To summarise the clinical experience of treating insomnia with the method of resolving depression, regulating the middle, and tranquilising mind. It is believed that the key to the pathogenesis of insomnia lies in qi depression, disharmony of qi pivot, and disharmony of qi and blood, and the core treatment is to resolve depression, regulating the middle, and tranquilising mind. The self-prescribed Jieyu Anmian Formula (解郁安眠方) could be used as the basic treatment, then modified according to the performance of the patient and syndromes. For syndrome of liver depression restricting spleen, the treatment should soothe liver and invigorate spleen, resolve depression and regulate the middle; for syndrome of liver depression and phlegm coagulation, the treatment should resolve depression and phlegm, support the earth and free the wood; for syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire, the treatment should soothe liver and clear fire, resolve depression and dysphoria; for syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, the treatment should activate blood and regulate the middle, resolve depression and tranquilise mind.

Objective To summarize the characteristics of the constitution of orthopedic diseases among soldiers in a sea area,so as to provide the reference for the rational allocation of medical resources, the prevention and treatment of orthopedic diseases, and the improvement of naval medical support. Methods Medical records on injuries of the outpatient and emergency departments in a hospital ship from February 2021 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The number of varying orthopedic diseases was counted, and descriptive statistical analysis was conducted. Results A total of 200 cases were included in the statistical analysis. The top five diseases were chronic low back pain, knee pain, tibial contusion, wrist joint injury, and shoulder joint injury, and they accounted for 82%of the total orthopedic diseases. Conclusion The medical team stationed on hospital ships should be guided by actual medical needs of officers and soldiers on island, enhance the diagnosis and treatment of common orthopedic diseases, formulate scientific and reasonable prevention and treatment strategies. The allocation of medical materials and personnel should be in line with the spectrum of orthopedic diseases as far as possible to reduce non-combat casualty and strengthen the combat effectiveness of the army.

Objective:To investigate the effect of centrosome protein 55 (CEP55) on the proliferation of bladder cancer cells and its related molecular mechanism. Methods:Western blot was used to detect the expression of CEP55 and H3K9me3 in normal bladder tissue cells (SV-HUC-1) and bladder cancer cells (T24) . The bladder cancer cells T24 were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group cells were transfected with siRNA-CEP55, and the control group cells were transfected with siRNA-MOCK. The expression levels of CEP55, H3K9 and H3K9me3 in each group of cells were detected by Western blot. The proliferation ability of each group of cells was detected by CCK8 assay. Results:Western blot assay showed that the expression of CEP55 and H3K9me3 in T24 cells was 0.83±0.15 and 1.01±0.19 respectively. The expressions of CEP55 and H3K9me3 in bladder epithelial SV-HUC-1 cells were 0.35±0.09 and 0.44±0.10 respectively. The expressions of CEP55 and H3K9me3 in bladder cancer cells were higher than those in normal bladder cells (all P<0.05) . siRNA-CEP55 successfully reduced the expression of T24 CEP55 in bladder cancer cells. The absorbance of T24 cells in the experimental group was 1.109±0.105, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (2.208±0.104) . Low expression of CEP55 reduced the proliferation ability of T24 cells ( P<0.05) . Western blot results showed that H3K9 was not significantly changed in T24 cells in the experimental group, and H3K9me3 expression decreased significantly ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:CEP55 can inhibit the proliferation of bladder cancer cells by reducing the trimethylation of H3K9.
