Objective:To investigate the feasibility of a novel in vitro fertilization (IVF) strategy with levonorgestrel intrauterine system (Mirena) in situ in infertility patients after successful conservative treatment of early well-differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma (EC) and atypical endometrial hyperplasia (AEH). Methods:The clinical characteristics of infertility patients after a complete regression of previous EC and AEH who underwent IVF with a Mirena in situ from March 2018 to December 2019 in Center for Gynecological Endocrinology & Reproductive Medicine, Peking Union Medical College Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. These patients underwent one or more cycles to harvest at least 4 blastocysts cryopreserved, before removing the Mirena and re-evaluating the endometrium. Then the outcomes of frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) were commenced. Results:A total of 20 patients were included with a median age of 33 years. The complete regression of endometrial lesion was achieved at 4.3 months. Thirty-four IVF cycles were conducted in total, leading to a median oocytes retrieved of 8. We had attempted 21 embryo trasfer but only 14 cycles were effective, and 5 patients got clinical pregnancy and 2 patients had ongoing pregnancy. Conclusion:It is a supposedly practical way that IVF with the Mirena until pooling enough blastocysts before removing the device and initiating embryo trasfer for assisting reproduction and endometrial protection in patients after fertility-sparing treatment of EC or AEH.

Objective To analyze the epidemiological problems concerning cruiser-related infectiousdiseases reported since 1973,so as to provide evidences for the diagnosis, prevention and control of diseases. Methods Information retrieval was made by using Pubmed,Medline and China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database (CNKI) to find out papers concerning cruiser-related infectious diseases reported from 1973 to the present, and at the same time, data concerning cruiser-related gastrointestinal infectious diseases published by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) were also sorted out,and finally statistical analyses were made on such related factors as the category of diseases, types of pathogens and the areas of navigation. Results Research results indicated that gastrointestinal infectious diseases and respiratory infectious diseases, the gastrointestinal infectious diseases in particular, were the two main types of cruiser-related infectious diseases.Norovirus, shigella and Escherichia coli were the most commonly detected pathogens in the gastrointestinal infectious disease pathogens, whereas the most pathogenic factor for respiratory diseases were influenza virus, followed by varicella and legionella. In all the cruisers that were affected by infectious diseases, those sailing in tropical waters had the higher incidence rate, which was significantly higher than those sailing in temperate and frigid zones, which accounted for 72.72%,13.64% and 13.64% respectively. Conclusions Gastrointestinal infectious diseases and respiratory infectious diseases were the main types of cruiser-related infectious diseases, and the distribution of pathogens had their special patterns, which were closely related with the geographic regions of sailing.Knowledge about cruiser-related infectious diseases was of important significance for rapid diagnosis, prevention and control of related diseases.

Objective To investigate the effects of continuous nursing on life quality and psychologic status of stroke patients. Methods A total of 72 standard stroke patients in Wenzhou Kangning Hospital since June 2014 to March 2015 were separated into experimental and control group. Routine nursing care was given to patients in the control group. In terms of experimental group, continuous nursing was carried on the basis of routine nursing. Rehabilitation compliance, life quality and psychological conditions were compared between two groups. Results After 3 months implementation of continuous nursing, the total sore of rehabilitation compliance of experimental group were (10. 86 ± 1. 4), total and item scores were higher than that in the control group (P<0. 05);life quality sore of experimental group were (313. 6 ± 19. 8), the total and item scores were higher than that in the control group except for social beliefs (P<0. 05);scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions Continuous nursing, as a way of nursing care, significantly relives patients′depression and anxiety, which contributes to improving life quality and recovery of stroke patients.
