Objective:To explore the relationship between the dark triad, fear of missing out and smartphone addiction, as well as the mediating role of fear of missing out between the dark triad and smartphone addiction.Methods:A total of 408 college students were assessed using dirty dozen, fear of missing out scale, and mobile phone addiction index. SPSS 24.0 software was used for common method bias tests, descriptive statistical analysis, and correlation analysis. Mplus 8.3 software was employed to construct a structural equation model, and the Bootstrap method was used for mediation effect analysis.Results:The dark triad (36.14±9.06) was positively correlated with fear of missing out (22.55±6.60) and smartphone addiction (46.77±13.62) ( r=0.48, 0.45, both P<0.01). Fear of missing out was also positively correlated with smartphone addiction ( r=0.54, P<0.01). Fear of missing out played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the dark triad and smartphone addiction, with a total effect value of 0.495 and a mediating effect value of 0.217. Conclusion:Fear of missing out partially mediates the relationship between the dark triad and smartphone addiction. The dark triad not only directly predicts smartphone addiction but also indirectly influences smartphone addiction through fear of missing out.

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Pingchuan prescription combined with montelukast sodium on patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 102 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to the hospital were enrolled between May 2022 and December 2023. According to simple randomization method, they were divided into control 1 group （montelukast sodium，n=34）, control 2 group （Pingchuan prescription，n=34） and observation group （Pingchuan prescription combined with montelukast sodium，n=51）. All patients were treated for 21 d. The clinical curative effect in the three groups was evaluated. The scores of TCM syndromes, inflammatory factors [interleukin（IL）-4, IL-17, interferon（IFN）-γ, transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1）, immunoglobulin（Ig）E] and scores of the test for respiratory and asthma control in kids （TRACK） in the three groups were compared before and after treatment. The adverse reactions were recorded. Results Compared with control 1 group and control 2 group, total response rate was higher in observation group （P<0.05）. After treatment, scores of TCM syndromes （wheezing due to phlegm in throat, tachypnea, choking）in observation group were lower than those in control 1 group and control 2 group （P<0.05）. After treatment, levels of IL-4, IL-17, TGF-β1 and IgE in observation group were lower than those in control 1 group and control 2 group, while IFN-γ level and TRACK score were higher than those in control 1 group and control 2 group （P<0.05）. There was no difference in adverse reactions among the three groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion Pingchuan prescription combined with montelukast sodium could improve clinical curative effect in patients with bronchial asthma, which was beneficial to alleviate inflammatory response and disease severity, with certain safety.

