Dual-task training, which innovatively integrates physical activity with cognitive rehabilitation, has shown promise in simultaneously enhancing motor function and cognitive performance in older adults with cognitive frailty. This review summarizes the concept of dual-task training, its application modalities, and its effectiveness in this population. It also proposes strategies for further implementation, aiming to provide a reference for future research and practical applications of dual-task training in cognitively frail older adults.
