ObjectiveTo analyse the efficacy and mechanism of Guizhi Fulingwan in regulating sex hormone disorders in rats with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. MethodsThirty male SD rats were randomly divided into a sham group， a model group， a finasteride group （0.45 mg·kg^-1·d^-1）， and low-dose and high-dose groups of Guizhi Fulingwan （0.135， 0.337 5 g∙kg^-1∙d^-1）， with six in each group. The BPH model was prepared by subcutaneous injection of 3.5 mg∙kg^-1∙d^-1 testosterone propionate after debridement surgery in all groups except the sham group. The rats in the sham group and the model group were administered with an equal volume of saline by gavage， and the rest of the groups were administered with the corresponding medicinal solution by gavage for 35 days. Histopathology in rats was evaluated by prostate wet weight， volume， index， and hematoxylin-eosin （HE） staining. The serum sex hormone levels of testosterone （T）， dihydrotestosterone （DHT）， and estradiol （E₂） were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The protein expression of the androgen receptor （AR） was detected by immunohistochemistry. The serum metabolism profiles of rats in the sham group， the model group， and the high-dose group of Guizhi Fulingwan were compared by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem Fourier transform mass spectrometry （UHPLCQ Exactive） to screen for metabolic markers and to obtain relevant metabolic pathways. ResultsCompared with those in the sham group， the wet weight， volume， index， serum sex hormone level， and AR protein expression of the prostate in the model group were all elevated （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and the histomorphology showed pathological changes. Compared with those in the model group， the wet weight， volume， index， serum sex hormone level， and AR protein expression of the prostate in the intervention groups showed a decreasing trend （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and histopathology was improved. Serum metabolomics analysis obtained a total of 40 metabolic markers related to the intervention effect of Guizhi Fulingwan， such as dehydrosafynol， hyoscyamine， and lumichrome， which were involved in the pathways of autophagy， riboflavin metabolism， and retrograde endocannabinoid signaling. ConclusionGuizhi Fulingwan can effectively regulate sex hormone disorders in BPH rats， and its mechanism may be related to autophagy， riboflavin metabolism， and retrograde endocannabinoid signaling.

Objective:To analyze the research status, hotspots and trends of "thirteen ghost acupoints".Methods:Literature related to the study of "thirteen ghost acupoints" from January 1,1993 to December 31, 2023 was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, and CBM. CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to conduct co-occurrence analysis of authors and institutions, as well as co-occurrence, clustering, timeline, and prominence analysis of keywords in the included literature.Results:A total of 221 articles were included, and the annual trend of the number of articles was fluctuating, with 25 articles reaching the peak in 2017. Cui Housong was the author with the most publications (7 articles). The institution with the most publications was Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (14 articles). keyword co-occurrence and cluster time axis analysis showed that Sun Simiao, literature research and medical records were the hot literature research and interpretation; acupuncture therapy, moxibustion ghost therapy, transcutaneous electric stimulation at acupoints and blood-letting stimulation were the research hotspots; mental diseases, disturbance of consciousness, ynecological diseases and acute trauma were the research hotspots in clinical dominant diseases. The long time span of each research hotspot indicated that the study of the thirteen ghost acupoints was of great value and has been gradually concerned by people. The analysis results of keyword emergence indicated that depression syndrome, hepatic encephalopathy, guitang acupoint, emotional disease, lateral habenular nucleus, Tongdu Tiaoshen had greater influence and stronger explosive force, which may be a research hotspot of thirteen ghost acupoints.Conclusions:At present, the study of thirteen ghost acupoints focuses on the textual research, intervention methods and clinical dominant diseases, it is predicted that the future research trend will mainly focus on the compatibility of thirteen ghost acupoints, the mechanism of treatment and the specific mechanism to carry out. At the same time, scholars should pay attention to the study of the clinical application category of thirteen ghost acupoints and explore its clinical value in more diseases. It is suggested to strengthen the academic exchange among the research teams, and promote the further development of thirteen ghost acupoints.

To improve the level of modern hospital management and establish a scientific and effective medical equipment maintenance guarantee system,this paper proposes the construction of a dynamic interactive fault repair knowledge base system for magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)equipment based on knowledge graph technology.This innovative application of intelligent management for large medical equipment involves collecting and organizing actual maintenance data.The paper constructs the medical equipment maintenance knowledge base,with MRI equipment as a case study,and initially implements functions such as fault information retrieval,technical guidance,and training and learning for MRI equipment.These functions aim to provide an objective decision-making basis for the maintenance and management of large medical equipment,enhance the efficiency of fault repair and maintenance,and elevate the construction level of intelligent hospitals.

Objective To quantitatively study the influence of changes in probe position on the quality control test results of dental panoramic radiography and to provide a reference for analyzing the sources of deviations in quality control test results. Methods Eight different models of dental panoramic X-ray machines were selected for this study. The film analysis method was used to determine the position of the central axis of the main beam on the image detector. The position of the probe was accurately controlled through an auxiliary moving device. The tube voltage, radiation output, and half-value layer of the useful beam were measured for positions at the center of the beam; 1 cm upward, downward, left, and right from the center of the beam; and 2 cm upward, downward, left, and right from the center of the beam. Results The tube voltage, radiation output, and half-value layer had a maximum value at the center of the beam, with a decrease in the value as the position deviated from the center. There were significant differences in the probe position sensitivity between different models of dental panoramic radiography equipment. A 2 cm deviation in the probe position resulted in an impact on the measured tube voltage of less than 5.3 kV (5.8%) for less sensitive equipment. A 2 mm deviation in the probe position resulted in an impact on the measured tube voltage of less than 5.4 kV (6.0%) for sensitive equipment. Conclusion The probe position can lead to deviation in the quality control test results of dental panoramic photography. Therefore, determining the position of the central axis of the main beam on the image detector for accurate positioning of the probe is crucial for quality control testing.

