Objective To investigate the expression of alcohol dehydrogenase 5(ADH5)mRNA and FUN14 domain containing 1(FUNDC1)mRNA in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues and their relationship with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis. Methods Collected clinical data of 332 patients who received treatment and non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)diagnosed through postoperative puthology at Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to measure the expression of ADH5 mRNA and FUNDC1 mRNA in NSCLC tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues(>5cm from the edge of the cancer tissue),and the expression differences and their correlation with the clinical and pathological characteristics of NSCLC patients were analyzed by t-test.Pearson rank correlation analysis was used to investigate the correlation between ADH5 mRNA and FUNDC1 mRNA.Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of ADH5 mRNA and FUNDC1 mRNA and the prognosis of NSCLC patients. Results The results of qRT-PCR showed that the expression level of ADH5 mRNA(0.56±0.30)in NSCLC tissues was significantly lower than that in paracancer normal tissues(1.03±0.50),and the expression level of FUNDC1 mRNA(2.91±1.02)was significantly higher than that in paracancer normal tissues(1.20±0.83),and the differences were statistically significant(t=14.687,23.694,all P<0.05).Correlation test by Pearson method showed that the expression of ADH5 mRNA and FUNDC1 mRNA in NSCLC tissues was significantly negatively correlated(r=-0.869,P=0.006).The expression of ADH5 mRNA in NSCLC tissues with age<55 years,TNM stage III,low differentiation and concurrent lymph node metastasis was lower than that in NSCLC tissues with age≥55 years,TNM stage I/II,high/moderate differentiation and no lymph node metastasis(t=1.866~6.087),the expression of FUNDC1 mRNA in NSCLC tissues with low differentiation and concurrent lymph node metastasis was higher than that in NSCLC tissues with high/moderate differentiation and no lymph node metastasis(t=4.652,2.787),and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the cumulative overall survival rate of the high ADH5 mRNA expression group(66.99%)was significantly higher than that of the low ADH5 mRNA expression group(54.15%).The cumulative overall survival rate of low FUNDC1 mRNA expression group(69.47%)was significantly higher than that of high FUNDC1 mRNA expression group(53.59%)and the differences were statistically significant(Log Rankχ2=5.760,5.165,P=0.016,0.023).Conclusion Low expression of ADH5 mRNA and high expression of FUNDC1mRNA in tumor tissues of patients with NSCLC may be involved in the occurrence and metastasis of NSCLC,which is expected to become a reference index for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis prediction.

Chinese Hospital Management 2025;45(7):75-81
Objective To explore the influencing factors and configuration pathways of China's Internet hospital development, and to provide theoretical basis and strategic suggestions for building an efficient and high-quality Internet hospital service system. Methods It takes 88 internet hospitals as the research object, based on the TOE framework, and adopts the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis method to explore the configuration paths that affect the development of internet hospitals. Results There are four configuration paths that constitute the high-efficiency development of Internet hospitals, namely,"capability support type of technology and environment collaboration"path(H1),"organization type"path(H2a),"organization-balance type"path(H2b),and"infrastructure support type of organization and environment collaboration"path(H3).A single factor cannot constitute a necessary condition for the development of internet hospitals. It requires the mutual coordination of technology, organization, and environment to jointly promote the development of internet hospitals. Conclusion The development of internet hospitals depends on diversified driving paths, which require the synergistic effects of multiple factors and the strengthening of organizational leadership.Combining actual circumstances, suitable development paths should be chosen to promote the development of internet hospitals.

This study aims to establish an efficient protoplast-mediated genetic transformation sys-tem for Pochonia chlamydosporia(P.chlamydosporia)to facilitate gene transformation, genetic modification, and subsequent biological function research.Through orthogonal testing, the study systematically optimized key factors influencing electroporation, including voltage, osmotic stabi-lizer,pulse time, nucleic acid concentration, and protoplast concentration. The results showed that the optimal electroporation conditions were:voltage of 250 V,osmotic stabilizer as 0.6 mol/L su-crose solution, pulse time of 10 ms,plasmid concentration of 1%,and protoplast concentration of 1×107 protoplasts/mL,yielding a transformation efficiency of 0.4 × 103 CFU/pg.The interaction analysis revealed that the five factors affected transformation efficiency in the following order:plasmid concentration>protoplast concentration>pulse time>osmotic stabilizer type>voltage.Based on the positive transformants, the study further evaluated their colony morphology, growth rate, conidial yield, mycelial dry weight, and the ability to infect the eggs of three types of animal gastrointestinal nematodes. The results indicated that the electroporation process did not signifi-cantly affect the biological functions of P.chlamydosporia.The transformants successfully ex-pressed enhanced green fluorescent protein(EGFP),and PCR analysis confirmed the successful in-tegration of the thiostrepton resistance gene.In conclusion, this study successfully established a protoplast-based electroporation-mediated genetic transformation system for P.chlamydosporia, providing a valuable foundation for further research into the mechanism of egg parasitism and the underlying genes involved in its biocontrol activity.

International Eye Science 2025;25(6):942-945
Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO), the most common orbital disease in adults, is characterized by a rising incidence globally. TAO typically presents with clinical features such as proptosis, upper eyelid retraction, ocular motility dysfunction, and diplopia. Additionally, it significantly compromises the integrity of ocular surface structures, leading to symptoms including dryness, foreign body sensation, photophobia and epiphora, which severely impair patients' visual function and quality of life. Recent studies have increasingly highlighted the roles of ocular surface inflammation, immune dysregulation and ocular surface exposure in the pathogenesis of TAO-related ocular surface damage. These factors collectively contribute to pathological changes in ocular surface structures, such as the conjunctiva, cornea, lacrimal gland and meibomian glands. This review comprehensively summarizes the latest research progress on ocular surface structural damage in TAO patients, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation and novel insights for the early diagnosis, disease evaluation and individualized treatment of TAO.
