Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of single-incision intervertebral foraminotomy in treating double-segment lumbar spinal stenosis accompanied by lumbar disc herniation. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 cases of double-segment lumbar spinal stenosis and lumbar disc herniation treated in our orthopedic(spinal surgery)department from March 2016 to May 2018.Among these cases,11 patients(Group A)were treated with percutaneous discectomy,13 patients(Group B)underwent percutaneous endoscopic discec-tomy,and 16 patients(Group C)received double-incision percutaneous surgery.General clinical data for all patients were recorded.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores, and clinical outcomes were assessed at five different time points:preoperatively, immediately postoperatively, one week postoperatively, one month postoperatively, and at the final follow-up.Statistical analysis was performed on the collected data. Results The operation time, the number of fluoroscopies performed on the hands, the length of the skin incision, and patient satisfaction were all statistically significant(P<0.05).An interaction effect was observed between the operation time and the surgical procedure on both the VAS and JOA scores. Both the operation time and the surgical method had significant main effects on the VAS and JOA scores(P<0.05).Significant differences in VAS and JOA scores were found among the three groups immediately post-surgery,one week post-surgery,one month post-operation,and at the end of the study(P<0.05).Immediately after surgery, there were statistically significant differences in VAS and JOA scores among the three groups(P<0.05).One week post-surgery,there were also statistically significant differences in VAS scores among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The single-incision intervertebral foramen technique is an effective approach for simultaneously addressing double-seg-ment lumbar spinal stenosis and lumbar disc herniation through decompression. This method boasts a shorter opera-tive duration, reduced intraoperative radiation exposure, and minimal tissue damage.Patient satisfaction is high, making it a valuable addition to clinical practice.

Acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction with multivessel disease is one of the high-risk types of coronary heart disease.Early opening of infarct-related artery and reperfusion of myocardium could significantly reduce the mortality in acute phase. However, the presence of non-culprit lesions in non-infarct-related arteries is still at risk and has an important impact on the long-term prognosis of patients. It remains controversial on how to precisely evaluate the clinical significance and revascularization value of non-culprit lesions. This article aims to review the research status and progress of guidance strategies of non-culprit lesion revascularization in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and multivessel disease.

Objective:To develop the Psychological Monitors'Interpersonal Trust Questionnaire in Colleges(PMITQC)and test its validity and reliability. Methods:A preliminary questionnaire was formulated by construc-ting a model of the psychological monitors'interpersonal trust.Totally 515 psychological monitors were selected for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. In addition,556 psychological monitors were selected for confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency reliability tests,of which 114 were retested after 4 weeks. The Trust Scale(TS)and Interpersonal Trust Scale(ITS)were used to test the criterion validity. Results:The PMITQC contained 22 items and was composed of four factors that accounted for 68.634%of the variance. The confirmatory factor a-nalysis showed that the four-factor structure model fitted nicely(x2/df=4.22,NFI=0.92,RFI=0.91,IFI=0.94,TLI=0.93,CFI=0.94,RMSEA=0.076).The criterion validity test showed that the total scores and scores of 4 factor of PMITQC were positively correlated with the total scores of TS and ITS(r=0.28-0.48,Ps<0.01).The Cronbach's coefficients of the total questionnaire and the 4 factors ranged from 0.87 to 0.97 and the test-retest reli-abilities ranged from 0.73 to 0.89.Conclusion:The Psychological Monitors'Interpersonal Trust Questionnaire in Colleges has good validity and reliability.

Objective:To analyze the development status, frontiers and hotspots of radiomics research in the past five years from 2019 to 2023,and to provide theoretical reference and guidance for radiomics research in China. Methods:The relevant literature in the field of radiomics published in the core database of Web of Science(WOS)from January 1,2003 to August 10,2023 were searched.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,6,777 eligible literatures were screened and obtained, including 6,254 articles in the past five years from January 1,2019 to August 10,2023.Bibliometric methods were used to analyze the clustering of countries and regions, institutions, journals, authors, keywords and draw visual maps. Results:The 6,777 radiomics-related articles published between 2003 and 2023 were first published in 2011,and the number of papers tended to stabilize in 2018,and then the number showed a significant trend of increasing year by year.Among the 6,254 articles published from 2019 to 2023,China(3,564 articles),United States(1,164 articles),and Italy(530 articles)ranked the top 3 in terms of publication volume, with close cooperation between countries.General Electric of the United States published the most papers(448 articles),and the journal Frontiers in Oncology(704 papers)ranked first in terms of paper publication volume. From 2019 to 2023,the diseases of concern in the field of radiomics are rectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer, and lung cancer(especially non-small cell lung cancer). Conclusion:Although China ranks first in the number of national publications, the quality of research still needs to be improved. In the future, the research trend in the field of radiomics may be the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of various diseases, the prediction and evaluation of curative effect, the evaluation of tumor disease metastasis and the identification of gene phenotype based on radiomics combined with multiple imaging techniques.

With the popularization and development of modern imaging techniques,a phenomenon of rapid progression of coronary atherosclerosis with increasing risk of cardiovascular events has attracted more attention.Rapid progression of coronary atherosclerosis is related to a variety of pathophysiological mechanisms, such as iatrogenic injury, subclinical cycle of plaque rupture and healing, inflammation and so on.Predictive value of plaque morphological features,glycolipid-related metabolites and inflammatory factors for rapid progression of coronary atherosclerosis has been intensively studied.Lipid-lowering therapy is currently the main method to hinder the rapid plaque progression, and new effective therapeutic targets are still under investigations. In this review,we summarize the pathophysiology, predictors, evaluation methods and treatments of rapid progression of coronary atherosclerosis, aiming to provide useful information for the clinical practice.

Objective:To design an intelligent measurement program of detection parameters of quality control of imaging system of multi-slice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) based on MATLAB software platform,so as to achieve intelligent detection for quality control of MSCT imaging system. Methods:We designed an intelligent measurement program for the detection parameters of quality control of MSCT imaging system (referred to as the intelligent measurement program) bases on the function of graphical user interfaces (GUI) of MATLAB software. A series of algorithms such as image reading, binarization, and circular detection based on the Hough transform were employed to conduct automatic measurement and calculation for CT values (water),noise and uniformity of the parameters of MSCT quality control. The Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) was adopted to analyze the consistency of the detection results between the manual measurement method and the designed intelligent detection program. Results:The designed intelligent measurement program in this study can automatically assess the detection parameters of quality control of the MSCT imaging system, which included CT values (water),noise and uniformity. There was favorable consistency in the detection results between the manual measurement method and the intelligent measurement program (range of ICC values was from 0.881 to 0.985). Conclusion:The intelligent measurement program of detection parameters of quality control of MSCT imaging system can simplify the process of calculating detection parameters of quality control of MSCT imaging system, and provide a reliable detection tool for quality control of MSCT imaging equipment, which can effectively improve the detection efficiency of quality control.