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of staged modular theory and practice lectures in laparoscopic training.Methods:In this study, a large group of medical students and a large group of residents were selected, and each of the two groups was divided into an experimental group and a control group respectively. The experimental group received staged modular theory and practice lectures based on the conventional trainings, and the control group only underwent conventional laparoscopic skills training and instruction. Before and after the training, the completion time of 6 basic laparoscopic operations, laparoscopic suture time, suture quality and the number of accidental injuries were recorded and scored in each group according to the assessment criteria. SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis of the assessment data. Independent samples t-test or Mann-Whitney U test was used for inter-group comparison between the two large groups, and paired samples t-test or Wilcoxon sign rank sum test was used for intra-group comparison before and after the training. Results:Compared with the control group, the experimental group of medical students that had undergone staged modular theory and practice lectures had a shorter time to complete basic laparoscopic operations, faster speed of suturing ( t=6.18, P<0.001) and higher quality of suturing ( t=4.17, P<0.001) and fewer accidental injuries ( Z=-2.03, P=0.043); the experimental group of residents that had undergone staged modular theoretical and practical lectures had a shorter time to complete basic laparoscopic operations, faster speed of suturing ( t=3.31, P=0.002) and higher quality of suturing ( t=3.68, P=0.001) and fewer accidental injuries ( Z=-2.44, P=0.015). Conclusion:The staged modular theory and practice lectures are able to further improve the quality of basic laparoscopic skills training.

Aiming at the current situation of medical equipment management, Shanghai Sixth People′s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine explored the application of 5G+ Internet of Things and digital twin technology in the intelligent management of medical equipment. Through the intelligent perception terminal, the hospital realized the dynamic acquisition of real data such as the use location, use process and use efficiency of medical equipment, and conducted digital, networked and intelligent monitoring and analysis. At the same time, applications such as medical equipment dynamic management software, medical equipment real-time positioning software, and space environment quality monitoring software were developed. It realized automatic, intelligent and visual management of medical equipment configuration, operation and performance evaluation, achieved fine management based on digital twins, and improved the efficiency of collaborative management of operational resource support.

Maintenance and quality control management of large medical equipment is 3-level qualitative index for performance appraisal of tertiary public hospitals, which affects their medical quality directly. Since 2015, Shanghai Medical Equipment and Device Management Quality Control Center and other government organizations have gradually established and improved the quality evaluation index system of large medical equipment maintenance in combination with China′s performance testing standards for large medical equipments and the technical requirements of various manufacturers, and putted the system into application. In 2018, the Quality Control Center further optimized the quality evaluation index system of large medical equipment maintenance by improving the maintenance sheet and service report of large medical equipments, using the " internet+ mobile terminal" to dynamically collect core data of equipment′s full cycle maintenance. This practice has established a regional database of large-scale medical equipment maintenance, building a comprehensive quantitative evaluation indexes. The maintenance quality evaluation scores of mainstream manufacturers of large medical equipments in Shanghai maintained an overall rising trend year by year, and the annual inspection compliance rate of CT and MRI maintenance quality has continued to increase from 2015 to 2021. This evaluation system enables the hospital management departments to supervise the manufacturers to complete their maintenance work at a high quality, ensure the safe operation of large medical equipments, and provide data reference and technical support for the qualitative evaluation of the maintenance quality of medium and large medical equipments in the " national examination" .

In order to evaluate the quality of different brands of magnetic resonance imaging system, optimize the quality of equipment repair and maintenance, and ensure the quality and safety of the equipment in clinical use. Meanwhile build the reliability evaluation model of magnetic resonance imaging equipment based on the large failure data collected by magnetic resonance repair system. In this paper, using the fault data of a certain brand of magnetic resonance in the past two years, applying the statistical judgment criterion, selecting the appropriate statistical distribution model, and finally fitting the equipment reliability evaluation model based on the non-homogeneous Poisson process, and then obtaining the magnetic resonance imaging equipment. Reliability evaluation indicators such as cumulative fault strength function, magnetic resonance imaging equipment fault density function, and mean time between failures. According to the calculated reliability index, on the one hand, it can evaluate the system reliability quality of a certain brand of magnetic resonance imaging equipment, and then evaluate the quality of different brands of magnetic resonance imaging equipment, on the other hand, it can help hospital equipment managers to carry out operational optimization, maintenance strategy development and safety management of magnetic resonance imaging equipment.

OBJECTIVE: Based on the Magphan phantom,a baseline value of low contrast resolution was established,and the stability of the imaging performance of the system was monitored.Drift and correction were found in time to give full play to the performance of the device. METHODS: The general test evaluation method for low-contrast resolution was not suitable for the characteristics of long-term monitoring equipment performance changes,and the test evaluation of low-contrast resolution that incorporates the -test method in statistical principle was proposed. RESULTS: By analyzing and evaluating the test results of the low contrast resolution of the standard water model image,and verifying the correctness of the evaluation method,according to the correct test method,the test statistic value was used as the low contrast resolution value of the MRI equipment to test the boundary of the region.The value was used as a baseline value for low contrast resolution to establish a long-term stable quality assurance system. CONCLUSIONS In this paper,the data of the low contrast resolution test on Magphan phantom was in line with practical experience,therefore the test method of low contrast resolution was verified.The baseline value of the indicator can be established based on the detection and evaluation method of low contrast resolution based on phantom,then to ensure the stability of the imaging performance of the system.
