Interferon-stimulating gene 15(ISG15),an ubiquitin-like molecule belonging to the superfamily of ubiquitin-like proteins,is highly expressed in various malignant tumors and induced by type Ⅰ interferon.How-ever,its specific regulatory mechanism remains unclear.Numerous studies have demonstrated its close association with tumorigenesis and development.In this study,we provide a comprehensive review on the role of ISG15 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma,esophageal carcinoma,gastric carcinoma,colorectal carcinoma,and other cancers.Our aim is to identify new therapeutic targets for gastrointestinal malignancies and improve prognostic assessment.

Objective To investigate the influence of evidence-based nursing intervention on treatment effect and quality of life in nephrotic syndrome children. Methods 98 cases were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The control group received routine nursing and the intervention group additionally received evidence-based nursing intervention. We compared the average hospital stay, treatment effect and quality of life in two groups. Results The average hospital stay in the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group. The treatment effect in the intervention group was ameliorated than that of the control group. The quality of life in the intervention group was ameliorated than that of the control group. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing intervention could obviously improve the treatment effect and quality of life in children with nephrotic syndrome.

Objective To know the effects of psychological intervention on elder patients with coro-nary heart disease when combined with depression and anxiety. Methods Divided 73 elder patients with coronary heart disease into the control group(35 cases) and the psychological intervention group(38 cases) randomly. Routine treatment and nursing cares were used in the control group, while the psychological in-tervention group was used in the psychological intervention group in addition. Evaluated the mental status between the two groups by SAS and SDS at the beginning of the research and three weeks later. Time in hospital and general clinical medical effects were analyzed in the end of research. Results There were no significant difference between the two groups about SAS and SDS scores at the beginning, while the later scores in the control group were significant higher than those of in the psychological intervention group. The period in hospital in the control group was longer than in the intervention group, the general medical effects was bet-ter in the intervention group than in the control group. Coneinsions Psychological intervention for elder patients with coronary heart disease when combined with depression and anxiety is a kind of ef-fective mode, which can improve the medical effects.
