxicity and liver function were no significant differences.Conclusion The Silybin-nanosuspension is safe and effective for the treatment of liver malignancies.

Objective To study the relationship between viral infection and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),and the effect of viral infections on the changes of Th1/Th2 in COPD patients. Methods The se-ra from 81 patients with acute exacerbations of COPD,25 patients with stable COPD and 22 healthy subjects were tested for specific IgM of respiratary syncytial virus(RSV) ,herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1), parainfluenza vi-rus (PIV), adenovirus (ADV) and cytomegalovirus (CMV) by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Supernatant INF-γ and IL-4 cultured with PHA were determined. Results The positive rates of IgM in patients with acute exacerbations of COPD compared with those in patients with stable COPD and healthy subjects were significantly different(P <0.001 ). The level of INF-γ, and IL-4 in patients with acute exacerbations of COPD and stable COPD compared with normal control group;the level of INF-γ (242±43) and the of IL-4(42±9) in pa-tients with acute exacerbations of COPD was not significantly different as compared with the level of INF-γ( 198±32) and the level of IL-4(56±11 ) in patients with stable COPD (P<0.05), but the level of INF-γ was increased (90±18)and IL-4 was decreased (141±24) in control group (P<0.05). Compared with those in IgM negative group, the levels of INF-γ were significantly higher and the levels of IL-4 were significantly lowerIL-4 in lgM positive group( P<0.01 ). Conclusion Virus infection is a rather important factor in acute exacerbations of COPD, and COPD is characterized by a predominance of Th1-type response,and there is more significant Th1 response predomi-nance in COPD with virus infection.