Objective:To compare the diagnostic efficacy of 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/ CT and multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) for pelvic lymph node metastases in prostate cancer patients who received neoadjuvant endocrinology or not after initial diagnosis. Methods:Data of 52 patients with moderate and high-risk prostate cancer admitted to Xijing Hospital from February to October 2023, aged (65.8±6.6) years, preoperative prostate-specific antigen (PSA) 26.67 (13.09, 84.89) ng/ml, were retrospectively analyzed. Before operation, there were 28 cases of cT 2stage, 16 cases of cT 3 stage and 8 cases of cT 4 stage. There were 22 cases of cN 0 and 30 cases of cN 1. All patients underwent 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT and mpMRI at the same time, and were diagnosed positive lymph nodes in 28 and 21 cases, respectively. Risk stratification were high risk in 45 cases, and medium risk in 7 cases. According to the preoperative endocrine treatment, they were divided into the newly diagnosed group without treatment (24 cases) and the endocrine treated group (28 cases), whose ages were (65.0±7.1) years and (66.8±6.1) years, respectively. Preoperative PSA was 26.17 (16.73, 61.18) ng/ml and 27.32 (11.94, 130.18) ng/ml, respectively. Gleason scores ≤7 were in 10 cases (41.7%) and 6 cases (21.4%), and Gleason scores >7 were in 14 cases (58.3%) and 22 cases (78.6%), respectively. There were 15 (62.5%) and 13 (46.4%) cases of cT 1-2 stage, and 9 (37.5%) and 15 (53.6%) cases of cT 3-4 stage, respectively. There were 16 (66.7%) and 6 (21.4%) cases of stage N 0, 8 (33.3%) and 22 (78.6%) cases of stage N 1, respectively. There were 22 (91.7%) and 20 (71.4%) cases of stage M 0, 2 (8.3%) and 8 (28.6%) cases of stage M 1, respectively. PET/CT diagnosis of lymph node positive was in 9 cases (37.5%) and 19 cases (67.9%), and mpMRI diagnosis of lymph node positive was in 5 cases (20.8%) and 16 cases (57.1%). The number of positive lymph nodes diagnosed by PET/CT was 13 (72.2%) and 47 (90.1%), and the number of positive lymph nodes diagnosed by mpMRI was 8 (44.4%) and 32 (61.5%). There was no significant difference ( P>0.05). All patients underwent radical prostatectomy as well as enlarged pelvic lymph node resection. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) of the two imaging examinations in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis were compared according to the results of postoperative pathological examination of lymph nodes. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to compare the accuracy of the two imaging tests in the diagnosis of pelvic lymph node metastasis in the newly diagnosed untreated group and the endocrine treated group. Results:In this study, of 52 cases, 26 (50.0%) had positive lymph nodes by pathological examination. In this study, a total of 681 lymph nodes were dissected, with 70 lymph nodes (10.28%) being pathologically positive, and the positive rate of 26 patients was 17.99% (70/389). The PET/CT and mpMRI detection rates of 26 node-positive patients were 92.3% (24/26) and 57.7% (15/26), respectively. There were 9 (37.5%) and 17 (60.7%) lymph node positive patients in the untreated group and the endocrine therapy group, respectively. There were 320 and 361 lymph nodes were clear, with 18 (5.6%) and 52 (14.4%) positive lymph nodes, respectively. The detection rates of PET/CT and mpMRI were 88.89% (8/9) and 94.12% (16/17)in the untreated group, and 44.44% (4/9) and 64.71% (11/17)in the endocrine treated group, respectively. In the newly treated group, the area under the curve (AUC) of PET/CT and mpMRI for diagnosing positive lymph nodes were 0.911 and 0.689 ( P=0.027), the sensitivity were 88.9% and 44.4%, and the specificity were 93.3% and 93.3%, respectively. PPV were 88.9% and 80.0%, and NPV were 93.3% and 73.7%, respectively. In the endocrine therapy group, the AUC of PET/CT and mpMRI for lymph node positive diagnosis were 0.834 and 0.596 ( P=0.011), the sensitivity were 94.1% and 64.7%, the specificity were 72.7% and 54.5%, and the PPV were 84.2% and 68.8%, respectively. NPV were 88.9% and 50.0%, respectively. Conclusions:For prostate cancer patients, regardless of whether they receive neoadjuvant endocrine therapy, 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT can accurately detect pelvic lymph node metastasis, and the diagnostic efficacy is significantly better than that of mpMRI.

Objective:To explore the effects of personalized home rehabilitation nursing guided by professionals in children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021, 60 children with autism spectrum disorder who were followed up and diagnosed and their parents in the Department of Child Psychology at Hangzhou Seventh People's Hospital were selected as the research subject. The children and their parents were divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The parents of the control group received theoretical training on autism spectrum disorder, while the parents of the study group received personalized home rehabilitation nursing guided by professional nursing staff. The intervention period was four weeks. Two groups of children were evaluated for autism using the Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC) Scale and the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) .Results:Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the total score and dimension scores of ABC Scale between the two groups of children ( P>0.05). After intervention, the total score of ABC Scale, physical movement and language scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in CARS scores between the two groups of children ( P>0.05). After intervention, the CARS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The personalized home rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of professionals in children with autism spectrum disorder shows good outcomes, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and behaviors of children.

As a promising modality for cancer therapy, photodynamic therapy (PDT) still acquired limited success in clinical nowadays due to the extremely serious hypoxia and immunosuppression tumor microenvironment. To ameliorate such a situation, we rationally designed and prepared cascade two-stage re-oxygenation and immune re-sensitization BSA-MHI148@SRF nanoparticles via hydrophilic and hydrophobic self-assembly strategy by using near-infrared photodynamic dye MHI148 chemically modified bovine serum albumin (BSA-MHI148) and multi-kinase inhibitor Sorafenib (SRF) as a novel tumor oxygen and immune microenvironment regulation drug. Benefiting from the accumulation of SRF in tumors, BSA-MHI148@SRF nanoparticles dramatically enhanced the PDT efficacy by promoting cascade two-stage tumor re-oxygenation mechanisms: (i) SRF decreased tumor oxygen consumption via inhibiting mitochondria respiratory. (ii) SRF increased the oxygen supply via inducing tumor vessel normalization. Meanwhile, the immunosuppression micro-environment was also obviously reversed by two-stage immune re-sensitization as follows: (i) Enhanced immunogenic cell death (ICD) production amplified by BSA-MHI148@SRF induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation enhanced T cell infiltration and improve its tumor cell killing ability. (ii) BSA-MHI148@SRF amplified tumor vessel normalization by VEGF inhibition also obviously reversed the tumor immune-suppression microenvironment. Finally, the growth of solid tumors was significantly depressed by such well-designed BSA-MHI148@SRF nanoparticles, which could be potential for clinical cancer therapy.

