Objective This study aims to establish a hidden curriculum-based medical humanities teaching pathway within surgical internship education and evaluate its effectiveness in enhancing students' humanistic care competence.Methods A single-group pre-test and post-test design was adopted.A total of 76 interns from a tertiary teaching hospital in 2024 were in-cluded.A five-dimensional hidden curriculum framework—material,spiritual,behavioral,faculty,and institutional—was con-structed.Humanistic competence was assessed before and after the intervention using the Humanistic Professional Awareness Scale for Healthcare Students and Providers(HPAS-HSP).Results Post-intervention scores significantly improved compared to pre-intervention across the total scale in the three dimensions:personal integrity and responsibility,sensitivity to others,and pro-fessional competence(P＜0.05),with the greatest improvement observed in sensitivity to others.Conclusion The structured hidden curriculum is effective in enhancing medical students' humanistic qualities,especially in fostering emotional resonance and professional identity.Future work should focus on verifying behavioral transformation and developing multi-source evaluation sys-tems to improve effectiveness and applicability.

Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common degenerative neurological disorder,characterized by static tremor,bradykinesia,myotonia and postural abnormalities.Dopaminergic drugs are the main drugs in the treatment of PD,but long-term use will lead to drug efficacy loss,and even cause some adverse reactions such as dyskinesia and"on-off"phenomenon.Neuromodulation is a kind of biomedical engineering technology that can stimulate or inhibit the activity of brain neurons and regulate the changes of neuroplasticity by means of electric energy,magnetic field,ultrasound and other methods,so as to achieve treatment and improvement of diseases.In the non-drug treatment of PD,neuromodulation,as a new therapeutic means,has shown good efficacy,and has the advantages of small adverse reactions and easy tolerance.Based on this,this article reviews the research progress of several common neuromodulation in PD,including deep brain stimulation,transcranial magnetic stimulation,transcranial direct current stimulation and transcranial focused ultrasound.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of initially treated pulmonary tuberculosis(TB)patients with rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis Rv0341 antibody positive.Methods Forty two initially treated pulmonary TB patients with rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis Rv0341 antibody positive were included as the study group and 42 initially treated pulmonary TB patients with rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis Rv0341 antibody as the control group The aspects of clinical symptoms,X-ray imaging manifestations,positive rate in sputum culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis,treatment effects,etc.were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rates of expectoration,hemoptysis and shortness of breath in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);the X-ray image manifestations in the study group showed that the lesions were much more involved in two lungs and multiple lung fields(P＜0.05),while thlesions in the control group more confined to single lung and one lung field(P＜ 0.05),moreover the rate appearing pulmonary cavity in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05);the sputum culture positive rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis had no statistical difference between the two groups(P＞0.05),but the sputum culture positive rate of rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05);as for the treatment effects,the cure rate in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P＜0.05),the ineffective ratio in the control group was less than that in the study group.Conclusion Initially treated pulmonary TB patients with rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis Rv0341 antibody positive have the characteristics of severe clinical symptoms,wide range lesions,easily appearing cavity,high culture positive rate of rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis and poor treatment effect.