Objective:To evaluate the microstructural changes of brain parenchyma in patients with essential hypertension by diffuse kurtosis imaging (DKI) and enhanced T2 star weighted angiography (ESWAN).Methods:A prospective study was performed; 27 patients with essential hypertension, admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to September 2019, and 16 healthy subjects matched with gender, age and education level were enrolled in our study. According to the presence or absence of cerebral microbleeds (CMBs), patients with essential hypertension were divided into essential hypertension with CMBs group ( n=8) and essential hypertension without CMBs group ( n=19). MRI, DKI and ESWAN were performed on all subjects. The mean kurtosis (MK), mean diffusivity (MD) and fractional anisotropy (FA) of bilateral hippocampal gyrus, centrum semiovale, caudate head, posterior limb of internal capsule, thalamus, red nucleus, substantia nigra, pons, and cerebellum were measured. Results:As compared with the healthy subjects, the patients with essential hypertension had significantly lower MK values in the left semioval center, bilateral caudate head, left posterior limb of internal capsule, and bilateral thalamus, significantly higher MD value in the right thalamus, and statistically lower FA value in the left posterior limb of internal capsule ( P<0.05). The essential hypertension with CMBs group had significantly lower MK values in left hippocampus gyrus, left centrum semiovale, bilateral caudate head, left posterior limb of internal capsule, bilateral thalamus, and left substantia nigra, significantly higher MD value in right thalamus, and significantly lower FA value in left posterior limb of internal capsule as compared with essential hypertension without CMBs group and healthy control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:In patients with essential hypertension, the brain microstructural changes are found in the hippocampus, centrum semiovale, caudate head, posterior limb of internal capsule, thalamus and substantia nigra; these changes are more obvious in essential hypertension patients with CMBs; DKI and ESWAN can effectively assess the early brain microstructure changes in patients with essential hypertension.

The severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome virus (SFTSV),a new RNA virus,was discovered in recent years,which can lead to fever,thrombocytopenia and multiple organ dysfunction.Picks is the main media A case of a SFTSV-related encephalitis diagnosed by second-generation gene sequencing was reported here.The patient had fever,disturbance of consciousness,convulsions,with thrombocytopenia and enzymatic indicators increased significantly.After active anti-virus and supportive treatment,the prognosis was good.It is our aim to suggest that,in the epidemic season,when you meet thesimilar patients like this,you should consider the possibility of SFTSV-related encephalitis.Virus nucleic acid detection and second-generation gene sequencing technology are helpful for timely diagnosis and treatment and reducing mortality of the disease.

Objective To summarize the CT characteristics of tumor deposition adjacent to colorectal cancer (CRC),and provide the evidences for differential diagnosis.Methods The retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted.The clinicopathological data of 26 CRC patients who were admitted to the Wuxi Second People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from May 2015 to April 2017 were collected.Patients underwent preoperative multi-slice spiral CT scan and double-phase enhanced scan,and then received open surgery.Observation indicators:(1) characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT scan;(2) differential comparisons;(3) follow-up.Follow-up using telephone interview was performed to detect patients' prognosis once every 3 months up to May 2017.Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as (x)±s.Comparisons between groups and among groups were respectively analyzed using the t test and the one-way ANOVA.Pairwise comparison was done using the SNK method.Results (1) Characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT scan:of 26 patients,17 underwent double contrast enhanced scans of chest,abdomen and pelvic and 9 underwent double contrast scans of abdomen and pelvic.Primary tumors of 18 and 8 patients respectively located in the colon and rectum.Forty-one tumor deposits of 26 patients were collected,with number of tumor deposits of 1.6±0.9 per case,and number of tumor deposits ＜ 3 and ≥3 respectively were found in 20 and 6 patients.Tumor deposits were often isolated in the fat spaces around the rectum or colon and unconnected with the surrounding primary tumor or lymph node.Distance to the center of primary tumor was (2.6±l.0)cm (range,0.2-5.0 cm),the distance ＜2.6 cm and ≥2.6 cm were respectively detected in 22 and 19 patients.Thirty-three tumors showed signs of lobulation,22 showed signs of burr and 7 showed liquefaction necrosis,and there was a combination of multiple imaging characteristics in the same tumor deposit.The maximum width,minimum width,maximum diameter,plain scan value of CT,CT enhancement values in the arterial phase and venous phase in 41 tumor deposits were respectively (1.15 ± 0.60)cm,(1.11±0.44)cm,(1.13±0.49)cm,(27±13)HU,(28±14)HU and (49±19)HU.Of 41 tumor deposits,34 demonstrated homogeneous density in the plain scan,and obviously enhancement in early enhanced scan,with homogeneous enhancement;7 demonstrated heterogeneous density in the plain scan,with internal liquefaction necrosis,and enhanced scans showed no enhancement in the areas of necrosis and obviously early enhancement in the areas of non-necrosis.(2) Differential comparisons:26 patients underwent open surgery,including 8 with right hemectomy,2 with transverse colon resection,4 with left semicolon resection,2 with simple sigmoid resection,2 with abdominoperineal resection of rectal cancer and 8 with low anterior rectal resection,and all patients received postoperatively individualized treatment.Fifty-two lymph nodes with distance to center of primary tumor ＜ 5.0 cm that were confirmed by pathological examination were collected,including 19 metastatic lymph nodes.Of 41 tumor deposits,33 were irregular,and 8 were regular and round-like or oval-like shape.Of 19 metastatic lymph nodes,16 were regularly round-like shape,1 showed irregular shape and edge blur,and 2 were irregular with a mutual integration.The maximum width,minimum width and maximum diameter of 19 metastatic lymph nodes were respectively (1.09± 0.33) cm,(1.01 ± 0.23) cm and (1.05 ± 0.20) cm,with statistically significant differences in the above indicators between metastatic lymph nodes and tumor deposits (t =5.48,4.80,7.75,P＜0.05).The plain scan value of CT,CT enhancement values in the arterial phase and venous phase were respectively (12±7) HU,(18± 12) HU,(42± 15) HU in 19 metastatic lymph nodes and (33±6) HU,(31 ±15) HU,(53± 14)HU in 26 primary tumors,showing statistically significant differences in the plain scan value of CT and CT enhancement values in the arterial phase among tumor deposits,metastatic lymph nodes and primary tumors (F=24.43,4.46,P＜0.05),and no statistically significant difference in CT enhancement value in the venous phase (F=2.41,P＞0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the plain scan value of CT and CT enhancement values in the arterial phase between tumor deposits and metastatic lymph nodes (q =5.48,2.50,P＜0.05) and between metastatic lymph nodes and primary tumors (q =6.82,2.84,P＜0.05),and no statistically significant difference between tumor deposits and primary tumors (q =2.15,0.65,P＞0.05).Of 19 metastatic lymph nodes,11 demonstrated homogeneous density in plain scan,with a lower density compared with tumor deposits and primary tumors,and relatively homogeneous enhancement in the arterial phase of enhanced scan;8 demonstrated heterogeneous density with internal liquefaction necrosis,and ring-shaped enhancement in enhanced scan with no enhancement in the areas of necrosis.The density and enhancement range in the arterial phase and venous phase of tumor deposits were similar to primary tumors.(3) Follow-up:24 patients were followed up for 1-25 months,with a follow-up rate of 92.3％(24/26) and a median time of 17 months.Of 24 patients,2 were dead,and survival time were respectively 9 months and 21 months;22 had good survival.Conclusions Multislice spiral CT examination of tumor deposits demonstrates larger and irregular shape,with the signs of lobulation and burr,and the density in plain scan is similar to the primary tumor,with obviously enhancement in early enhanced scan.The metastatic lymph nodes are mostly round-like shape,diameter is smaller than that of tumor deposits,density in the plain scan and CT enhancement values in the arterial phase are lower than that of tumor deposits.
